Ai vinte nga fshati Stemnitsa Gortynias dhe mbiemri i tij ishte Pasomenos. P\u00ebr prind\u00ebrit, koh\u00ebn e sakt\u00eb t\u00eb lindjes dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij, n\u00eb burime nuk ruhen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna. Shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb u shp\u00ebtuan me nderim nga tradita e gjall\u00eb gojore e vendit. Rruga e tij asketike fillon qart\u00eb kur ngjitet n\u00eb maj\u00ebn e malit Kastania, me lart\u00ebsi rreth nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e dyqind metra, drejtp\u00ebrdrejt p\u00ebrball\u00eb fshatit Vlaherna. Ky mal ka t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb t\u00eb identifikohet me malin e lasht\u00eb Knakalos, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur nga udh\u00ebtari Pausanias n\u00eb shkrimet e tij. Zona m\u00eb e gjer\u00eb e Vlahern\u00ebs dhe shpellat q\u00eb zbukurojn\u00eb malet p\u00ebrreth kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dikur vendstrehimi. Osh\u00ebnar Leontios u vendos n\u00eb nj\u00eb shpell\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb natyrore dhe zgjodhi t\u00eb jetonte pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, ai vazhdoi t\u00eb hapte shpell\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte nj\u00eb manastir t\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb Deponimit t\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb. Rasti ishte prania e ikon\u00ebs s\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebs Mari, mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ishte shkruar mbishkrimi &quot;Hyjlind\u00ebsja Blacherna&quot;. Nga ky imazh fshati mori emrin e sot\u00ebm dhe nga Bezenikos u riem\u00ebrua n\u00eb Vlaherna. Ikona e shenjt\u00eb ishte fshehur n\u00ebn qelin\u00eb e Osios n\u00eb nj\u00eb kript\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl shk\u00ebmbi, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos binte n\u00eb duart e pushtuesve. Pas \u00e7lirimit nga turqit, kjo ikon\u00eb u gjet p\u00ebr mrekulli dhe u b\u00eb vend pelegrinazhi. Brenda k\u00ebsaj shpelle, n\u00ebn \u00e7atin\u00eb e Virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebs, Osh\u00ebnar Leontios jetoi vite t\u00eb izolimit, lutjes s\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb dhe ushtrimeve t\u00eb rrepta fizike. Por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, ai nuk harroi t\u00eb ofronte p\u00ebrfitime shpirt\u00ebrore p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr kalimtar\u00ebt q\u00eb kalonin aty. Fshati at\u00ebher\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb kalim p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb udh\u00ebtonin nga Tripoli p\u00ebr n\u00eb Kalavryta dhe Kull\u00ebn e Ilis\u00eb. Rruga ndoqi af\u00ebrsisht t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn rrug\u00eb si rruga aktuale q\u00eb lidh Tripolin me Vlahern\u00ebn. N\u00eb at\u00eb pjes\u00eb af\u00ebr fshatit nuk kishte fare uj\u00eb q\u00eb udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt e lodhur t\u00eb pushonin dhe t\u00eb shuanin etjen. Osh\u00ebnar, duke par\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebr pak freski, mori uj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb qese dhe e zbrazi n\u00eb nj\u00eb kavanoz. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, dashuria e tij p\u00ebr njeriun u b\u00eb e prekshme dhe e p\u00ebrditshme. Kjo sh\u00ebrbes\u00eb nuk ishte aspak e vog\u00ebl, as e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr mosh\u00ebn dhe jet\u00ebn e tij asketike. Sh\u00ebn\u00ebs iu desh t\u00eb udh\u00ebtonte \u00e7do her\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb nga maja e malit n\u00eb pijetore dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Por ai e lidhi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebvizjeje dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb af\u00ebrmin me dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr Zotin. Sa her\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb vetmin\u00eb e tij, merrte rrug\u00ebn e p\u00ebrpjet\u00eb duke mbajtur mbi supe nj\u00eb gur t\u00eb madh. Nga t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebt gur\u00eb ai nd\u00ebrtoi ngadal\u00eb varrin e tij, me duart e veta. Pran\u00eb vetmis\u00eb dhe tempullit ai nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb rezervuar t\u00eb vog\u00ebl uji dhe kultivoi nj\u00eb kopsht t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb p\u00ebr nevojat e tij t\u00eb pakta. Zoti, p\u00ebr ta shp\u00ebrblyer p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn dhe gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij, i dha dhurat\u00ebn parashikuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur paraprakisht gjumin e tij. Ishte e shtuna e madhe kur u s\u00ebmur r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb shpell\u00ebn e tij. Nj\u00eb mik i bariut vendas donte ta vizitonte dhe t&#x27;i ofronte pak qum\u00ebsht p\u00ebr leht\u00ebsim. Osh\u00ebnar, megjithat\u00eb, nuk kishte en\u00eb bosh p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb qum\u00ebshtin dhe i tha t\u00eb vinte p\u00ebrs\u00ebri t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen.
