Pran\u00eb tij q\u00ebndronte Joani Savteli, himnologu i urt\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb lavd\u00ebronte mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebn Tamara n\u00eb vargje t\u00eb pavdekshme. Ata t\u00eb dy jetuan n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb tremb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e art\u00eb t\u00eb mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs s\u00eb shenjt\u00eb Tamar. Joanii studioi n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb e famshme t\u00eb Gelatit, ku iu m\u00ebsua teologjia, filozofia, historia dhe let\u00ebrsia antike dhe arabe. Pas studimeve mori form\u00ebn engj\u00ebllore dhe ushtrua n\u00eb manastirin e famsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Vartzias, t\u00eb gdhendur n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbinjt\u00eb e Gjeorgjis\u00eb jugore. Atje ai kombinoi ushtrimet rigoroze me studimin e thell\u00eb t\u00eb Shkrimeve dhe Et\u00ebrve. Zoti e pajisi me nj\u00eb dhurat\u00eb t\u00eb rrall\u00eb poetike, e cila s\u00eb shpejti do ta mbushte vendin me himne dhe ode. Bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebsi i tij Evlogios, i fshehur pas form\u00ebs s\u00eb salusit, fshihte gjithashtu nj\u00eb dhurat\u00eb t\u00eb pasur profetike. Dy shenjtor\u00ebt do t\u00eb takoheshin n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment kritik n\u00eb atdheun e tyre. Nd\u00ebrsa ushtria gjeorgjiane n\u00ebn bashk\u00ebshortin e mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs Tamara, Davidi Shoslan, p\u00ebrgatitej t\u00eb p\u00ebrleshej me Sulltan Rukn al-Din, vendi mbajti frym\u00ebn. Beteja q\u00eb u b\u00eb e njohur si Beteja e Bassianit do t\u00eb zhvillohej rreth vitit 1233 pas Krishtit. Mbret\u00ebresha Tamara, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb pallate, mori rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr n\u00eb manastirin e Onjrhe, duke k\u00ebrkuar ndihm\u00ebn e qiellit. Me t\u00eb udh\u00ebtuan katolik Tevdore nga Kartli, shum\u00eb hierark\u00eb dhe shum\u00eb murgj nga e gjith\u00eb Gjeorgjia. Midis tyre shquhej Joani Savteli, si nj\u00eb teolog i thell\u00eb, nj\u00eb filozof i mpreht\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb himnist i frym\u00ebzuar. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku bashkuan z\u00ebrin n\u00eb lutje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e popullit dhe ushtris\u00eb. Brenda Liturgji Hyjnore atmosfera ishte shtyp\u00ebse dhe ankthi rrinte r\u00ebnd\u00eb si nj\u00eb re mbi adhuruesit. Pastaj papritmas ndodhi e papritura, ajo q\u00eb askush nuk e priste. Nj\u00eb burr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mendonin se ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb slob u ngrit para tyre dhe ndryshoi gjith\u00e7ka. Evlogios, i cili shtir\u00eb d\u00eblir\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur hirin e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, u gjunj\u00ebzua me lot n\u00eb truallin e manastirit. Ai ngriti duart lart n\u00eb qiell dhe b\u00ebrtiti me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pranishmit. \u201cLavdi ty, Zot, Krisht i Plotfuqish\u00ebm. Mos kini frik\u00eb nga Persian\u00ebt, por shkoni n\u00eb paqe, sepse m\u00ebshira e Zotit ka zbritur n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Tamar\u00ebs&quot;. Fjal\u00ebt e tij ishin qart\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb zbules\u00eb hyjnore, t\u00eb d\u00ebrguara drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga qielli n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet goj\u00ebs s\u00eb atij njeriu t\u00eb p\u00ebrulur. Joani Savteli, i mbushur me g\u00ebzim, iu drejtua menj\u00ebher\u00eb mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs Tamara dhe i tha me g\u00ebzim. &quot;Madh\u00ebshti, i Plotfuqishmi na zbuloi fitoren e luft\u00ebs nga buz\u00ebt e nj\u00eb salu n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Krishtit.&quot; Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb, Evlogios ia besoi Joaniit sekretin e tij dhe i shpjegoi se si fshihej pas kaosit. Duke kuptuar se dhurata e tij tani ishte e dukshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, ai u largua shpejt nga turma dhe u zhduk. K\u00ebshtu ai u kthye n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00eb, duke ruajtur p\u00ebrul\u00ebsin\u00eb si nj\u00eb roje t\u00eb \u00e7muar t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe lutjes s\u00eb tij t\u00eb brendshme. Profecia e Salu u verifikua shpejt mrekullisht, pasi ushtria gjeorgjiane fitoi nj\u00eb fitore t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer n\u00eb Betej\u00ebn e Bassianit. N\u00eb shenj\u00eb fal\u00ebnderimi p\u00ebr shp\u00ebtimin e atdheut, Joani Savteli kompozoi t\u00eb famshmin &quot;Himnet p\u00ebr Virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebn e Vartzias&quot;, plot mir\u00ebnjohje dhe besim. N\u00eb k\u00ebto himne ai ia atribuon fitoren jo fuqis\u00eb ushtarake, por am\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Hyjlind\u00ebs mbi popullin e Gjeorgjis\u00eb. Ai njihet gjithashtu si poeti i odes s\u00eb famshme me titullin &quot;Abdul Messiah&quot;, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb &quot;sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor i Krishtit&quot; n\u00eb greqisht. Kjo ode i kushtohet mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs Tamara dhe mbrojt\u00ebsit t\u00eb vendit Davidi Reformatorit, me vargje t\u00eb zhytura n\u00eb teologji. Poeti e quan shpesh veten nj\u00eb endacak dhe sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor t\u00eb Krishtit, duke treguar k\u00ebshtu q\u00ebndrimin e tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrulur. Duke iu referuar Sh\u00ebn Dionisit Areopagitit, ai flet p\u00ebr hierarkit\u00eb hyjnore dhe kishtare t\u00eb krijimit. Sh\u00ebn Joanii jetoi n\u00eb pleq\u00ebri, iu p\u00ebrkushtua lutjes dhe studimit dhe fjeti i qet\u00eb.
