Vet\u00eb murgu Nestor Kronika g\u00ebrmoi me duar nat\u00ebn dhe e gjeti trupin e plakut t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pakorruptuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb tok\u00eb. Sh\u00ebn Theodosius ishte babai i monastizmit rus dhe themeluesi i Lavr\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe t\u00eb shpell\u00ebs s\u00eb Kievit. Ai lindi n\u00eb fshatin Vasilevo, af\u00ebr Kievit dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl tregoi dashuri vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr kish\u00ebn dhe librat e shenjt\u00eb. Ai u b\u00eb hieromonk dhe m\u00eb pas abat, nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb kish\u00eb dhe qeli t\u00eb reja dhe futi n\u00eb manastir kanunin sinovial t\u00eb Manastirit Studio. Ai fjeti i qet\u00eb n\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e kat\u00ebr dhe u varros n\u00eb shpell\u00ebn ku ishte asket. Kur kaluan tet\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet nga pushimi i shenjtorit, e gjith\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebria u mblodh rreth abatit Joani dhe vendosi ta transferonte lipsanin e shenjt\u00eb n\u00eb tempullin e madh. Ata thoshin mes tyre se nuk u shkonte t\u00eb privoheshin nga babai dhe m\u00ebsuesi, as q\u00eb bariu t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte larg kopes\u00eb s\u00eb tij shpirt\u00ebrore. Ata kujtuan fjal\u00ebn e Zotit, se askush nuk ndez nj\u00eb llamb\u00eb p\u00ebr ta fshehur n\u00ebn nj\u00eb en\u00eb, por e vendos n\u00eb llamb\u00eb. Ata p\u00ebrgatit\u00ebn menj\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb altar guri dhe p\u00ebrgatit\u00ebn vendin ku do t\u00eb vendosnin lipsanin e ndersh\u00ebm. Tre dit\u00eb para fest\u00ebs s\u00eb Fjetjes s\u00eb Virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebs, igumeni ftoi murgun Nestor, i cili m\u00eb von\u00eb shkroi k\u00ebt\u00eb histori. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb moment ai grisi dheun dhe zbuloi lipsanin e shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb shenjtorit. E pushtoi nj\u00eb frik\u00eb e madhe dhe filloi t&#x27;i th\u00ebrras\u00eb Zotit, duke k\u00ebrkuar m\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr ambasadat e Sh\u00ebn Teodosit. I d\u00ebrgoi nj\u00eb mesazh abatit dhe ai erdhi me dy murgj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Kur u p\u00ebrkul\u00ebn, pan\u00eb trupin e shtrir\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pandotur, nyjet n\u00eb vend dhe fytyr\u00ebn e shndritshme. Syt\u00eb ishin t\u00eb mbyllur, buz\u00ebt s\u00eb bashku dhe flok\u00ebt ngjitur n\u00eb kok\u00eb. Ata me nderim e vendos\u00ebn lipsanin n\u00eb nj\u00eb barel\u00eb dhe e nxor\u00ebn para shpell\u00ebs. Hierark\u00ebt i prek\u00ebn me respekt, prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb iu afruan, murgjit dhe populli i p\u00ebrqafuan me dashuri dhe lot mir\u00ebnjohjeje. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku k\u00ebnduan himne dhe oda fal\u00ebnderimi p\u00ebr Zotin dhe sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtorin e tij. Ata vendos\u00ebn lipsanin n\u00eb an\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb t\u00eb tempullit, dit\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb t\u00eb muajit gusht, t\u00eb enjten, n\u00eb or\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb dit\u00ebs. I gjith\u00eb populli e festoi me madh\u00ebshti k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb korrjes. Dit\u00ebn e tret\u00eb pas mbledhjes, nj\u00eb profeci e vjet\u00ebr e shenjtorit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai e kishte p\u00ebrmendur shum\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, u p\u00ebrmbush. Sh\u00ebn Teodosi, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb jetonte si igumen, i p\u00eblqente t\u00eb vizitonte f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb fisnik me emrin Joani dhe gruan e tij Mari. Ai fliste n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr l\u00ebmosh\u00ebn, p\u00ebr mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e qiejve dhe p\u00ebr misterin e varrimit t\u00eb trupit. At\u00ebher\u00eb Maria e devotshme e pyeti me emocion plakun n\u00ebse e dinte se ku do t\u00eb vendosej nj\u00eb dit\u00eb trupi i saj. Teodosi, i mbushur me nj\u00eb dhurat\u00eb profetike, u p\u00ebrgjigj se do t\u00eb pushonte n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vend ku do t\u00eb flinte trupi i tij. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Maria ra n\u00eb gjum\u00eb dy dit\u00eb pas marrjes dhe u varros n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin tempull, p\u00ebrball\u00eb varrit t\u00eb shenjtorit. Burri i saj Joanii vdiq pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vje\u00e7are dhe u vendos pran\u00eb gruas s\u00eb tij. K\u00ebshtu fjala e njeriut t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb u v\u00ebrtetua plot\u00ebsisht dhe mrekullisht n\u00eb koh\u00eb. Tet\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet pas largimit, Zoti bekoi kanonizimin zyrtar t\u00eb shenjtorit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb emri i tij t\u00eb ndri\u00e7onte t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kish\u00ebn. Abati Feoktistos iu lut Princit t\u00eb Madh filantrop Michael Svyatopolk dhe Mitropolitit Nikifori t\u00eb mblidhnin nj\u00eb sinod t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb peshkop\u00ebsh dhe abat\u00ebsh. M\u00eb von\u00eb, zoti i zgjedhur Gjergji, i biri i Simonit, u s\u00ebmur r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe ofroi ar dhe argjend p\u00ebr t\u00eb dekoruar altarin e shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb shenjtorit.
