Nj\u00eb grua tjet\u00ebr, shoq\u00ebruesja e saj besnike, hynte \u00e7do dit\u00eb n\u00eb burg p\u00ebr t&#x27;i mb\u00ebshtetur pak para se t\u00eb \u00e7onin n\u00eb martirizim. K\u00ebto dy figura t\u00eb kish\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb ishin Sh\u00ebn Vasilisa dhe Sh\u00ebn Kalliniki, t\u00eb ardhur nga Galia e Azis\u00eb s\u00eb Vog\u00ebl. Mbret\u00ebresha vinte nga nj\u00eb familje e pasur dhe zot\u00ebronte nj\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb konsiderueshme, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ajo zgjodhi t&#x27;i vinte n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve t\u00eb saj n\u00eb Krishtin. Kalliniki, nga ana e saj, mori rolin e rreziksh\u00ebm t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsit, pasi u transferonte parat\u00eb dhe gj\u00ebrat e nevojshme besimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb burgosur. E gjith\u00eb kjo ndodhi n\u00eb vitet e persekutimit, kur emri i Krishtit kushtoi burgim, tortur\u00eb dhe prerje koke. Mbret\u00ebresha u k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb burgosurve vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim, lutjen e tyre. Ai donte t&#x27;u q\u00ebndronte pran\u00eb sado q\u00eb t\u00eb mundte, q\u00eb askush t\u00eb mos lakohej nga frika dhe dhimbja. N\u00eb fakt, ai po p\u00ebrgatitte mend\u00ebrisht martir\u00ebt e Kish\u00ebs p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e sprov\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe. Dashuria e saj nuk ishte teorike, por praktike, e p\u00ebrditshme dhe sakrifikuese ndaj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve. Sh\u00ebnja nuk dinte t\u00eb g\u00ebnjente, as nuk donte ta mbulonte t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e besimit t\u00eb saj me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb rreme. Ajo rr\u00ebfeu me guxim se i p\u00ebrkiste komunitetit t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve dhe se u sh\u00ebrbente v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve t\u00eb saj. Ushtar\u00ebt e lidh\u00ebn fort dhe e \u00e7uan menj\u00ebher\u00eb para sundimtarit lokal t\u00eb zon\u00ebs. Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb ata arrestuan edhe Mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebn, e cila nga ana e saj u d\u00ebrgua n\u00eb gjykat\u00ebn pagane. Dy grat\u00eb u ngrit\u00ebn p\u00ebrball\u00eb gjyqtarit, duke mos treguar frik\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve t\u00eb tij. Ata pohonin me pafytyr\u00ebsi se besonin n\u00eb Krishtin dhe se refuzonin t\u00eb adhuronin idhujt e pajet\u00eb. Zoti urdh\u00ebroi t&#x27;u n\u00ebnshtroheshin torturave t\u00eb ndryshme dhe t\u00eb tmerrshme p\u00ebr t&#x27;u thyer q\u00ebndres\u00ebn. Me gjakun e tyre ata mund\u00ebn djallin dhe \u00e7do fuqi q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonte dashurin\u00eb e Krishtit. Martirizimi i tyre ndodhi n\u00eb mesin e shekullit t\u00eb tret\u00eb pas lindjes s\u00eb Krishtit, n\u00eb vitet e persekutimit t\u00eb madh. Konkretisht, Kisha e vendos fundin e tyre n\u00eb vitin dyqind e pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e dy, gjat\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb perandorit francez.
