Nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb i vog\u00ebl u shkel nga devet\u00eb e tij dhe u ftoh para syve t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb nj\u00eb han t\u00eb Jerikos. Nga ai moment, shoferi i ri romak i deveve e konsideroi veten vras\u00ebs dhe mori rrug\u00ebn e shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb shlyer. Pardos erdhi nga Roma dhe n\u00eb rinin\u00eb e tij ishte marr\u00eb me transportin e mallrave me deve n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Lindjes. N\u00eb nj\u00eb nga udh\u00ebtimet e tij, ai mb\u00ebrriti n\u00eb Jeriko dhe q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb nj\u00eb han me kopen\u00eb e tij.
