Djali i tij, nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb i but\u00eb dhe asket, q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl veshi nj\u00eb rrob\u00eb g\u00ebzofi dhe e donte me gjith\u00eb shpirt lutjen n\u00eb tempull. N\u00eb bot\u00eb quheshin Joani dhe Nestor Zastolski, p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb merrnin form\u00ebn monastike dhe emrat Jonas dhe Nektarios. Kur Sh\u00ebn Guria u d\u00ebrgua p\u00ebr t\u00eb kullotur dioqez\u00ebn e re t\u00eb Kazanit, Boyar Joanii e ndoqi me zell dhe p\u00ebrkushtim. N\u00ebn drejtimin shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb hierarkut t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, Joanii jetoi nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb virtytshme, modeste dhe t\u00eb per\u00ebndishme n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme. Ai shmangu me kujdes \u00e7do m\u00ebkat, e donte t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe u dallua mes bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebsve p\u00ebr ndershm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb rrept\u00eb. Jeta e tij ishte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje e vazhdueshme p\u00ebr virtyt, megjith\u00ebse ai ende jetonte n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe detyrimet e saj. Frika ndaj Zotit dhe dashuria p\u00ebr t\u00eb af\u00ebrmin ishin dy themelet e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb tij shpirt\u00ebrore n\u00eb Kazan. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb nderimi ai rriti djalin e tij t\u00eb vet\u00ebm Nestorin me frik\u00ebn ndaj Zotit dhe dashurin\u00eb ndaj kish\u00ebs. F\u00ebmija i \u00ebmb\u00ebl tregoi prirje p\u00ebr ushtrime dhe lutje t\u00eb heshtur q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Ai mbante gjithmon\u00eb nj\u00eb rrob\u00eb leshore n\u00eb trup, i respektonte rrept\u00ebsisht agj\u00ebrimet e kish\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebrkonte gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb ishte brenda sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Zotit. Kur u rrit mjaftuesh\u00ebm, ai k\u00ebrkoi d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e t\u00eb atit q\u00eb t&#x27;i p\u00ebrkushtohej t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht jet\u00ebs s\u00eb vetmuar. Joanii e pranoi me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi vendimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe me lot i dha bekimin e tij at\u00ebror. K\u00ebshtu Nestori u b\u00eb murg dhe mori emrin e ri Nektarios n\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrin\u00eb e manastirit. Por jeta e tij ishte e shkurt\u00ebr, pasi Zoti e thirri tek ai n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb re. Ai u varros me nderime pran\u00eb varrit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Gourias, babait shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb familjes. Pas vdekjes s\u00eb t\u00eb birit, edhe Joani mori at\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb vetmuar dhe u quajt Jonas, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb bot\u00ebn pas vetes. Para se t\u00eb dor\u00ebzonte shpirtin, Sh\u00ebn Jona la nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur q\u00eb edhe ai t\u00eb varrosej pran\u00eb varrit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Gourias. Mbi at\u00eb vend t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, ai vet\u00eb kishte rregulluar q\u00eb t\u00eb ngrihej nj\u00eb kish\u00ebz e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb manastirin e Sotiros. Besimi dhe dashuria ndaj atit t\u00eb tij shpirt\u00ebror e shoq\u00ebruan k\u00ebshtu deri n\u00eb momentin e fundit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij tok\u00ebsore. Kur u mblodh\u00ebn reliket e shenjta t\u00eb shenjtor\u00ebve Gouria dhe Varsanoufios, nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e pes\u00ebqind e n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e pes\u00eb vjet pas Krishtit, trupat e dy shenjtor\u00ebve u gjet\u00ebn gjithashtu t\u00eb pakorruptuesh\u00ebm. Edhe rrobat e Jonait dhe Nektariut u ruajt\u00ebn t\u00eb paprekura, duke d\u00ebshmuar p\u00ebr shenjt\u00ebrin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrpara Per\u00ebndis\u00eb. Et\u00ebrit e tyre i pren\u00eb n\u00ebn kriptin e kapel\u00ebs s\u00eb manastirit Kazan. Kisha i nderon s\u00eb bashku me Sh\u00ebn Gourian dhe kujton sh\u00ebrbimin e tyre besnik ndaj peshkopit.
