N\u00eb momentin e vdekjes s\u00eb tij, v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit zbuluan n\u00eb trupin e tij zinxhir\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb hekuri, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt askush nuk kishte dyshuar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb. Osh\u00ebnar lindi n\u00eb fshatin Gribkovo, af\u00ebr qytetit t\u00eb Kasin, nga djali i shquar Vasilii Koza dhe gruaja e tij Irene. N\u00eb bot\u00eb ai quhej Mate dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl e donte studimin e Shkrimeve t\u00eb Shenjta me nj\u00eb pasion t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb. Por prind\u00ebrit e tij nuk donin q\u00eb ai t\u00eb ndiqte jet\u00ebn e vetmuar dhe e bind\u00ebn t\u00eb martohej me Eleni Jahontova. Mateu i ri e pranoi me bindje vullnetin e tyre dhe jetoi nj\u00eb jet\u00eb modeste dhe t\u00eb d\u00eblir\u00eb me gruan e tij. Ata kishin r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord mes tyre q\u00eb kush do t\u00eb shp\u00ebtonte do t\u00eb merrte menj\u00ebher\u00eb form\u00ebn engj\u00ebllore. Nj\u00eb vit pas dasm\u00ebs, prind\u00ebrit e tij i zuri gjumi dhe pas dy vitesh emigroi edhe gruaja e tij. K\u00ebshtu ai u \u00e7lirua nga t\u00eb gjitha lidhjet e k\u00ebsaj bote. Pa vones\u00eb, Mateu shp\u00ebrndau t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pasurin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb varf\u00ebrit dhe u drejtua n\u00eb manastirin e Agios Nikolaos t\u00eb Klobukoff. Atje u b\u00eb murg me emrin Makarios dhe iu p\u00ebrkushtua me zell t\u00eb gjitha sh\u00ebrbesave. Ai iu bind jo vet\u00ebm abatit, por edhe v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve m\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl me p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi dhe but\u00ebsi t\u00eb thell\u00eb. Bishat e egra iu afruan me p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi dhe h\u00ebngr\u00ebn ushqimin e pak\u00ebt nga duart e tij. S\u00eb shpejti erdh\u00ebn shtat\u00eb pleq nga manastiri i tij i vjet\u00ebr, duke k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin me t\u00eb. U shtuan asket\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nga vende t\u00eb ndryshme dhe rreth qelis\u00eb s\u00eb tij u ngrit\u00ebn kasolle t\u00eb reja. K\u00ebshtu u formua nj\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebri e t\u00ebr\u00eb eremite, e cila tani kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tempull p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimin hyjnor dhe lutje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Me bekimin e kryepriftit t\u00eb Tverit, ata ngrit\u00ebn nj\u00eb kish\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl prej druri kushtuar Trinis\u00eb Zoarkike. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb jetonte nj\u00eb pronar tokash i quajtur Joani Koliagas, i cili pa me keqardhje rritjen e v\u00ebllaz\u00ebris\u00eb. Ai kishte frik\u00eb se pronat e tij do t\u00eb vinin n\u00eb manastir dhe vendosi t\u00eb vriste Osios. Ai u p\u00ebrgjigj me qet\u00ebsi se Zoti e fal dhe e m\u00ebsoi p\u00ebr kot\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb mirave tok\u00ebsore. Koliaga u trondit aq shum\u00eb sa u largua nga bota dhe u b\u00eb murg pran\u00eb Osios. Ai ia dor\u00ebzoi t\u00eb gjitha fushat e tij manastirit dhe Makarios, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb posht\u00ebrimi, e quajti manastirin Kolyazin p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb armikut t\u00eb tij t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm. V\u00ebllaz\u00ebria po rritej vazhdimisht dhe tani kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb abat zyrtar, megjith\u00ebse vet\u00eb Osh\u00ebnar refuzoi me vendosm\u00ebri t\u00eb merrte k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb. Pas shum\u00eb lutjesh, Makarios m\u00eb n\u00eb fund pranoi dhe u shugurua abat nga peshkopi i Tverit, Moisiu. V\u00ebllaz\u00ebria e priti me g\u00ebzim t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshkruesh\u00ebm dhe litani solemne. Pavar\u00ebsisht zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb re, ai vazhdoi t\u00eb vishte rasa t\u00eb vjetra e t\u00eb arnuara dhe t\u00eb punonte me v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbesat m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrulura. Ai i takoi murgjit me \u00ebmb\u00eblsi dhe i quajti &quot;plak i mir\u00eb&quot;, duke p\u00ebrmendur secilin me em\u00ebr. Ai vendosi nj\u00eb formalitet t\u00eb rrept\u00eb sinovial dhe ndaloi t\u00eb gjitha pijet alkoolike brenda manastirit. