Perandori Konstanci thirri nj\u00eb peshkop nga Gangra i cili e lidhi bish\u00ebn n\u00eb shkopin e tij dhe e hodhi n\u00eb zjarr. Sh\u00ebn Hypati lindi dhe u rrit n\u00eb Paflagoni, n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Azis\u00eb s\u00eb Vog\u00ebl, n\u00eb vitet e Konstandinit t\u00eb Madh. Perandori Konstanci, i cili mbret\u00ebroi pas v\u00ebllait t\u00eb tij, d\u00ebgjoi p\u00ebr arritjet e tij t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. K\u00ebshtu ai d\u00ebrgoi nj\u00eb mesazh urgjent dhe e ftoi t\u00eb shkonte pa vones\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin mbret\u00ebror. N\u00eb portat e thesarit perandorak ishte shfaqur nj\u00eb dragua i madh dhe i tmerrsh\u00ebm, rreth gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb kubit\u00eb i gjat\u00eb. Bisha pengoi \u00e7do njeri t\u00eb hynte dhe shum\u00eb klerik\u00eb q\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrpjekur ta d\u00ebbonin at\u00eb, kishin d\u00ebshtuar keq. Perandori e priti shenjtorin me nderime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe u p\u00ebrul n\u00eb tok\u00eb, duke k\u00ebrkuar ndihm\u00ebn e tij. Hypati iu p\u00ebrgjigj me p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi, se edhe sikur lutja e tij t\u00eb ishte e dob\u00ebt, besimi i mbretit nuk do t\u00eb ishte pa fryt. Ai ra n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe u lut p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, duke iu lutur Zotit q\u00eb t\u00eb zbulonte fuqin\u00eb e tij. M\u00eb pas ai k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb t\u00eb ndizet nj\u00eb furr\u00eb e madhe inkandeshente n\u00eb hipodrom\u00ebn e qytetit. Dragoi e ndoqi shenjtorin si rob i lidhur para syve t\u00eb habitur t\u00eb turm\u00ebs. Me t\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur n\u00eb furr\u00eb, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb shenjtorit, ai u hodh n\u00eb flak\u00eb dhe u dogj plot\u00ebsisht. Perandori fal\u00ebnderoi shum\u00eb Zotin p\u00ebr mrekullin\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebnjohjen e pamas\u00eb ndaj hierarkut t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm. Ai pikturoi imazhin e shenjtorit mbi port\u00ebn e thesarit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur \u00e7do ndikim demonik. Ai madje e p\u00ebrjashtoi qytetin e Gangre nga taksat vjetore n\u00eb shenj\u00eb nderimi p\u00ebr bariun e tij. Por, me gjith\u00eb simpatin\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb tregoi ndaj shenjtorit, ai nuk i braktisi bindjet e tij marsiane dhe mbeti n\u00eb herezi. Vras\u00ebsit e fsheh\u00ebn me nxitim trupin e d\u00ebshmorit n\u00eb nj\u00eb shpell\u00eb aty pran\u00eb, t\u00eb mbuluar me kasht\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, d\u00ebnimi hyjnor nuk vonoi shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur tek ata q\u00eb derdh\u00ebn gjak t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm. Gruaja q\u00eb kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb goditjen fatale u pushtua menj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe filloi t\u00eb godiste gjoksin e saj me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin gur. Vras\u00ebsi ndoqi kortezhin duke rrahur gjoksin me gur dhe duke rr\u00ebfyer publikisht krimin e saj.
