Midis tyre nj\u00eb abat, i tronditur, gjeti forc\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebrtiste me z\u00eb stentorian \u201cFal\u00ebnderimi i qoft\u00eb Zotit\u201d. Sh\u00ebn Paisi ishte igumeni i manastirit t\u00eb Ungjillit n\u00eb T\u00ebrnava, af\u00ebr \u00c7a\u00e7akut, Serbi. Ai jetoi n\u00eb vite t\u00eb trazuara, plot gjak, lot dhe sprov\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb p\u00ebr popullin serb. Kur rebelimi i Karageorg\u00ebve u shemb n\u00eb 1813, turqit l\u00ebshuan nj\u00eb val\u00eb t\u00eb pam\u00ebshirshme terrori kund\u00ebr serb\u00ebve. Nj\u00eb epidemi tjet\u00ebr vdekjeprur\u00ebse shp\u00ebrtheu n\u00eb rajon, pasi shum\u00eb trupa mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb pavarrosur n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe fusha. Brenda qelis\u00eb s\u00eb err\u00ebt t\u00eb burgut, dy burrat po p\u00ebrgatitnin shpirtrat e tyre p\u00ebr or\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb rr\u00ebfimit. Dhjaku Avraamios k\u00ebndoi me nj\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm &quot;Meth&#x27;emos o Theos&quot; nga sh\u00ebrbesa e mbr\u00ebmjes. Sh\u00ebn Paisi, i gjunj\u00ebzuar pran\u00eb tij, u lut me zjarr dhe i k\u00ebrkoi Zotit forc\u00eb p\u00ebr fundin e ardhsh\u00ebm. Turqit u ofruan atyre jet\u00ebn dhe lirin\u00eb, p\u00ebrderisa ata hoq\u00ebn dor\u00eb nga besimi i tyre dhe p\u00ebrqafuan Islamin. Disa u p\u00ebrkul\u00ebn para frik\u00ebs s\u00eb vdekjes dhe pranuan ofert\u00ebn e xhelat\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. Por shumica e rob\u00ebrve refuzuan me guxim t\u00eb hiqnin dor\u00eb nga Krishti dhe tradit\u00ebn e tyre at\u00ebrore. K\u00ebshtu ata u d\u00ebnuan me nj\u00eb vdekje t\u00eb tmerrshme para syve t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetit. Sh\u00ebn Paisi doli nga qelia pa hezitim, shpirti i tij i lidhur fort pas Zotit. Ushtar\u00ebt e detyruan at\u00eb t\u00eb mbante mbi supe shtyll\u00ebn mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmonte s\u00eb shpejti. Kur procesioni arriti n\u00eb vendin e ekzekutimit, xhelat\u00ebt e ngrit\u00ebn lart shenjtorin dhe e rrah\u00ebn para turm\u00ebs. Ata e ngul\u00ebn shtyll\u00ebn drejt n\u00eb tok\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb shihnin mundimin dhe t\u00eb mbusheshin me frik\u00eb. N\u00eb at\u00eb moment t\u00eb tmerrsh\u00ebm Sh\u00ebn Paisi ngriti z\u00ebrin dhe thirri me fuqi: \u201cLavd\u00ebrimi i qoft\u00eb Zotit\u201d. Rr\u00ebfimi i tij kumbonte n\u00eb heshtje si nj\u00eb bori fitoreje mbi dhun\u00ebn dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin. Veziri, i t\u00ebrbuar nga guximi i abatit, p\u00ebrplasi duart n\u00eb shenj\u00eb p\u00ebr ushtar\u00ebt. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb xhelat\u00ebt nxorr\u00ebn shpatat dhe filluan t\u00eb masakrojn\u00eb t\u00eb burgosurit e tjer\u00eb p\u00ebrreth. Dyzet e tet\u00eb njer\u00ebz vdiq\u00ebn n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe trupat e tyre u ngrit\u00ebn n\u00eb shtylla druri. E gjith\u00eb zona u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb spektak\u00ebl t\u00eb tmerrsh\u00ebm, duke treguar edhe mizori dhe durim t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. Sh\u00ebn Paisi vuajti n\u00eb paqe dhe lutje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb instrumentin e martirizimit t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb fund ai e dor\u00ebzoi shpirtin e tij n\u00eb duart e Zotit dhe mori kuror\u00ebn e lavdis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshme.
