Children from “Protagonistët” school brought Christmas joy to the Holy Archbishopric, where they were warmly welcomed by His Beatitude, Archbishop Joan. A warm festive atmosphere filled the premises of the Synodal Center, marking the beginning of the Christmas celebrations.
“Protagonistët” school is an Albanian-American educational complex operating under the care of the Orthodox Autocephalous Church of Albania in Tirana. It includes a kindergarten, a nine-year school, and a high school, and is located on Kavajës Street, near the Orthodox Youth Center “Bethlehem”.
The school is distinguished for its special attention to solidarity and love for one’s neighbor. Every school year, students organize activities to collect funds, food, and clothing that are distributed to families in need, to the “Service of Love” soup kitchen of the Church, as well as to prisoners.
With their festive visit to the Archbishopric, the children of “Protagonistët” school once again demonstrated the Christian spirit of love and joy that characterizes this educational institution of our Church.
