The Publication of “The Typikon of Daily Church Services 2024” was Released.
The Typikon of Daily Church Services provides a summary of instructions for the clergy and chanters and contributes to an accurate and consistence performance of the daily worshiping services throughout the liturgical church year.
The drafting of this Typikon into Albanian was based on Κυριακοδρόμιον και Μηνολόγιον του έτους 2024 book and was adapted according to the liturgical practices of the Orthodox Autocephalous Church of Albania. The Typikon includes citations and useful references from the liturgical texts in Albanian like: “The Book of Great Church Feasts”, “Triodion”, “Pentecostarion”, “Menaia”, Boston, Mass., 1911-1952; “The Book of Holy Church Services of the Orthodox Church”, “The Holy Week”, “Resurrection Octoechos”, “The Small Euchologion”, and “The Orthodox Calendar”, Tirana 1994-2024.
