Kur Antoni i Madh e vizitoi, i nj\u00ebjti sorr\u00eb solli buk\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb dy asket\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb Zotit t\u00eb mund t\u00eb hanin s\u00eb bashku. Pali lindi n\u00eb Theb\u00eb t\u00eb Poshtme, Egjipt n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje t\u00eb pasur t\u00eb krishter\u00eb dhe mbeti jetim n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb re. Kur Antoni i Madh ishte tashm\u00eb tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vje\u00e7 n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebn e Egjiptit, i ra n\u00eb mendje se askush nuk kishte jetuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb se ai. Por nat\u00ebn ai d\u00ebgjoi z\u00ebrin e nj\u00eb engj\u00eblli q\u00eb i zbuloi ekzistenc\u00ebn e nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtori tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Zotit, pakrahasuesh\u00ebm m\u00eb i lart\u00eb. Plaku mori menj\u00ebher\u00eb shkopin e tij dhe u nis n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb vetmitarit t\u00eb panjohur me besim t\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb providenc\u00ebn hyjnore. Rrug\u00ebs ai takoi kafsh\u00eb t\u00eb egra t\u00eb d\u00ebrguara nga djalli, por ato p\u00ebrpara shenj\u00ebs s\u00eb Kryqit u dob\u00ebsuan dhe u zbut\u00ebn.
