Vet\u00eb shenjtori u lut p\u00ebr tre vjet t\u00eb t\u00ebra duke k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb shfaqje hyjnore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ditur n\u00ebse i p\u00eblqen Zotit ky rend i pazakont\u00eb monastik q\u00eb ai po mendonte t\u00eb vendoste. Aleksandri lindi n\u00eb Azi dhe u arsimua n\u00eb Kostandinopoj\u00eb, ku u dallua p\u00ebr zgjuarsin\u00eb dhe arsimimin e tij. P\u00ebr disa koh\u00eb ai sh\u00ebrbeu n\u00eb ushtri, por shpirti i k\u00ebrkoi nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim tjet\u00ebr, m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe shpirt\u00ebror. K\u00ebshtu ai u largua nga bota dhe mori form\u00ebn engj\u00ebllore n\u00eb nj\u00eb manastir t\u00eb shkret\u00eb pran\u00eb Antiokis\u00eb, n\u00ebn drejtimin e abatit Elias. I kaloi me bindje dhe p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi t\u00eb gjitha shkall\u00ebt e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb vetmuar, duke fituar nderimin dhe bekimin e t\u00eb moshuarit. Kur u pjekur shpirt\u00ebrisht, k\u00ebrkoi dhe mori leje t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqej n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t&#x27;i p\u00ebrkushtohej t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht lutjes. Fama e saj u p\u00ebrhap n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Lindjen dhe shum\u00eb vizitor\u00eb erdh\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lutje t\u00eb mrekullueshme q\u00eb nuk pushoi kurr\u00eb. Sh\u00ebn Aleksandri e udh\u00ebhoqi manastirin n\u00eb Eufrat p\u00ebr dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet t\u00eb t\u00ebra me maturi, dashuri dhe kujdes at\u00ebror. M\u00eb pas la igumen plakun me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb Trofimin, duke i besuar atij mbrojtjen shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebris\u00eb.
