N\u00eb krye t\u00eb tyre ishte plaku Isidoros, i cili pak m\u00eb par\u00eb u kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve kungimin me Misteret e Pap\u00ebrlyera n\u00eb burg. Sh\u00ebn Isidoros sh\u00ebrbeu si prift n\u00eb kish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Nikoll\u00ebs, n\u00eb qytetin e Yuriev, q\u00eb sot quhet Tartu dhe ndodhet n\u00eb Estoni. Sipas traktatit t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar midis Princit t\u00eb Madh t\u00eb Mosk\u00ebs, Joaniit t\u00eb Tret\u00eb dhe kalor\u00ebsit Livonian, k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit duhej t\u00eb mbronin ortodoks\u00ebt n\u00eb rajon n\u00eb \u00e7do m\u00ebnyr\u00eb. Por kalor\u00ebsit livonian\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i p\u00ebrkisnin katolik\u00ebve gjerman\u00eb, shkel\u00ebn kushtet e marr\u00ebveshjes dhe filluan t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb presion me forc\u00eb ndaj ortodoks\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrqafuar katolicizmin romak. Plaku Isidori q\u00ebndroi me guxim n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Ortodoksis\u00eb dhe preferoi kuror\u00ebn e martirizimit sesa n\u00ebnshtrimin ndaj latin\u00ebve. Peshkopit latin dhe zot\u00ebrinjve katolik\u00eb t\u00eb qytetit iu ngrit akuza se Sh\u00ebn dhe kopeja e tij po flisnin kund\u00ebr besimit dhe zakoneve t\u00eb pushtuesve gjerman\u00eb. N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e fest\u00ebs s\u00eb Epifanis\u00eb, Sh\u00ebn Isidori s\u00eb bashku me shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e dy famullit\u00eb e tij zbrit\u00ebn n\u00eb lumin Omovza, q\u00eb sot mban emrin Emagioggi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer Shenjt\u00ebrimin e Madh. Por atje autoritetet e qytetit i arrestuan dhe i soll\u00ebn para peshkopit latin Andrea dhe gjykat\u00ebsve politik\u00eb t\u00eb Yuriev. Sundimtar\u00ebt katolik\u00eb ushtruan presion t\u00eb madh mbi ta p\u00ebr t&#x27;u kthyer n\u00eb katoliciz\u00ebm romak dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb braktisur besimin e tyre origjinal. Megjithat\u00eb, Sh\u00ebn dhe kopeja e tij refuzuan me k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje t\u00eb hiqnin dor\u00eb nga Krishti dhe rr\u00ebfimi ortodoks. T\u00eb t\u00ebrbuar nga ky q\u00ebndrim i guximsh\u00ebm, magjistrat\u00ebt urdh\u00ebruan q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb hidheshin n\u00eb burgun e qytetit. Ai vet\u00eb mori pjes\u00eb nga Dhuratat e parashenjt\u00ebruara q\u00eb kishte me vete dhe m\u00eb pas i kumtoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb burrat, grat\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e vegj\u00ebl me Misteret e Pap\u00ebrlyera dhe Jet\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse t\u00eb Krishtit. K\u00ebshtu e gjith\u00eb kopeja u p\u00ebrgatit shpirt\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr momentin kulmor t\u00eb rr\u00ebfimit dhe d\u00ebshmis\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimtare p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebrndjek\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre. Disa or\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, peshkopi dhe gjykat\u00ebsit thirr\u00ebn p\u00ebrs\u00ebri ortodoks\u00ebt p\u00ebrpara tyre dhe k\u00ebrkuan edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb konvertoheshin n\u00eb katoliciz\u00ebm. Kur ata refuzuan me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vendosm\u00ebri, autoritetet urdh\u00ebruan q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqeshin zvarr\u00eb n\u00eb lumin e ngrir\u00eb Omovza. Aty i shtyn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nga e nj\u00ebjta vrim\u00eb n\u00eb akull, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn vet\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e kishin hapur m\u00eb her\u00ebt p\u00ebr shenjt\u00ebrimin e uj\u00ebrave. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku duruan martirizimin dhe ia dor\u00ebzuan shpirtin Krishtit, i cili u dha kurora lavdie amaranti n\u00eb qiej. Kur erdhi pranvera dhe uj\u00ebrat e lumit u fryn\u00eb nga shkrirja e akullit, trupat e paduruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb u lan\u00eb n\u00eb brigje.
