S\u00eb bashku me kolegun e tij praktikues Theodosius, ata nd\u00ebrtuan nj\u00eb manastir n\u00eb pyjet e padep\u00ebrtueshme t\u00eb Novgorodit, ku bashkohen uj\u00ebrat e lumenjve Yagorba dhe Seksna. K\u00ebta dy asket\u00eb ishin dishepuj t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Sergjit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb Radonezhit, ndri\u00e7uesit t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb veriore. Nga duart e tij mor\u00ebn shpat\u00ebn e vetmuar dhe m\u00ebsuan rrug\u00ebn e heshtjes dhe lutjes. Kur m\u00ebsuesi i tyre i bekoi t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin vendin e tyre t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs, ata u nis\u00ebn p\u00ebr n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e Cherepovets. K\u00ebshtu ata transplantuan tradit\u00ebn e Lavr\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb veri. Shum\u00eb pak informacion u ruajt p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e dy shenjtor\u00ebve, pasi manastiri u shkat\u00ebrrua pothuajse plot\u00ebsisht gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb trazirave. S\u00eb bashku me nd\u00ebrtesat humb\u00ebn t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e shkruara dhe k\u00ebshtu u fshin\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb vlefshme t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb saj. P\u00ebr Sh\u00ebn Teodosin nuk dim\u00eb pothuajse asgj\u00eb me siguri, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebn Athanasin d\u00ebshmit\u00eb jan\u00eb gjithashtu t\u00eb pakta dhe fragmentare. Megjithat\u00eb, nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme me shkrim ruhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb flet\u00ebpalosje t\u00eb vitit nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e pes\u00ebqind e gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e tet\u00eb, ku zakonisht p\u00ebrmenden fjal\u00ebt e m\u00ebposhtme. N\u00eb kronik\u00ebn e Shenjtor\u00ebve lexojm\u00eb edhe referenc\u00ebn: \u201cOsh\u00ebnar Athanasi, i ashtuquajturi shuf\u00ebr hekuri, dishepull i Sh\u00ebn Sergjit mrekullib\u00ebr\u00ebs, e zuri gjumi n\u00eb vitin nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e treqind e n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e dy\u201d. Manuali Piktorial i Stroganov\u00ebve p\u00ebrshkruan figur\u00ebn e Shenjtorit me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb shkurtra, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se ai kishte nj\u00eb mjek\u00ebr gri, pak m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr se ajo e Sh\u00ebn Blaise. Pak para ardhjes s\u00eb dy murgjve n\u00eb zon\u00eb, aty ishte ngritur tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb kish\u00ebz e vog\u00ebl n\u00ebn kujdesin e nj\u00eb tregtari t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm. Ky njeri vendosi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb kish\u00ebz\u00ebn pas nj\u00eb mrekullie trondit\u00ebse q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetoi personalisht.
