Nga ajo relike e panjohur buronte nj\u00eb arom\u00eb qiellore, e cila mbushi gjith\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn dhe tronditi gjith\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrin\u00eb e malit Athos. Ishte data e pest\u00eb e tetorit 1840, kur baballar\u00ebt po rinovonin ostarin\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb manastirit. Papritur \u00e7atia u rr\u00ebzua dhe mbuloi nj\u00eb nga cepat e dhom\u00ebs me rr\u00ebnoja. Nd\u00ebrsa murgjit filluan t\u00eb pastrojn\u00eb mbeturinat, ata menj\u00ebher\u00eb ndjen\u00eb nj\u00eb arom\u00eb t\u00eb mrekullueshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur rreth tyre. Kur hoq\u00ebn papast\u00ebrtit\u00eb, pan\u00eb skeletin t\u00eb veshur me nj\u00eb tunik\u00eb p\u00eblhure, n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicion t\u00eb gjunj\u00ebzuar. Duart e tij ishin t\u00eb kryq\u00ebzuara n\u00eb gjoks dhe shtr\u00ebngonin nj\u00eb ikon\u00eb t\u00eb Virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebs s\u00eb Bekuar. Aroma ishte aq intensive sa mbushi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb zon\u00ebn p\u00ebrreth dhe shkaktoi frik\u00eb te murgjit. V\u00ebllaz\u00ebria e kuptoi menj\u00ebher\u00eb se ishin p\u00ebrball\u00eb eshtrave t\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb k\u00ebnaqte Zotin. Nga rrobat arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se shenjtori i panjohur e kishte z\u00ebn\u00eb gjumi diku n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb. N\u00eb ato dit\u00eb, Kryepiskop Smyrnis Chrysanthos, i cili kishte dal\u00eb n\u00eb pension atje pas sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb tij, jetonte i qet\u00eb n\u00eb manastir. Hierarku i nderuar iu drejtua Mitropolitit t\u00eb Hadrianopolisit Grigori dhe murgjve me fjal\u00eb inkurajuese dhe udh\u00ebzuese. Ai u tha atyre se kockat e njer\u00ebzve, pas shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb mishit, zakonisht i paguanin tok\u00ebs nj\u00eb er\u00eb t\u00eb keqe. Por lipsani i k\u00ebtij shenjtori t\u00eb panjohur l\u00ebshonte nj\u00eb arom\u00eb qiellore, e cila d\u00ebshmonte qart\u00eb shenjt\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij. K\u00ebshtu ai pyeti v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk duhej t\u00eb arrinin n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se Fryma e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, q\u00eb banoi n\u00eb shenjtorin derisa ai ishte gjall\u00eb, nuk e la at\u00eb as pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij. Ai i nxiti t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvdojn\u00eb Zotin, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i mrekulluesh\u00ebm n\u00eb shenjtor\u00ebt e tij, dhe t\u00eb nderojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtorin e tij besnik. Lipsani aromatik u bart me nderim n\u00eb katolikonin e manastirit n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjen e kat\u00ebr tetorit. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb filluan t\u00eb ndodhin sh\u00ebrime t\u00eb mrekullueshme, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb mori pelegrin\u00ebsh nxituan t\u00eb preknin kockat e shenjta dhe t\u00eb merrnin bekimin. Me bekimin e Patriarkut t\u00eb Kostandinopoj\u00ebs, v\u00ebllaz\u00ebria i dha shenjtorit t\u00eb panjohur emrin simbolik Eudokimos, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton hir dhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi. Et\u00ebrit ran\u00eb dakord q\u00eb n\u00ebse ai vet\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb donte t\u00eb lavd\u00ebrohej me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr, do t&#x27;u shfaqej murgjve dhe do t\u00eb zbulonte veten e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Por mbeti mister sesi sakt\u00ebsisht trupi i tij u varros n\u00eb at\u00eb vend. Sipas urdhrit t\u00eb manastirit, murgu i fjetur fillimisht varroset n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe pas tre vjet\u00ebsh eshtrat e tij vendosen n\u00eb kock\u00eb. Sipas nj\u00eb tradite, shenjtori kishte nj\u00eb parandjenj\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e gjumit, por nuk i zbuloi asgj\u00eb asnj\u00eb v\u00ebllait. Mori me vete imazhin e Hyjlind\u00e8s dhe u fsheh n\u00eb nj\u00eb cep t\u00eb izoluar t\u00eb osuarit. Aty me p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi dhe n\u00eb heshtje ia dor\u00ebzoi shpirtin Zotit, pa martir\u00eb dhe pa nderime. K\u00ebshtu, shenjtori i sapogjetur Eudokimos \u00ebsht\u00eb nderuar qysh at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb malin Athos si nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor i fshehur i virtytit dhe i lutjes. Faltoret e lipsanit ende l\u00ebshojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn arom\u00eb qiellore edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite dhe shquhen p\u00ebr mrekullit\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb shumta. Nj\u00eb murg i malit Athos, i cili vuante nga tuberkulozi i r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe ishte af\u00ebr vdekjes, u sh\u00ebrua duke iu lutur me zjarr shenjtorit. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr murg, i quajtur Gavriil, e gjeti gjithashtu sh\u00ebndetin e tij pran\u00eb ambasadave t\u00eb shenjtorit. N\u00eb shenj\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohjeje, Gavriili i dhuroi manastirit nj\u00eb relike t\u00eb \u00e7muar prej argjendi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur qerren e ndershme t\u00eb Evdokimos. Jo shum\u00eb koh\u00eb pasi u gjet relike, nj\u00eb murg nga Vatopedi pa nj\u00eb vizion paradoksal. N\u00eb t\u00eb, vet\u00eb shenjtori i zbuloi se emri i tij i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ishte Sava. Tradita monastike vazhdon t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Evdokimin me Sh\u00ebn Savain e Vatopedinos, i cili jetoi n\u00eb shekullin e kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, u ngrit\u00ebn dyshime p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb identifikim dhe Kisha nuk vendosi zyrtarisht.
