Ushtar\u00ebt q\u00eb e \u00e7uan n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim n\u00eb Sinai ia pren\u00eb kok\u00ebn dhe ia hodh\u00ebn pjes\u00ebt e trupit n\u00eb lumin Tunja. Shenjtori lindi n\u00eb Gjeorgji nga prind\u00ebr t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm, Joanii dhe Maria, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e rrit\u00ebn at\u00eb me nj\u00eb besim t\u00eb thell\u00eb ortodoks dhe edukim t\u00eb krishter\u00eb. N\u00eb pag\u00ebzimin e shenjt\u00eb ai mori emrin Andrea dhe u rrit n\u00eb ngroht\u00ebsin\u00eb e lutjes familjare dhe jet\u00ebs kishtare. Rreth vitit 1690, sundimtari i Vllahis\u00eb, Kostandini Bragoveanou, d\u00ebgjoi p\u00ebr talentet e shumta t\u00eb Andrea t\u00eb ri dhe e ftoi at\u00eb n\u00eb oborrin e tij. K\u00ebshtu i riu gjeorgjian u gjend n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku besimi dhe edukimi ortodoks lul\u00ebzuan n\u00ebn mbrojtjen e sundimtarit t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm. Pas rreth nj\u00eb viti q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb Vllahi, Andrea vendosi t&#x27;i p\u00ebrkushtohej plot\u00ebsisht Zotit dhe mori form\u00ebn engj\u00ebllore. Me prerjen e flok\u00ebve mori emrin e ri Anthimi dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb u shugurua plak, p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer sakramentin e Eukaristis\u00eb. Sundimtari ia besoi drejtimin e shtypshkronj\u00ebs mbret\u00ebrore n\u00eb Bukuresht, duke i njohur edukimin dhe filantropin\u00eb e tij. Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb Anthimi themeloi nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shtypshkronj\u00eb n\u00eb manastirin historik t\u00eb Snagovit, af\u00ebr kryeqytetit. Nga ajo shtypshkronj\u00eb manastiri u shtyp\u00ebn gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e tre libra n\u00eb rumanisht, greqisht, arabisht dhe gjeorgjisht, p\u00ebr nevojat e Ortodoksis\u00eb. Vet\u00eb shenjtori ishte autori i tridhjet\u00eb e tet\u00eb prej k\u00ebtyre librave t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj dhe me vler\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 1696 u em\u00ebrua igumen i manastirit t\u00eb Snagovit dhe pa u lodhur vazhdoi pun\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshme shpirt\u00ebrore. N\u00eb nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e shtat\u00ebqind e pes\u00eb u shugurua peshkop i Rimnikos dhe pas tre vjet\u00ebsh u ngrit n\u00eb fronin e mitropolit t\u00eb Vllahis\u00eb hungareze. Si mitropolit ai zhvilloi nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb madhe baritore dhe shoq\u00ebrore, me kujdes t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb varf\u00ebr t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Ai themeloi shkolla p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrtoi kisha dhe zhvilloi qendra manastiri q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb gjenin ushqim shpirt\u00ebror kudo. Duke qen\u00eb se ai vet\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb gdhend\u00ebs druri ekspert, ai p\u00ebrdori dhurat\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb dekoruar shum\u00eb tempuj me duart e tij. Ai ishte nj\u00eb bari i zellsh\u00ebm q\u00eb ushqeu urin\u00eb e kopes\u00eb s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr njohjen e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs s\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb. Ai predikoi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn rumune t\u00eb popullit dhe m\u00ebsoi qart\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat shp\u00ebtimtare t\u00eb besimit ortodoks. Ai me predikimet e tij u ofroi fjal\u00eb ngush\u00eblluese, inkurajuese dhe mb\u00ebshtetje shpirt\u00ebrore besimtar\u00ebve q\u00eb e d\u00ebgjonin. Librat dhe fjalimet e tij edukuese mbeten edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e vlefshme e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Rumune. Me fjal\u00ebn dhe shembullin e tij ai ndri\u00e7oi breza klerik\u00ebsh dhe laik\u00ebsh, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb pashlyeshme t\u00eb shenjt\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tij. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1716, turqit arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb arrestojn\u00eb Mitropolitin Anthimi, pas shpifjeve dhe makinacioneve politike. K\u00ebshtu sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtori besnik i Krishtit mori kuror\u00ebn amarantike t\u00eb martirizimit, duke bashkuar jet\u00ebn tok\u00ebsore me p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsin\u00eb. Sh\u00ebn Anthimi ishte nj\u00eb bari i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i kopes\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe nj\u00eb baba i dashur i klerit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. Ai bashkoi n\u00eb vetvete origjin\u00ebn gjeorgjiane, arsimin grek dhe dashurin\u00eb rumune, p\u00ebr t&#x27;i sh\u00ebrbyer Ortodoksis\u00eb universale.
