Problemet e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb sapokrijuar ishin t\u00eb shumta, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Lindjen besimi ishte n\u00eb rrezik nga q\u00ebndrimi pro-arian i perandorit Walis. Midis tyre jan\u00eb shenja e kryqit, kthimi n\u00eb lindje gjat\u00eb lutjes dhe q\u00ebndrimi t\u00eb dielave. Ky sinod u mblodh n\u00eb Kostandinopoj\u00eb n\u00eb vitin treqind e tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e nj\u00eb, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e Gregor Teologut, Gregorit t\u00eb Nys\u00ebs dhe nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb Et\u00ebrve Zotdh\u00ebn\u00ebs. Aty u shpall zyrtarisht hyjnia e plot\u00eb e Frym\u00ebs s\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb, e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me Atin dhe Birin. Meqen\u00ebse perandori i ri Theodosius i Madh nuk ishte ende i p\u00ebrkushtuar fort ndaj besimit ortodoks n\u00eb hyjnin\u00eb e Fjal\u00ebs, shenjtori vendosi t&#x27;i jepte atij nj\u00eb m\u00ebsim t\u00eb gjall\u00eb. Ai shkoi nj\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb pallat dhe e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti perandorin me nder, por q\u00ebllimisht e shp\u00ebrfilli djalin e tij Arkadius, i cili ishte ulur pran\u00eb tij. Teodosi u t\u00ebrbua dhe urdh\u00ebroi q\u00eb peshkopi t\u00eb nxirrej nga salla. M\u00eb pas shenjtori iu drejtua perandorit dhe i tha me p\u00ebrbuzje se, ashtu si ai nuk toleron p\u00ebrbuzjen p\u00ebr djalin e tij, ashtu edhe Zoti At\u00eb nuk e toleron p\u00ebrbuzjen p\u00ebr Birin e tij. Theodosius e kuptoi menj\u00ebher\u00eb kuptimin e thell\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes dhe i k\u00ebrkoi peshkopit falje. Ai d\u00ebrgoi menj\u00ebher\u00eb dekrete n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb perandorin\u00eb q\u00eb marsian\u00ebt t\u00eb largoheshin nga qytetet dhe tempujt. Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb, herezia mesaliane hyri edhe n\u00eb Likaoni dhe shenjtori nxitoi t\u00eb mbronte p\u00ebrs\u00ebri kopen\u00eb e tij. Ai personalisht i kontrolloi ato me fjalimin e tij teozofik dhe m\u00eb pas mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebshillin e Sidisit n\u00eb Pamfili, ku herezia u d\u00ebnua zyrtarisht.
