I pacenuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb mrekullueshme nga kafsh\u00ebt e egra dhe duke i shp\u00ebtuar prerjes s\u00eb kok\u00ebs me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjeje t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, ai u internua m\u00eb pas n\u00eb ishullin e Marmaras\u00eb (Prokonisis) ku edhe pse me pranga, kreu t\u00eb gjitha llojet e mrekullive p\u00ebr popullin dhe i p\u00ebrmbysi idhujt vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb. E transferuan n\u00eb Nikea.<\/p>\n<p>Kur shkoi aty, statujat e nj\u00eb tempulli t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm pagan ran\u00eb p\u00ebrtok\u00eb dhe u b\u00ebn\u00eb copa kur ai u afrua. At\u00ebher\u00eb guvernatori i qytetit, bashk\u00eb me 6 ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb tij dhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh pagan\u00ebsh u b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb. Shenjtori vazhdoi t\u00eb kryente mrekulli t\u00eb shumta dhe shkoi n\u00eb malin Sigrianion n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn e Kizik\u00ebs (Helesponti), ku jetonte konfesori i guximsh\u00ebm i Krishtit dhe mrekullib\u00ebr\u00ebsi i famsh\u00ebm Efvioti. Sapo Fileteri nisi t\u00eb ngjitej n\u00eb mal me shok\u00ebt e tij, bashk\u00eb me guvernatorin dhe 6 ushtar\u00ebt, Efvioti, i lajm\u00ebruar nga nj\u00eb engj\u00ebll, erdhi vet\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i takuar dhe i p\u00ebrqafoi me dashuri, si v\u00ebllez\u00ebr dhe shok\u00eb luft\u00ebrash. Pasi kaloi 7 dit\u00eb n\u00eb qelin\u00eb e Efviotit, sh\u00ebn Fileteri e dha shpirtin e tij te Per\u00ebndia, dhe 7 shok\u00ebt e tij e ndoq\u00ebn n\u00eb banesat e p\u00ebrjetshme, 11 dit\u00eb
