Nj\u00eb arkimandrit me nj\u00eb gisht t\u00eb kthyer nga lindja n\u00eb p\u00ebll\u00ebmb\u00eb u sh\u00ebrua sapo preku reliktin e shenjt\u00eb. Sh\u00ebn Ignati lindi nga prind\u00ebr t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e rrit\u00ebn me \u00e7do virtyt t\u00eb krishter\u00eb dhe frik\u00eb ndaj Zotit. Q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb re ai e kuptoi kot\u00ebsin\u00eb e bot\u00ebs dhe vendosi t&#x27;i p\u00ebrkushtohej plot\u00ebsisht jet\u00ebs s\u00eb vetmuar. Ai mori form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb engj\u00eblli dhe jetoi me aq virtyt sa shpejt u em\u00ebrua arkimandrit i manastirit ku ishte asket. T\u00eb varf\u00ebrit dhe t\u00eb dob\u00ebtit vajtonin, sepse ai q\u00eb i ushqente dhe i mbante me dashuri po largohej. Prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb dhe murgjit vajtuan, sepse u privuan nga udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi shpirt\u00ebror dhe k\u00ebshilltari i sigurt. Edhe zot\u00ebrit e qytetit u pik\u00eblluan, pasi po humbnin k\u00ebshilltarin e tyre t\u00eb men\u00e7ur n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira. Ata ngrit\u00ebn me nder tabernakullin e shenjt\u00eb dhe nis\u00ebn marshimin drejt kish\u00ebs ipeshkvore t\u00eb qytetit. Nj\u00ebra quhej Theodosia dhe ishte gruaja e protodiakonit Pal, nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i ngusht\u00eb i Sh\u00ebn Ignatit. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas martes\u00ebs, dy bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebt i ishin p\u00ebrkushtuar jet\u00ebs s\u00eb virgj\u00ebr dhe lutjes. Ata e kaluan t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb agj\u00ebrime dhe vigjilje dhe shum\u00eb d\u00ebshmuan p\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. Kur t\u00eb bekuarin Pal e zuri gjumi, Teodosia mori form\u00ebn e murgut dhe vazhdoi p\u00ebrpjekjet e saj shpirt\u00ebrore.
