Ajo ishte Ferbuthi, motra e peshkopit Simeon t\u00eb Seleukias, t\u00eb cilin i nj\u00ebjti mbret e kishte vrar\u00eb tashm\u00eb p\u00ebr besimin e tij. Ferbouthi jetoi n\u00eb vitet e Konstandinit t\u00eb Madh dhe u martirizua n\u00eb Persi, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Saporit t\u00eb Dyt\u00eb. Nj\u00eb vit pas vdekjes s\u00eb v\u00ebllait t\u00eb saj, njer\u00ebzit e mbretit e \u00e7uan virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebn s\u00eb bashku me motr\u00ebn e saj dhe nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore besnike n\u00eb pallat. Mbret\u00ebresha u mahnit nga bukuria e vajz\u00ebs s\u00eb vog\u00ebl dhe i tha asaj se nj\u00eb grua e till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb mbi nj\u00eb mori njer\u00ebzish. Ferbuthi u p\u00ebrgjigj me qet\u00ebsi dhe sfid\u00eb se ajo kishte tashm\u00eb Dh\u00ebndrin, Krishtin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin d\u00ebshmoi v\u00ebllai i saj. Ajo u shpreh qart\u00eb se as q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mendonte p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb dh\u00ebnd\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb zem\u00ebr. Mbret\u00ebresha nuk pyeti m\u00eb dhe i mbajti tre grat\u00eb af\u00ebr saj n\u00eb pallat. T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen mbret\u00ebresha u s\u00ebmur papritur dhe magjistar\u00ebt persian\u00eb u thirr\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta sh\u00ebruar me artet e tyre. Nj\u00ebra prej tyre ka par\u00eb Fervoutin n\u00eb dhoma dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb mahnitur menj\u00ebher\u00eb nga bukuria e saj. Ai d\u00ebrgoi fshehurazi nj\u00eb burr\u00eb dhe i premtoi asaj lirin\u00eb dhe pasurin\u00eb e saj t\u00eb madhe n\u00ebse ajo do t\u00eb pranonte t\u00eb b\u00ebhej gruaja e tij. Shenjtori u p\u00ebrgjigj se si e krishter\u00eb ajo nuk mund t\u00eb martohej kurr\u00eb me nj\u00eb pagan. I turp\u00ebruar dhe plot inat, magjistari vrapoi te Sapori dhe p\u00ebshp\u00ebriti akuza t\u00eb liga. Ai tha se s\u00ebmundja e mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs nuk ishte e natyrshme, por pasoj\u00eb e helmit nga dy motrat e peshkopit t\u00eb vrar\u00eb Simeon. Ai shtoi se grat\u00eb mbanin inat p\u00ebr vdekjen e v\u00ebllait t\u00eb tyre dhe k\u00ebrkuan hakmarrje. Mbreti e besoi shpifjen dhe urdh\u00ebroi menj\u00ebher\u00eb q\u00eb tre grat\u00eb t\u00eb sillen n\u00eb gjyq para gjykat\u00ebsve. Kryemagji Mauptis u em\u00ebrua kryetar s\u00eb bashku me dy zot\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tre u magjeps\u00ebn fshehurazi nga virgj\u00ebresha. Secili fshehu d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij nga dy t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe llogariti ta fitonte at\u00eb si grua. Kur filloi hetimi, gjyqtar\u00ebt akuzuan grat\u00eb se kishin helmuar mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebn e bot\u00ebs dhe se meritonin vdekjen. Ferbouthi foli n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb treve me vendosm\u00ebri dhe maturi t\u00eb admirueshme p\u00ebrpara zot\u00ebrve. Ai pyeti pse Satani kishte futur nj\u00eb mendim kaq t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb n\u00eb zemrat e tyre dhe pse ata k\u00ebrkuan t\u00eb turp\u00ebronin grat\u00eb e pafajshme. Ai kujtoi se t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt vdesin t\u00eb lumtur p\u00ebr Krishtin, pa mohuar Zotin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. Ai shtoi se ligji i Zotit ndalon rrept\u00ebsisht \u00e7do magji dhe helm, me d\u00ebnim me vdekje p\u00ebr fajtor\u00ebt. Gjykat\u00ebsit d\u00ebgjuan me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi fjal\u00ebt e saj dhe admiruan bukurin\u00eb dhe men\u00e7urin\u00eb e virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebs. Por brenda secilit prej tyre mendonte se si ta shp\u00ebtonte nga d\u00ebnimi p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb p\u00ebr grua. Mauptis e pyeti n\u00ebse kishin p\u00ebrgatitur helm p\u00ebr t&#x27;u hakmarr\u00eb p\u00ebr vdekjen e v\u00ebllait t\u00eb tyre. Ferbouthi u p\u00ebrgjigj se v\u00ebllai i saj jeton pran\u00eb Krishtit n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Qiellit. M\u00eb tej ai deklaroi se fuqia tok\u00ebsore e persekutor\u00ebve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb asgj\u00eb para asaj lavdie. Pas k\u00ebtyre fjal\u00ebve, zot\u00ebrit urdh\u00ebruan q\u00eb grat\u00eb t\u00eb ktheheshin n\u00eb burg. Shum\u00eb her\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes, kryemagji e d\u00ebrgoi fshehurazi sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtorin e tij n\u00eb qelin\u00eb e virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebs me nj\u00eb propozim t\u00eb ri tundues. Ajo shpalli se ishte fejuar nj\u00eb her\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb me Zotin Jisu Krisht, p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit ruajti virgj\u00ebrin\u00eb. Ajo shtoi se nuk kishte frik\u00eb as nga vdekja, as nga gjaku i saj, sepse kjo rrug\u00eb e \u00e7onte te v\u00ebllai i saj. