M\u00eb kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e shtat\u00ebqind e gjasht\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, shpatat turke e pren\u00eb n\u00eb brigjet e lumit Tunja af\u00ebr Adrianopoj\u00ebs. Sh\u00ebn Anthimi Iberi ishte nj\u00eb nga njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb t\u00eb arsimuar t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe shquhej p\u00ebr morin\u00eb e dhuratave t\u00eb tij. Ai fliste rrjedhsh\u00ebm greqisht, rumanisht, sllavishten e vjet\u00ebr, arabisht dhe turqisht, nd\u00ebrsa kishte njohuri t\u00eb thella p\u00ebr teologjin\u00eb, let\u00ebrsin\u00eb dhe shkencat natyrore. Ai kishte nj\u00eb talent t\u00eb rrall\u00eb p\u00ebr artet e bukura, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht piktur\u00ebn, gdhendjen dhe skulptur\u00ebn, dhe ishte i njohur p\u00ebr kaligrafin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb holl\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, ai u shfaq si nj\u00eb shkrimtar i madh, orator karizmatik dhe reformator i gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb shkruar rumune. Dim\u00eb pak p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij, pasi burimet heshtin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb. Ai vinte nga rajoni Samtshe i Gjeorgjis\u00eb jugore dhe prind\u00ebrit e tij, Joani dhe Mariam, i dhan\u00eb emrin e pag\u00ebzimit Andria. Ai shoq\u00ebroi mbretin Archil n\u00eb Rusi dhe e ndihmoi at\u00eb t\u00eb krijonte nj\u00eb shtypshkronj\u00eb gjeorgjiane atje, p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb binte n\u00eb duart e bandit\u00ebve. Pas lirimit, Andria i ri q\u00ebndroi pran\u00eb Patriarkut Dositheos p\u00ebr t\u00eb thelluar edukimin e tij shpirt\u00ebror dhe teologjik. Reputacioni i tij si piktor, gdhend\u00ebs dhe kaligraf ishte p\u00ebrhapur tashm\u00eb shum\u00eb e gjer\u00eb dhe kishte arritur n\u00eb oborrin e Vllahis\u00eb, n\u00eb Rumanin\u00eb e sotme. Sundimtari Constantinos Bragoveanu e ftoi rreth vitit 1691 q\u00eb t\u00eb vinte n\u00eb principat\u00ebn e tij dhe t\u00eb punonte me t\u00eb. Pasi atje, ai mori drejtimin e nj\u00eb shtypshkronje lokale dhe i dha nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb re industris\u00eb botuese t\u00eb vendit. Tipografia p\u00ebrjetoi nj\u00eb lul\u00ebzim t\u00eb mahnitsh\u00ebm n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe iniciatori kryesor i k\u00ebtij p\u00ebrparimi ishte m\u00ebsuesi gjeorgjian Anthimi. Ai arriti ta kthej\u00eb Vllahin\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb krishter\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb bastion t\u00eb madh botues p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Lindjen. N\u00eb vitin 1694 ai u fron\u00ebzua si abat n\u00eb Manastirin Snagov dhe s\u00eb shpejti themeloi nj\u00eb shtypshkronj\u00eb t\u00eb re n\u00eb t\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vit, t\u00eb Diel\u00ebn e Gjith\u00eb Shenjtor\u00ebve, atje u l\u00ebshuan Udh\u00ebzimet p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebrbimet Hyjnore, t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara nga n\u00ebndhjaku Michael Istvanovich. Po ky n\u00ebndhjak do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej m\u00eb von\u00eb themeluesi i shtypshkronj\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb gjeorgjiane n\u00eb atdheun e tij. N\u00eb nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e shtat\u00ebqind e pes\u00eb, Anthimi, i zgjedhur nd\u00ebr abat\u00ebt e zgjedhur t\u00eb Vllahis\u00eb, u shugurua peshkop i Rimnikos Vilcea. Tre vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb 1788, ai u ngjit n\u00eb fronin e Metropolit t\u00eb Vllahis\u00eb hungareze dhe i gjith\u00eb vendi festoi ngritjen e tij me entuziaz\u00ebm. Nj\u00eb igumen i koh\u00ebs thoshte zakonisht se xhaxhai Anthimi, nj\u00eb burr\u00eb i madh dhe bir i rac\u00ebs s\u00eb men\u00e7ur iberike, erdhi n\u00eb Vllahi dhe ndri\u00e7oi tok\u00ebn e tyre. Zoti, shtoi ai, i dha atij nj\u00eb burim t\u00eb pashtersh\u00ebm urt\u00ebsie dhe i besoi vepra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb mbar\u00eb popullit rumun. N\u00ebn drejtimin e tij personal, n\u00eb Vllahi u nd\u00ebrtuan m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00ebzet kisha dhe manastire, t\u00eb cilat e zbukuruan shpirt\u00ebrisht vendin. Nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb mes tyre z\u00eb Manastiri i Shenjtor\u00ebve t\u00eb Gjith\u00eb, n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Bukureshtit, i cili ishte krenaria e koh\u00ebs. Portat qendrore t\u00eb saj ishin prej lisi dhe t\u00eb gdhendura me motive tradicionale gjeorgjiane nga duart e vet\u00eb Agios Anthimi. Mitropoliti hartoi gjithashtu rregullat e funksionimit t\u00eb manastirit dhe shpalli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij nga Patriarkana e Kostandinopoj\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtu ai themeloi nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb gjall\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore, arsimore