During this period of Great Lent, young people from the youth group in Tirana continue to attend the Liturgy of the Prescantified Gifts in the Holy Monastery of Saint Vlash, Durrës. This has become a 10-year tradition. Every fasting period the youth group joins the students of the Theological Academy to praise and thank God together. This Wednesday, after the youth of Tirana dined together with the Theological Academy students, the youth met for a brief discussion with His Grace Nicholas. They congratulated His Grace and their teachers for the feast, expressing their gratitude and appreciation for all the care that he shows to young people, and afterward heard from him some thoughts and suggestions for the Lenten period and exercise during this time. His Grace suggested to the young people to make a list of things that they wanted to change to themselves during this Lent. “To do something for God, we must first understand that he has done something for us. Not for the world in general, but for each of us personally. If we understand and experience this, we will be ready to make a sacrifice for God “- His Grace Nicholas said.
