Bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb u vran\u00eb edhe gjasht\u00eb besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebronin, nd\u00ebrsa gjaku i shenjtorit u derdh n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin moment q\u00eb po flijohej p\u00ebr ne Krishti, Pashka jon\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Sh\u00ebn Proteri jetoi n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e perandor\u00ebve Marcianus dhe Pulcherias dhe u shqua si plak i Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Aleksandris\u00eb p\u00ebr shenjt\u00ebrin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Mendja e tij ishte plot me urt\u00ebsi t\u00eb frym\u00ebzuar hyjnisht dhe besimi i tij mbeti i pal\u00ebkundur mes trazirave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb epok\u00ebs. Megjithat\u00eb, shumica e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb Aleksandris\u00eb tashm\u00eb ishin helmuar nga gabimi monofizit. Marciano i erdhi keq p\u00ebr Aleksandrian\u00ebt dhe i plot\u00ebsoi t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat e njeriut t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. Murgjit nuk e kuptuan kurthin e t\u00eb ligut dhe besuan se ata ishin vizituar nga nj\u00eb engj\u00ebll i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i Zotit. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb u mblodh\u00ebn, i treguan nj\u00ebri-tjetrit vizionin e rrem\u00eb dhe t\u00ebrbuar u nis\u00ebn p\u00ebr n\u00eb Aleksandri.