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme, shenjtori hoqi dy gjyqtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb provuan t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn metod\u00eb mashtruese. Kur t\u00eb tre zot\u00ebrit e kuptuan se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e d\u00ebshironin m\u00eb kot, vendos\u00ebn ta shkat\u00ebrronin nj\u00eb her\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb. Ata iu paraqit\u00ebn Saporit dhe i p\u00ebshp\u00ebrit\u00ebn se t\u00eb tre grat\u00eb e krishtera ishin shtriga dhe e meritonin vdekjen. Mbreti u p\u00ebrgjigj se shp\u00ebtimi i tyre i vet\u00ebm do t\u00eb ishte adhurimi i diellit. Por d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt deklaruan me guxim se adhurojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm Zotin, Poetin e qiellit dhe t\u00eb tok\u00ebs. Asnj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim nuk i l\u00ebkundi grat\u00eb dhe Mauptis dhe shok\u00ebt e tij b\u00ebrtit\u00ebn me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb para t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve. Ata k\u00ebrkuan t\u00eb zhdukeshin nga toka tre vras\u00ebsit e mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i shkaktuan k\u00ebshtu s\u00ebmundjen e saj. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb u dha nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim me vdekje nga Sapori dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e ekzekutimit ua la magjistar\u00ebve. Ata t\u00eb pabes\u00eb dekretuan q\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt t\u00eb priten n\u00eb dysh, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb mbret\u00ebresha t\u00eb kalonte mes copave t\u00eb tyre dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohej. Nd\u00ebrsa po i \u00e7onin tre grat\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e ekzekutimit, Mauptis d\u00ebrgoi skllaven e tij n\u00eb Ferbouthi p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb fundit. Ai i tha asaj se n\u00ebse ajo do t&#x27;i bindej atij edhe tani, as ajo dhe as shok\u00ebt e saj nuk do t\u00eb vdisnin. Shenjtorja u p\u00ebrgjigj me indinjat\u00eb se d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb vdiste p\u00ebr Krishtin dhe t\u00eb fitonte jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrjetshme. Ajo nuk do t\u00eb pranonte t\u00eb donte jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkohshme dhe t\u00eb humbiste g\u00ebzimin e p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm pran\u00eb Dh\u00ebndrit t\u00eb saj. M\u00eb pas xhelat\u00ebt i nxorr\u00ebn d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt jasht\u00eb qytetit dhe vendos\u00ebn dy kunja druri p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn grua. Ata e lidh\u00ebn Fervuthin nga qafa dhe nga k\u00ebmb\u00ebt midis shtyllave dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb me dy shok\u00ebt e saj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb besnik\u00eb. Pastaj xhelat\u00ebt mor\u00ebn nj\u00eb sharr\u00eb t\u00eb madhe druri dhe sharruan trupat e ndersh\u00ebm t\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve n\u00eb dysh. K\u00ebshtu tri virgj\u00ebreshat dor\u00ebzuan shpirtrat e tyre t\u00eb past\u00ebr n\u00eb duart e Dh\u00ebndrit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb pavdeksh\u00ebm Krishtit. M\u00eb pas, t\u00eb ligjt\u00eb ngrit\u00ebn gjasht\u00eb kunja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, tre n\u00eb secil\u00ebn an\u00eb t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7onte n\u00eb qytet. Mbi to varnin gjymtyr\u00ebt e prera t\u00eb grave t\u00eb shenjta, si fryt i p\u00ebrgjakur dhe i trishtuar. Pamja ishte plot tmerr dhe e denj\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb lot p\u00ebr \u00e7do shpirt t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm. M\u00eb pas, mbret\u00ebresha e Persis\u00eb kaloi n\u00ebp\u00ebr at\u00eb rrug\u00eb midis trupave t\u00eb varur t\u00eb martir\u00ebve. Pas saj ndiqte nj\u00eb turm\u00eb e madhe njer\u00ebzish, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin mbledhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb procesion paradoksal. Pas gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj lipsani i ndersh\u00ebm i shenjtor\u00ebve u hodh\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb lugin\u00eb si t\u00eb padobishme nga persekutor\u00ebt. Por t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt shkuan fshehurazi nat\u00ebn dhe varros\u00ebn me nderim lipsanin e shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb martir\u00ebve. K\u00ebshtu Ferbuthi s\u00eb bashku me motr\u00ebn dhe sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtoren i dhan\u00eb fund luft\u00ebs n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb prillit.
