Nj\u00ebri quhej Onuphrios i heshtur dhe tjetri Onesimus i burgosur dhe Kisha i nderon n\u00eb nj\u00ebzet e nj\u00eb korrik. T\u00eb dy k\u00ebta asketik\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin brezit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb baballar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lavr\u00ebs s\u00eb shpellave t\u00eb Kievit. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga qendrat m\u00eb t\u00eb shenjta monastike t\u00eb tok\u00ebs ruse, me rr\u00ebnj\u00eb q\u00eb arrijn\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb epok\u00ebn mesjetare. Onufri i shenjt\u00eb jetoi gjat\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dhe praktikoi n\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn Egys Spilaia, ku m\u00eb par\u00eb kishte luftuar i madhi Antoni i Kievit. Heshtja ishte p\u00ebr t\u00eb mjeti kryesor i rrug\u00ebtimit dhe agonis\u00eb s\u00eb tij shpirt\u00ebrore. Me t\u00eb ai e mbajti mendjen e tij t\u00eb past\u00ebr nga t\u00eb gjitha llogaritjet e panevojshme dhe e mbajti zemr\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb drejtuar vet\u00ebm te Zoti. Jo shum\u00eb detaje rreth jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij mbijetuan, pasi vet\u00eb heshtja e tij mbuloi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb delikate historin\u00eb e tij personale. Por kujtimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur i gjall\u00eb n\u00eb tradit\u00ebn monastike t\u00eb shpellave t\u00eb Kievit deri m\u00eb sot. Sh\u00ebn Onesim i Burgosur jetoi pak m\u00eb von\u00eb, midis shekujve XII dhe XIII, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn Lavra t\u00eb bekuar t\u00eb Kievit. Ai zgjodhi si metod\u00eb t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs s\u00eb tij mbylljen n\u00eb shpellat e af\u00ebrta t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Antonit, larg \u00e7do ngush\u00ebllimi njer\u00ebzor. Murgu i burgosur mbeti i mbyllur n\u00eb nj\u00eb qeli t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb gdhendur n\u00eb shk\u00ebmb, pothuajse kurr\u00eb nuk doli. Me termin Shpellat e Kievit n\u00ebnkuptohen dy komplekse t\u00eb ndryshme, por t\u00eb lidhura v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrore t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs Lavra t\u00eb madhe. Shpellat e Larg\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura me Sh\u00ebn Theodosius, nd\u00ebrsa Shpellat e Af\u00ebrta i p\u00ebrkasin tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Antonit t\u00eb Kievit. Kur p\u00ebrdoret termi Lavra e Shpellave, t\u00eb dyja n\u00ebnkuptohen s\u00eb bashku si nj\u00eb entitet i vet\u00ebm i shenjt\u00eb. Mbledhja e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb baballar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shpellave t\u00eb Largta festohet m\u00eb nj\u00ebzet e tet\u00eb gusht t\u00eb \u00e7do viti. P\u00ebr besimtar\u00ebt n\u00eb Rusi, Shpellat e Kievit mbeten nj\u00eb vend referimi i gjall\u00eb pelegrinazhi dhe emocioni i thell\u00eb shpirt\u00ebror. Kisha d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se murgu nuk lufton kurr\u00eb n\u00eb izolim, edhe kur mbyllet n\u00eb nj\u00eb shpell\u00eb.
