Ai nuk e mbajti me vete, por e d\u00ebrgoi n\u00eb Lavr\u00ebn e Kievit, ku tridhjet\u00eb murgj t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb e liruan vet\u00ebm me fjal\u00ebn e tyre. Osh\u00ebnar Lavrentios erdhi nga Rusia dhe mori form\u00ebn engj\u00ebllore n\u00eb manastirin e Sh\u00ebn Dhimitrit t\u00eb D\u00ebshmorit t\u00eb Madh, i cili ishte nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb Kiev nga Princi Iziaslav. Atje ai filloi t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb rigoroze, duke ndjekur shembullin e asket\u00ebve t\u00eb burgosur Isak dhe Nikita, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin testuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb shpell\u00ebn e Kievit. Kur ai k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb mbyllej n\u00eb nj\u00eb qeli t\u00eb mbyllur brenda Lavr\u00ebs, baballar\u00ebt e penguan me men\u00e7uri. Atij iu kujtuan tundimet q\u00eb p\u00ebsuan atje v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mezi u sh\u00ebruan pas shum\u00eb lutjesh v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrore. K\u00ebshtu Lavrentios u tha lamtumir\u00ebn et\u00ebrve t\u00eb Lavr\u00ebs dhe shkoi n\u00eb manastirin e Agios Dhimitri, ku u mbyll me zell. Aty ai filloi luft\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore n\u00eb heshtje dhe lutje. N\u00eb qelin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, Osynari jetonte me nj\u00eb abstenim t\u00eb thell\u00eb, me agj\u00ebrim dhe lutje t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb, duke i vdekur t\u00eb gjitha llogaritjet trupore. Shigjetat e zjarrta t\u00eb t\u00eb pabes\u00ebve i shuante me lot\u00ebt e pendimit dhe i d\u00ebrrmoi me fuqin\u00eb e lutjes, nd\u00ebrsa luftonte nat\u00eb e dit\u00eb. Zoti, q\u00eb sheh n\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsi, nuk vonoi ta shp\u00ebrblente hapur sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtorin e tij besnik me dhurata t\u00eb pasura t\u00eb Frym\u00ebs s\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb. Ai mori dhurat\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrimit t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb ndryshme, sh\u00ebrimit t\u00eb plag\u00ebve t\u00eb trupit dhe shpirtit dhe d\u00ebbimit t\u00eb shpirtrave t\u00eb papast\u00ebr nga t\u00eb vuajturit. Turma njer\u00ebzish nga Kievi dhe rrethina u strehuan n\u00eb qelin\u00eb e tij duke k\u00ebrkuar ngush\u00ebllim, shpengim dhe mb\u00ebshtetje shpirt\u00ebrore n\u00eb dhimbjet e tyre. Por ai vet\u00eb shmangu lavdin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve dhe ia atribuoi \u00e7do mrekulli hirit t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb dhe ambasadave t\u00eb shenjtor\u00ebve t\u00eb Lavr\u00ebs. Ai kurr\u00eb nuk e konsideroi veten t\u00eb denj\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb instrument t\u00eb p\u00ebrulur t\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb Despot Krishtit. Me nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb till\u00eb ai vazhdoi luft\u00ebn e tij shpirt\u00ebrore n\u00eb heshtje pa nd\u00ebrprerje. K\u00ebshtu fama e tij u p\u00ebrhap ngadal\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb ata soll\u00ebn n\u00eb Osios nga Kievi nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb u torturua nga nj\u00eb demon i tmerrsh\u00ebm, i eg\u00ebr dhe i pakontrolluesh\u00ebm i fort\u00eb. Fuqia e frym\u00ebs s\u00eb ndyr\u00eb ishte e till\u00eb q\u00eb i s\u00ebmuri mund t\u00eb ngrinte vet\u00eb drut\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat dhjet\u00eb burra mund t&#x27;i l\u00ebviznin me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi. Osh\u00ebnar Lavrentios, duke dashur q\u00eb Lavra e Shpellave t\u00eb lavd\u00ebrohej si atdheu i tij shpirt\u00ebror, urdh\u00ebroi ta \u00e7onin atje njeriun e pafat. At\u00ebher\u00eb demoni filloi t\u00eb b\u00ebrtas\u00eb se nuk guxonte t&#x27;i afrohej shpell\u00ebs, sepse n\u00eb t\u00eb pushonin shum\u00eb shenjtor\u00eb t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb. Ai shtoi se n\u00eb manastir kishte tridhjet\u00eb murgj nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishte frik\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt luftoi lirsh\u00ebm. Kur shoq\u00ebruesit e pyet\u00ebn se cil\u00ebt ishin k\u00ebta luft\u00ebtar\u00eb, ai i renditi me sakt\u00ebsi emrat e tyre, megjith\u00ebse nuk i kishte par\u00eb kurr\u00eb. Pastaj filloi t\u00eb fliste hebraisht, greqisht, latinisht dhe shum\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb nuk i kishte d\u00ebgjuar kurr\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij. T\u00eb pranishmit u mahnit\u00ebn nga ndryshimi i tmerrsh\u00ebm i z\u00ebrit dhe fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb tij. Por p\u00ebrpara se procesioni t\u00eb arrinte te porta e manastirit, fryma e ndyr\u00eb u largua papritur nga njeriu q\u00eb vuante. Ai u sh\u00ebrua menj\u00ebher\u00eb, filloi t\u00eb fliste me men\u00e7uri dhe t\u00eb pranonte ata q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebruan me g\u00ebzim dhe mir\u00ebnjohje. M\u00eb pas t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku hyn\u00eb n\u00eb kish\u00ebn e mrekullueshme t\u00eb Shpellave p\u00ebr t\u00eb lavd\u00ebruar Zotin filantrop. Igumeni erdhi s\u00eb bashku me gjith\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb tempull, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb me syt\u00eb e tij shenj\u00ebn e mrekullueshme t\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebs hyjnore. Por njeriu i sh\u00ebruar nuk e njihte igumenin apo ndonj\u00ebrin nga tridhjet\u00eb murgjit q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrmendur m\u00eb par\u00eb. Kur u pyet se kush e kishte shpenguar, ai shikoi imazhin e shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Hyjlind\u00ebs dhe u p\u00ebrgjigj me emocion t\u00eb thell\u00eb. Ai tha se s\u00eb bashku me N\u00ebn\u00ebn e Zotit, tridhjet\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb e takuan dhe k\u00ebshtu ai u \u00e7lirua nga fatkeq\u00ebsia e demonit. Emrat e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve ua mbante mend me sakt\u00ebsi, por nuk ia njihte fytyrat asnj\u00ebrit prej tyre. M\u00eb pas t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku lavd\u00ebruan Zotin, N\u00ebn\u00ebn Hyjlind\u00ebse dhe shenjtor\u00ebt e Lavr\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb mrekullueshme u shfaq hiri q\u00eb prehej n\u00eb Lavr\u00ebn e Shpellave, fal\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb bekuarit Lorenci. Pas ca koh\u00ebsh, Osh\u00ebnar u largua nga shenjt\u00ebrorja e tij e \u00ebmb\u00ebl dhe u thirr nga Zoti n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin baritor. N\u00eb vitin nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e nj\u00ebqind e tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e dy pas Krishtit, ai u ngjit n\u00eb fronin ipeshkvnor t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Turovit, i cili ndodhet n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Minskut. Ai u b\u00eb pasardh\u00ebs i denj\u00eb i Sh\u00ebn Kirilit t\u00eb Turovit, duke vazhduar me men\u00e7uri pun\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Ruse.