dhe tradit\u00ebs orthodhokse n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb vendit. Q\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb shugurimit t\u00eb tij, Mitropoliti Anthimi luftoi pa u lodhur p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Vllahis\u00eb nga dinastit\u00eb e huaja. N\u00eb fjalimin e tij t\u00eb shugurimit, ai iu drejtua kopes\u00eb s\u00eb tij me fjal\u00eb q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb thella dhe profetike t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb do t\u00eb vinte. Ai tha se njer\u00ebzit e kishin mbrojtur besimin me past\u00ebrti, por ishin t\u00eb lidhur ngusht\u00eb me dhun\u00ebn e kombeve t\u00eb huaja. Ai theksoi se do t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb sprovat dhe mundimet e tyre t\u00eb ardhshme dhe fatin q\u00eb Per\u00ebndia kishte caktuar p\u00ebr ta. Fjal\u00ebt e tij do t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetoheshin shpejt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tragjike n\u00eb vet\u00ebm pak vite. M\u00eb 1714 turqit ekzekutuan sundimtarin Constantinos Bragoveanou, s\u00eb bashku me familjen e tij. Dy vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb 1716, ata vran\u00eb edhe Stefanos Kandakouzinos, sundimtari i fundit vendas i Vllahis\u00eb. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb tyre vendos\u00ebn Nikolaos Mavrokordatos, nj\u00eb fanariot q\u00eb interesohej vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr interesat e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane. Fanariot\u00ebt vinin nga familjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme greke t\u00eb Fanar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kostandinopoj\u00ebs dhe pat\u00ebn ndikim t\u00eb madh n\u00eb administrimin e perandoris\u00eb. Sundimtari i ri ishte indiferent ndaj nevojave t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb vendase dhe u sh\u00ebrbeu me besnik\u00ebri tekave t\u00eb Port\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, Anthimi Iber mblodhi rreth vetes patriot\u00eb besnik\u00eb bojar\u00eb me synimin e qart\u00eb \u00e7lirimin. Ata donin t\u00eb \u00e7lironin vendin e tyre nga zgjedha turke dhe sundimi i zyrtar\u00ebve fanariot\u00eb. Nikolaos Mavrokordatos, megjithat\u00eb, i perceptoi shpejt l\u00ebvizjet e tij dhe filloi ta dyshonte at\u00eb si kund\u00ebrshtarin e tij t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm. Ai urdh\u00ebroi Anthimin t\u00eb abdikonte nga froni metropolitane dhe, kur ai refuzoi, paraqiti nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb zyrtare te Patriarku i Kostandinopoj\u00ebs, Jeremia. Ai e d\u00ebnoi t\u00eb supozuarin komplotist dhe nxit\u00ebs t\u00eb veprimit revolucionar n\u00eb shkish\u00ebrim dhe shkish\u00ebrim dhe e shpalli t\u00eb padenj\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#x27;u quajtur murg. Por as Mavrokordati nuk u k\u00ebnaq me k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim dhe k\u00ebrkoi nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr prelatin. Ai urdh\u00ebroi q\u00eb Anthimi t\u00eb internohej larg Vllahis\u00eb, n\u00eb Manastirin e Sh\u00ebn Katerin\u00ebs s\u00eb Sinait. P\u00ebr shkak se kishin frik\u00eb nga reagimi popullor, komplotist\u00ebt e larguan mitropolitin e dashur n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebn e nat\u00ebs, fshehurazi dhe me nxitim, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos vinte re askush. Mitropoliti Anthimi, megjithat\u00eb, nuk arriti kurr\u00eb n\u00eb Sinai, pasi udh\u00ebtimi i tij u nd\u00ebrpre n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme. M\u00eb 14 shtator 1716, nj\u00eb grup ushtar\u00ebsh turq e ther\u00ebn n\u00eb brigjet e lumit Tunca. Vendi ndodhej aty ku lumi p\u00ebrshkon Adrianopoj\u00ebn, relativisht af\u00ebr zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Galipolit. Vras\u00ebsit i hodh\u00ebn eshtrat e tij t\u00eb gjymtuara n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e lumit, pa asnj\u00eb gjurm\u00eb respekti p\u00ebr prelatin e shenjt\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebrfundoi jeta tok\u00ebsore e nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shenjtori t\u00eb madh gjeorgjian, i cili i ofroi gjith\u00e7ka Kish\u00ebs dhe popullit t\u00eb tij. Ai ia kishte kushtuar gjith\u00eb forc\u00ebn, talentin dhe njohurit\u00eb e tij ringjalljes s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb krishter\u00eb t\u00eb Vllahis\u00eb. Ai e mb\u00ebshteti n\u00eb \u00e7do m\u00ebnyr\u00eb popullin rumun n\u00eb besimin ortodoks dhe e mbrojti nga rreziqet shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. N\u00eb vitin e n\u00ebnt\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e dy, Kisha Rumune e shpalli zyrtarisht at\u00eb nj\u00eb shenjt dhe i dha kujtimin e tij m\u00eb kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb shtator. Kjo dat\u00eb p\u00ebrkon me dit\u00ebn e martirizimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb brigjet e lumit Tunja.
