Kur ajo m\u00eb pas u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb ngrinte trupin e saj, ai u b\u00eb aq i r\u00ebnd\u00eb sa nj\u00eb gur saq\u00eb asnj\u00eb dor\u00eb njeriu nuk mund ta l\u00ebvizte nga toka. K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebrfundoi jeta e shkurt\u00ebr e Sh\u00ebns Filotheis, i cili lindi rreth nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e dyqind e gjasht\u00eb n\u00eb Turnov\u00eb, kryeqytetin e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Bullgaris\u00eb. Babai i saj ishte nj\u00eb fermer dhe n\u00ebna e saj vinte nga Vllahia, nj\u00eb grua e devotshme plot dashuri t\u00eb krishter\u00eb. Kur Filothei ishte ende nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb i vog\u00ebl, n\u00ebna e saj vdiq dhe babai i saj u martua p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Njerka e saj e trajtonte ashp\u00ebr vajz\u00ebn dhe e akuzonte vazhdimisht se ishte e pabindur dhe u jepte t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve t\u00eb mirat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb. Babai debatoi me vajz\u00ebn e tij, por ajo vazhdoi t\u00eb ndiqte sh\u00ebrbimet e kish\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrreth saj. N\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e saj ajo mbajti gjall\u00eb m\u00ebsimet e n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb saj dhe u rrit e stolisur me lutje, virgj\u00ebri dhe bamir\u00ebsi. \u00c7do dit\u00eb Filothei i vog\u00ebl nisej p\u00ebr n\u00eb fush\u00eb, duke mbajtur ushqimin q\u00eb njerka i kishte p\u00ebrgatitur t\u00eb atit. Por n\u00eb rrug\u00eb takoi f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr q\u00eb lypnin dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ushqimit ua jepte me zem\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur. K\u00ebshtu babai vinte n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi i lodhur dhe i ankohej gruas s\u00eb tij se ajo po i d\u00ebrgonte pak ushqim. Ajo u p\u00ebrgjigj se po i d\u00ebrgonte shum\u00eb ushqim dhe e nxiti q\u00eb ta pyeste vajz\u00ebn e tij se \u00e7far\u00eb po b\u00ebnte. I pushtuar nga inati dhe dyshimi, babai vendosi ta ndiqte fshehurazi p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn. Nga nj\u00eb vend i fshehur ai e pa at\u00eb duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb ushqim f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb varf\u00ebr q\u00eb vraponin rreth saj. Pastaj, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim t\u00eb eg\u00ebr zem\u00ebrimi, ai rr\u00ebmbeu s\u00ebpat\u00ebn nga brezi dhe e hodhi mbi vajz\u00ebn e tij dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7are. S\u00ebpata e gjeti n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe plaga ishte fatale. N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr shpirti i saj i past\u00ebr u dor\u00ebzua paq\u00ebsisht n\u00eb duart e Zotit. K\u00ebshtu, virgj\u00ebresha e vog\u00ebl u b\u00eb martire p\u00ebr dashurin\u00eb e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb varf\u00ebrit dhe p\u00ebr Krishtin. Frika dhe pendimi i ka v\u00ebrshuar babait fatkeq dhe ai ka tentuar t\u00eb heq\u00eb trupin e vajz\u00ebs nga toka. Por tabernakulli i shenjt\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb i pal\u00ebvizsh\u00ebm si nj\u00eb shk\u00ebmb dhe asnj\u00eb mas\u00eb njer\u00ebzore nuk mund ta l\u00ebvizte at\u00eb. I shkat\u00ebrruar vrapoi te kryepeshkopi i Turnov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebfyer m\u00ebkatin e tij dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar se \u00e7far\u00eb kishte ndodhur n\u00eb fush\u00eb. Kryepiskopi me klerin e tij nisi me qirinj dhe temjan, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bartur reliktin e D\u00ebshmorit n\u00eb kish\u00ebn metropolitane. Por edhe ata nuk mund\u00ebn ta ngrinin trupin e shenjt\u00eb nga toka, me gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. At\u00ebher\u00eb Kryepiskopi e kuptoi se Sh\u00ebn nuk donte t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb vendlindjen e saj. K\u00ebshtu ai filloi t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendte manastire, kisha dhe katedrale t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb Bullgari, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur vendin ku ajo donte t\u00eb pushonte. Asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebta Martiri nuk pranoi si vendin e saj t\u00eb nderit. Vet\u00ebm kur u p\u00ebrmend manastiri Curtea de Arges n\u00eb Rumani, tabernakulli u ndri\u00e7ua dhe u ngrit leht\u00ebsisht. M\u00eb pas e vendos\u00ebn me nderim brenda nj\u00eb altari, si nj\u00eb thesar i \u00e7muar shpirt\u00ebror p\u00ebr besimtar\u00ebt. Kryepiskopi i shkroi menj\u00ebher\u00eb sundimtarit rumun Radu t\u00eb Zi dhe iu lut t\u00eb pranonte lipsane t\u00eb ndershme t\u00eb Sh\u00ebnsit. M\u00eb pas, s\u00eb bashku me klerin e tij, me litani dhe me brohoritje e \u00e7oi \u00e7adr\u00ebn e shenjt\u00eb n\u00eb brigjet e Danubit. Aty i priste sundimtari me prift\u00ebrin\u00eb rumune, me murgj, me oborrtar\u00eb dhe me nj\u00eb turm\u00eb t\u00eb panum\u00ebrt besimtar\u00ebsh. Me nderim dhe entuziaz\u00ebm t\u00eb madh e prit\u00ebn Sh\u00ebn dhe e \u00e7uan n\u00eb Manastirin Curtea de Arges. Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb relikti i saj i shenjt\u00eb prehet n\u00eb tok\u00ebn rumune dhe shenjt\u00ebron besimtar\u00ebt q\u00eb vijn\u00eb tek ajo. Sot ruhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuti t\u00eb vog\u00ebl argjendi, n\u00eb kapel\u00ebn e kambanores pas kish\u00ebs s\u00eb manastirit. Shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz marrin sh\u00ebrime n\u00eb varrin e saj dhe ata q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb me besim ambasadat e saj marrin ndihm\u00ebn hyjnore. Sh\u00ebrohen ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ata q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga epilepsia dhe s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb trupit dhe shpirtit. \u00c7do vit, m\u00eb 7 dhjetor, b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb pelegrinazh i madh solemn n\u00eb Manastir, me pelegrin\u00ebt nga e gjith\u00eb Rumania. P\u00ebr besimtar\u00ebt e s\u00ebmur\u00eb k\u00ebndohen litanit\u00eb me buz\u00ebkuq n\u00eb oborr dhe lutjet.
