Ishte gjenerali Arsenios, patrici i kibyrait\u00ebve, i cili pak m\u00eb von\u00eb la p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb lavdin\u00eb e pallatit. Ai vinte nga Kostandinopoja dhe i p\u00ebrkiste nj\u00eb familjeje t\u00eb pasur dhe zyrtare t\u00eb Bizantit. Ai jetoi midis shekujve t\u00eb tet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00eb pas Krishtit, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb trazirash p\u00ebr perandorin\u00eb.
