N\u00eb nj\u00eb mbishkrim mbi hyrjen jugore, q\u00eb daton nga nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e pes\u00eb deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e gjasht\u00eb pas Krishtit, \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar qart\u00eb emri i themeluesit. Kujtimi i Hyjlind\u00ebs s\u00eb Asinos festohet \u00e7do vit t\u00eb Mart\u00ebn e Shenjt\u00eb me nj\u00eb shk\u00eblqim t\u00eb madh. Tempulli p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga dy pjes\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr ecurin\u00eb e tij historike nd\u00ebr shekuj. Kjo \u00e7ati e dyfisht\u00eb mbrojti monumentin dhe ndihmoi n\u00eb ruajtjen e afreskeve t\u00eb mrekullueshme brenda. Brend\u00ebsia e Hyjlind\u00ebs s\u00eb Asinos \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbushur plot me piktura, me pothuajse asnj\u00eb njoll\u00eb boshe n\u00eb mure. Afresket e ruajtura i p\u00ebrkasin periudhave t\u00eb ndryshme kronologjike dhe zbulojn\u00eb ecurin\u00eb e tempullit n\u00eb koh\u00eb. Kompleti m\u00eb i vjet\u00ebr daton nga nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e pes\u00eb deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e gjasht\u00eb pas Krishtit dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb referimi p\u00ebr artin e koh\u00ebs. Shfaqjet shprehin prirjet e reja t\u00eb piktur\u00ebs q\u00eb u zhvilluan gjat\u00eb dinastis\u00eb Komnene.
