T\u00eb krishter\u00ebt ortodoks\u00eb erdh\u00ebn nga \u00e7do cep i bot\u00ebs dhe u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb manastire, duke k\u00ebrkuar paqen dhe p\u00ebrparimin shpirt\u00ebror pran\u00eb et\u00ebrve. Por bashk\u00ebjetesa e murgjve t\u00eb komb\u00ebsive t\u00eb ndryshme shpesh krijonte tensione dhe konflikte t\u00eb vogla brenda v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrive t\u00eb rajonit. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb murgjit e dinin mir\u00eb gjendjen e tij hyjnore dhe e respektonin thell\u00ebsisht at\u00eb si nj\u00eb plak t\u00eb urt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb talentuar. Osh\u00ebnar Gjergji Shenjtori udh\u00ebtoi drejt Maleve t\u00eb Zeza n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi shpirt\u00ebror v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb ndritur p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e tij. Ai kaloi n\u00ebp\u00ebr \u00e7do manastir t\u00eb zon\u00ebs dhe u lut me zjarr n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, duke k\u00ebrkuar ndri\u00e7imin e Zotit n\u00eb k\u00ebrkimin e tij. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund ai iu lut Sh\u00ebn Gjergj Rr\u00ebfimtarit, atij njeriu t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm si p\u00ebllumbi, q\u00eb t\u00eb merrte p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr udh\u00ebheqjen e tij shpirt\u00ebrore. Eglistos e priti me dashuri asketin e ri dhe i gjeti nj\u00eb vendbanim t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm n\u00eb manastir. I n\u00ebnshtruari q\u00ebndroi me t\u00eb p\u00ebr tre vjet t\u00eb plota dhe jetoi me gjendjen asketike m\u00eb t\u00eb rrept\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkuese. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe plaku e veshi me mega form\u00eb dhe e p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e vetmuar. Pastaj e d\u00ebrgoi n\u00eb pelegrinazh n\u00eb Tok\u00ebn e Shenjt\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrqafuar me lot n\u00eb \u00e7adrat e shenjta t\u00eb Jeruzalemit. Pastaj e bekoi q\u00eb t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb Manastirin e Shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Iber\u00ebve n\u00eb Malin Athos dhe t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e shenjt\u00eb. Q\u00ebllimi ishte nd\u00ebrmarrja e vazhdimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebrkthimore t\u00eb Agios Euthymios Iberian dhe Saint. K\u00ebshtu nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi mori rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr n\u00eb Athos, me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe urdhrin e t\u00eb moshuarit. Kur George Osh\u00ebnar u kthye n\u00eb malin Athos, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t&#8217;i p\u00ebrkushtohej p\u00ebrkthimit t\u00eb librave si\u00e7 i kishte k\u00ebrkuar plaku, ai nd\u00ebrmori sh\u00ebrbesa t\u00eb tjera. Kur Sh\u00ebn Gjergji Rr\u00ebfimtari m\u00ebsoi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, ai menj\u00ebher\u00eb d\u00ebrgoi dishepullin e tij Teodorin n\u00eb malin Athos. Teodori p\u00ebrcolli nj\u00eb mesazh t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr kontrolli dhe i kujtoi t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruarit pse ishte d\u00ebrguar atje. Misioni i tij ishte t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthente tekste teologjike nga gjuha greke n\u00eb gjeorgjisht, p\u00ebr ndri\u00e7imin e popullit t\u00eb tij. K\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb Gjergji Shenjti iu bind me p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi vullnetit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb tij dhe iu p\u00ebrkushtua pun\u00ebs. Kur nuk po komunikonte me dishepullin e tij, Sh\u00ebn Gjergji i Vetmi jetonte n\u00eb vetmi t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb qet\u00eb. Vet\u00eb plaku i kopjoi me kujdes p\u00ebrkthimet e p\u00ebrgatitura nga Davidi Mtbevari. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr Jet\u00ebn e Mart\u00ebs, n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb Simeonit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Mrekulluesh\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebr Jet\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Barlaamit. Ky i fundit kishte jetuar n\u00eb malet midis Siris\u00eb dhe Kaukazit dhe ishte nj\u00eb asket i famsh\u00ebm i Lindjes. Kur Gjergji Shenjtori u informua se k\u00ebto Jet\u00eb nuk ekzistonin n\u00eb kopje n\u00eb malin Athos, ai u pik\u00ebllua.
