Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb, duke mbajtur mbi supe nj\u00eb kryq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb prej druri, ai po ecte n\u00ebp\u00ebr pyjet e Komelit dhe nj\u00eb drit\u00eb qiellore i zbuloi vendin e manastirit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb ri. Osh\u00ebnar Arsenios lindi n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb dhe vinte nga familja fisnike e Sakharusov, me devotshm\u00ebri t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe dashuri p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e vetmuar. Q\u00eb n\u00eb rini u b\u00eb murg n\u00eb Lavr\u00ebn e famshme t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Sergjit, ku iu p\u00ebrkushtua kopjimit t\u00eb librave t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. Madje \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur nj\u00eb Ungjill q\u00eb e ka kopjuar vet\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1566, duke d\u00ebshmuar p\u00ebr durimin dhe artin e tij kaligrafik. Nga viti 1525 deri n\u00eb vitin 1527 ai sh\u00ebrbeu si igumen i k\u00ebtij manastiri t\u00eb madh me p\u00ebrkushtim dhe p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi. Megjithat\u00eb, zemra e tij d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb qet\u00ebsohej dhe shpesh t\u00ebrhiqej n\u00eb manastirin e ve\u00e7uar t\u00eb Makristit, duke k\u00ebrkuar lutje dhe heshtje. Kur Princi i Madh Vasili i Kat\u00ebrt vizitoi manastirin, ai mbeti i shtangur kur pa abatin me rroba kaq t\u00eb varfra, nd\u00ebrsa v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit i shpjeguan se Arsenius kishte mall p\u00ebr shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebn. Shpejt Osh\u00ebnar u nis me plakun e qelis\u00eb s\u00eb tij drejt pyllit t\u00eb Komelit, pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb versitete larg Vologd\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi t\u00eb qet\u00eb. Ai b\u00ebri nj\u00eb kryq t\u00eb madh prej druri me duart e veta dhe e mbajti mbi supe, duke kaluar pyjet e dendura. Rrug\u00ebs ai hasi n\u00eb nj\u00eb mo\u00e7al dhe nd\u00ebrsa kaloi k\u00ebnet\u00ebn, u p\u00ebrkul n\u00ebn pesh\u00ebn e kryqit dhe ra n\u00eb tok\u00eb. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb moment nj\u00eb rreze drite qiellore zbriti mbi t\u00eb dhe e siguroi se atje do t\u00eb gjente manastirin e tij. K\u00ebshtu ai ngriti kryqin n\u00eb at\u00eb pik\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrtoi qelin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrulur, duke filluar nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Por banor\u00ebt vendas, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po shkonin n\u00eb pyll p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjuajtur kafsh\u00eb t\u00eb egra, vran\u00eb dishepullin e Osius n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tragjike. Ai vet\u00eb u detyrua t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqej m\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb pyllin e Selegondit, duke k\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri paqen dhe sigurin\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, s\u00eb shpejti, disa murgj u mblodh\u00ebn rreth manastirit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb ri dhe me ta mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebn refugjat\u00eb q\u00eb i kishin shp\u00ebtuar nj\u00eb pushtimi katastrofik nga tatar\u00ebt. Osh\u00ebnar Arsenios, duke d\u00ebshiruar gjithmon\u00eb heshtje, k\u00ebrkoi nj\u00eb vend edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb izoluar p\u00ebr lutjen e tij. N\u00eb vitin 1530, princi i madh Vasili i dha me dokument zyrtar tok\u00eb n\u00eb pyllin e Komelit, pran\u00eb lumit Kochtisa. Aty Osh\u00ebnar filloi t\u00eb pastronte vendin s\u00eb bashku me dishepullin e tij besnik Gerasimi, duke duruar mundimet dhe mundimet me shpirt trim. Me fuqin\u00eb e lutjes s\u00eb tij ai zbuti edhe kafsh\u00ebt e egra t\u00eb pyllit, t\u00eb cilat i afroheshin qet\u00ebsisht njeriut t\u00eb Zotit. Kur disa murgj u mblodh\u00ebn rreth tij, ai ngriti nj\u00eb tempull atje p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb Deponimit t\u00eb Virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebs s\u00eb Bekuar. Duke vizituar gjithashtu manastirin e Selekondit, ai u m\u00ebsoi fshatar\u00ebve q\u00eb ishin vendosur n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb jetonin me devotshm\u00ebri dhe frik\u00eb ndaj Zotit. Ai i nxiti me dashuri q\u00eb t\u00eb nderojn\u00eb festat dhe t\u00eb dielat, pa punuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb t\u00eb shenjta t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs. Madje, nj\u00eb her\u00eb nj\u00eb fshatar q\u00eb e kishte d\u00ebgjuar, shkeli urdhrin dhe nisi pun\u00ebn n\u00eb dit\u00eb pushimi. Papritur, at\u00ebher\u00eb u ngrit nj\u00eb er\u00eb e fort\u00eb dhe i shp\u00ebrndau t\u00eb gjitha tufat e tij n\u00ebp\u00ebr fusha, duke d\u00ebshmuar praktikisht t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb t\u00eb Shenjtit. K\u00ebshtu besimtar\u00ebt e kuptuan fuqin\u00eb e d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe shenjt\u00ebrin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Me nj\u00eb jet\u00eb kushtuar agj\u00ebrimit, lutjes dhe pun\u00ebs s\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb, Osh\u00ebnar Arsenios e zuri gjumi m\u00eb nj\u00ebzet e kat\u00ebr gusht t\u00eb vitit nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e pes\u00ebqind e pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb. Jeta e tij u shkrua pak pasi e zuri gjumi, por ai u dogj n\u00eb nj\u00eb zjarr t\u00eb madh n\u00eb manastirin e Comel, n\u00eb 1596. Ai u restaurua m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shkurtuar nga dor\u00ebshkrimet e mbijetuara dhe u pasurua me mrekullit\u00eb e tij pas vdekjes nga nj\u00eb far\u00eb Joani, nj\u00eb murg i t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit manastir. Nj\u00ebqind vjet pas gjumit t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Shenjtit, igumeni Ioasaf ngriti nj\u00eb tempull t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer guri brenda manastirit. Kisha iu kushtua s\u00ebrish Deponimit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn M\u00ebris\u00eb, duke vazhduar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn tradit\u00eb nderuese. Kapela e majt\u00eb e kish\u00ebs iu kushtua Sh\u00ebn Sergjit t\u00eb Radonezhit, babait t\u00eb madh shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs monastike ruse. Kapela e djatht\u00eb, megjithat\u00eb, iu kushtua vet\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Arsenit t\u00eb Komelit, si nder p\u00ebr themeluesin dhe mbrojt\u00ebsin e atij manastiri historik.