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb duhej t\u00eb hanin s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb bank\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe jo ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb qelit\u00eb e tyre. Asketi i madh Jozef i Volokolamskos vizitoi manastirin dhe admiroi rregullsin\u00eb e tij. Plaku Mitrophanis Byvaltsev, i cili kishte jetuar n\u00ebnt\u00eb vjet n\u00eb malin Athos, deklaroi se ai u mundua m\u00eb kot p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur atje, pasi e nj\u00ebjta jet\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt ekzistonte n\u00eb Kolyazin. Shum\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pushtuar nga demon\u00ebt u sh\u00ebruan nga lutja e Shenjtorit edhe kur ai ishte fizikisht gjall\u00eb. Nga manastiri i tij erdh\u00ebn edhe asket\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj, mes tyre edhe Paisi i Uglicit, i cili ishte nipi i Makarios dhe themeloi manastirin e tij t\u00eb Peplos. Osh\u00ebnar Makarios arriti nj\u00eb pleq\u00ebri t\u00eb pjekur pa e braktisur kurr\u00eb sundimin e tij t\u00eb rrept\u00eb. Edhe pse trupi i tij po dob\u00ebsohej, ai q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb lutje dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb si nj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb e fort\u00eb. N\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e kat\u00ebrqind e tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e tre, ai u kap nga nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe kuptoi se fundi i tij ishte af\u00ebr. M\u00eb pas thirri v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit dhe u dha urdhrat e tij t\u00eb fundit at\u00ebror. Ai i nxiti t\u00eb kujdeseshin p\u00ebr shp\u00ebtimin e tyre, t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin n\u00eb mundime dhe lutje t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprera, t\u00eb ruanin past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e shpirtit dhe t\u00eb trupit. Ai gjithashtu i siguroi ata se, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishte hir para Zotit, manastiri nuk do t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrohej, por do t\u00eb shtohej. Pasi bekoi dhe p\u00ebrqafoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, ai mori kungimin e Mistereve t\u00eb Pap\u00ebrlyera dhe ia dor\u00ebzoi shpirtin e tij Zotit. Ishte data e shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb mars dhe ai kishte mbushur vitin e tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e nj\u00eb t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Pik\u00ebrisht at\u00ebher\u00eb ata zbuluan zinxhir\u00ebt e r\u00ebnd\u00eb mbi t\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat ai i kishte mbajtur fshehurazi gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. E varros\u00ebn pran\u00eb tempullit prej druri dhe vendi u mbush menj\u00ebher\u00eb me pelegrin\u00ebt dhe ofertat nderuese. Tridhjet\u00eb e tet\u00eb vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, kur tregtari Mikhail Boronkov mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb ngrinte nj\u00eb tempull t\u00eb ri prej guri, llogore t\u00eb thella themeli u g\u00ebrmuan n\u00eb tok\u00eb. N\u00eb vendin e varrimit ata gjet\u00ebn varrin e themeluesit t\u00eb paprekur, me arom\u00eb q\u00eb buronte prej tij. Abati Joasafi e p\u00ebrqafoi zbulimin e shenjt\u00eb me lot dhe v\u00ebllez\u00ebr dhe nj\u00eb mori njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb mbledhur. Kur hap\u00ebn arkivolin, trupi i t\u00eb Bekuarit u gjet plot\u00ebsisht i pakorruptuesh\u00ebm, madje edhe rasat ruajt\u00ebn shk\u00eblqimin e tyre. Sinodi e p\u00ebrfshiu Sh\u00ebn Makarios n\u00eb vallen e shenjtor\u00ebve dhe caktoi nj\u00eb fest\u00eb lokale dit\u00ebn e gjumit dhe dit\u00ebn e kujtimit t\u00eb tij. M\u00eb von\u00eb, sinodi i vitit nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e gjasht\u00ebqind e dyzet e shtat\u00eb vendosi nderin e tij universal si nj\u00eb mrekullib\u00ebr\u00ebs i madh i kish\u00ebs ruse. Gjat\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb relikteve, murgjit regjistruan kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb mrekulli t\u00eb Osios. Nj\u00eb i varf\u00ebr me emrin Joani, k\u00ebmb\u00ebt e t\u00eb cilit ishin thar\u00eb dhe tkurrur p\u00ebr dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet, u drejtua menj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe u ngrit n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, sapo e sp\u00ebrkat\u00ebn me ujin e shenjt\u00eb n\u00eb altar.
