Mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebn n\u00eb vendin e quajtur Limanet e Mir\u00eb, ku q\u00ebndruan pak p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ashp\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb detit. Por ata nuk e humb\u00ebn aspak guximin, por vazhduan t\u00eb besojn\u00eb n\u00eb provanin\u00eb e Zotit. Osh\u00ebnar Grigori nuk mundi t\u00eb rrinte kot dhe t\u00eb humbiste kot koh\u00ebn e udh\u00ebtimit t\u00eb tij shpirt\u00ebror. Ai ishte si nj\u00eb dre i etur q\u00eb vraponte n\u00eb ver\u00eb drejt burimeve t\u00eb ujit t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt. Gjymtyr\u00ebt e tij ishin delikate, t\u00eb tendosura dhe pothuajse t\u00eb paralizuara nga p\u00ebrpjekjet e tij t\u00eb vazhdueshme shpirt\u00ebrore. Ai mezi mund t\u00eb ecte ose t\u00eb kryente pun\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl fizike n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb shkret\u00eb. Ai meditoi se, si\u00e7 i m\u00ebsuan praktik\u00ebn, duhej t\u00eb m\u00ebsonte teorin\u00eb, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb heshtjen dhe lutjen. Pastaj Vet\u00eb Zoti i shikoi me p\u00ebr\u00e7mim meditimet e tij dhe ia zbuloi me nj\u00eb aspekt m\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Ai i zbuloi atij nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb xhevahir i t\u00eb gjitha virtyteve, si n\u00eb praktik\u00eb ashtu edhe n\u00eb teori t\u00eb thell\u00eb. B\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr Arsenios nga rajoni i Kret\u00ebs, i cili kishte nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb nga Zoti dhe e donte shum\u00eb qet\u00ebsin\u00eb. I shtyr\u00eb nga Fryma hyjnore, ai nxitoi me shpejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb qelin\u00eb e plakut t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb dhe trokiti me g\u00ebzim n\u00eb der\u00eb. Arsenios e priti me dashuri dhe e prezantoi n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrulur t\u00eb banes\u00ebs s\u00eb tij lut\u00ebse. Aty bashk\u00ebbiseduan shpirt\u00ebrisht, u p\u00ebrqafuan v\u00ebllaz\u00ebror dhe i d\u00ebrguan s\u00eb bashku urimin e zakonsh\u00ebm Zotit filantropik. Sapo mbaroi bekimi, u ul\u00ebn dhe Arsenios i pjekur e flok\u00ebbardh\u00eb, modest dhe teorik, hapi nj\u00eb bib\u00ebl t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. Ai i tha gjith\u00e7ka aty dhe e m\u00ebsoi pa l\u00ebn\u00eb asgj\u00eb nga ajo q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb vet\u00eb.
