K\u00ebta t\u00eb dy, Onesifori dhe Porfiriu, p\u00ebrfundimisht p\u00ebsuan t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vdekje, t\u00eb lidhur pas kuajve t\u00eb eg\u00ebr. Ata jetuan n\u00eb vitet e perandorit Dioklecian, kur persekutimi kund\u00ebr t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve kishte arritur form\u00ebn e tij m\u00eb mizore. T\u00eb dy sh\u00ebrbyen n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb ndryshme bamir\u00ebsie t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs me p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi dhe p\u00ebrkushtim. Por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb ata i p\u00ebrkisnin nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl besimtar\u00ebsh me nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb rrezikshme dhe t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. Ata dilnin nat\u00ebn dhe k\u00ebrkonin trupat e martir\u00ebve q\u00eb pagan\u00ebt i hidhnin n\u00eb lugina. I mblodh\u00ebn me nderim dhe ua dor\u00ebzuan besimtar\u00ebve, q\u00eb t\u00eb varroseshin me nderin q\u00eb meritonin. Ishte nj\u00eb mision q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte guxim, dashuri dhe besim t\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb Krishtin. \u00c7do nat\u00eb ata rrezikonin jet\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos l\u00ebn\u00eb lipsane t\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve te kafsh\u00ebt e egra dhe shirat. Kisha n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb jetonte n\u00eb gjak dhe tmerr, por besimtar\u00ebt nuk u p\u00ebrkul\u00ebn. Onesifori dhe Porfiri ishin nj\u00eb shembull i gjall\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbes\u00ebs n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e trazuara t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Romake. Mir\u00ebpo, nj\u00eb nat\u00eb, persekutor\u00ebt i pan\u00eb teksa po kryenin detyr\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb dhe i arrestuan. Ata u \u00e7uan para sundimtar\u00ebve pagan\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t&#x27;i shantazhonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mohuar besimin e tyre. P\u00ebr or\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra kuajt vraponin t\u00eb eg\u00ebr mbi tok\u00ebn e ashp\u00ebr e t\u00eb gurt\u00eb. Kur ata m\u00eb n\u00eb fund ndaluan t\u00eb rraskapitur, trupat e Onesiforit dhe Porfirit u gjet\u00ebn t\u00eb cop\u00ebtuar dhe t\u00eb mbytur n\u00eb gjakun e tyre. K\u00ebshtu ata ia dor\u00ebzuan shpirtin Zotit, p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit i kishin kushtuar gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn. Kur ra nata, v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tyre besnik\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr ta pik\u00ebrisht at\u00eb q\u00eb kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb ata vet\u00eb sa ishin gjall\u00eb.
