Zbathur n\u00eb dim\u00ebr dhe ver\u00eb, me nj\u00eb k\u00ebmish\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb pallto l\u00ebkure delesh, ai jetoi n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb pran\u00eb Kalug\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Rusi. Vendbanimi i tij ishte gjysm\u00eb verste larg qytetit, pran\u00eb nj\u00eb tempulli pyjor kushtuar Lindjes s\u00eb Krishtit, n\u00eb nj\u00eb kod\u00ebr t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Me p\u00ebrpjekjet e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira asketike ai u ngrit n\u00eb nj\u00eb lart\u00ebsi t\u00eb till\u00eb virtyti sa q\u00eb mori dhuratat e Frym\u00ebs s\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb edhe kur ishte gjall\u00eb. Turma njer\u00ebzish u dynd\u00ebn drejt tij dhe u sh\u00ebruan nga s\u00ebmundjet e r\u00ebnda t\u00eb syrit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet lutjeve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb zjarrta. N\u00eb maj 1512, tatar\u00ebt e Krimes\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb sulm t\u00eb befasish\u00ebm n\u00eb Kaluga dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuan ta shkat\u00ebrronin at\u00eb. I bekuari Lorenci ishte n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb rezidenc\u00ebn e Princit Simeon, kur befas u thirri me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb pallatit. Ai k\u00ebrkoi menj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u00ebpat\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb mpreht\u00eb, sepse, si\u00e7 tha, qent\u00eb po sulmonin princin dhe ai duhet t\u00eb nxitoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ta mbrojtur at\u00eb. Ai rr\u00ebmbeu s\u00ebpat\u00ebn dhe u largua me shpejt\u00ebsi dhe befas p\u00ebr mrekulli u gjend n\u00eb anije pran\u00eb princit. Me pranin\u00eb e tij ai gjall\u00ebroi dhe inkurajoi ushtar\u00ebt dhe pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb or\u00eb rus\u00ebt mund\u00ebn armiqt\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ai shpesh paraqitet me nj\u00eb s\u00ebpat\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb si simbol i nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb tij t\u00eb mrekullueshme. Princi Simeon, i cili i detyrohej jet\u00ebn e tij drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, m\u00eb von\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb manastir n\u00eb vendin e betejave t\u00eb tij asketike. Ai ia kushtoi at\u00eb kujtimit t\u00eb tij dhe u b\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr pelegrinazhi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin e Kaluga. Mrekullia e par\u00eb e madhe ndodhi me djalin e paralizuar Leon Andreevich Kologrivov, i cili kishte humbur plot\u00ebsisht z\u00ebrin dhe l\u00ebvizjen. Ai nuk mund t\u00eb l\u00ebvizte as krah\u00ebt, as k\u00ebmb\u00ebt dhe u vendos pran\u00eb varrit t\u00eb Shenjtit me shpres\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbes\u00ebs ai fliste normalisht dhe ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht i sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, duke lavd\u00ebruar Zotin. Kanonizimi zyrtar i shenjtorit duket se ka ndodhur n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb nga Kisha e Rusis\u00eb. Car Ivan the Terrible madje p\u00ebrmendi emrin e tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb dokument zyrtar q\u00eb i jepte tok\u00eb manastirit n\u00eb 1565. Mbrojtja e vendit t\u00eb tij nga Sh\u00ebn Lorenci u shfaq p\u00ebrs\u00ebri mrekullisht gjat\u00eb pushtimit t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb nga Napoleoni. Qyteti i Kaluga u b\u00eb m\u00eb pas, sipas nj\u00eb mbishkrimi historik n\u00eb monumentin Maloyaroslavets, kufiri i p\u00ebrparimit francez dhe fillimi i t\u00ebrheqjes. Ajo betej\u00eb vendimtare u zhvillua m\u00eb 12 tetor 1812 dhe sh\u00ebnoi shkat\u00ebrrimin p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb trupave armike. Besimtar\u00ebt ia atribuuan k\u00ebt\u00eb fitore t\u00eb madhe ambasadave t\u00eb ngrohta t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Lorencit te Zoti. Shum\u00eb shekuj pas pushimit t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb gusht t\u00eb vitit 2018, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e relikteve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb shenjta u zbulua n\u00eb nj\u00eb magazin\u00eb t\u00eb Muzeut Qendror t\u00eb Forcave t\u00eb Armatosura n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb.
