Ajo u prit me g\u00ebzim t\u00eb madh nga komuniteti i t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve dhe u vendos nga sh\u00ebn Anthimi n\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi ku shum\u00eb virgj\u00ebresha i ishin p\u00ebrkushtuar sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kur Maksimiani arriti n\u00eb Nikomedi p\u00ebr t\u00eb celebruar fitoren e tij, duke m\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e prift\u00ebresh\u00ebs s\u00eb Artemisit dhe t\u00eb Athinas\u00eb, si dhe marr\u00ebzin\u00eb e shtirur, viktim\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb me dashje, pa vones\u00eb d\u00ebrgoi njer\u00ebz n\u00eb manastir p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb. E veshur si burr\u00eb, ajo arriti t\u2019u humbiste nga syt\u00eb ushtar\u00ebve dhe gjeti streh\u00eb n\u00eb mal. Per\u00ebndia e realizoi d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e saj m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb duke e lejuar t\u00eb zbukuronte me ngjyr\u00ebn e purpurt tunik\u00ebn e virgj\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb saj, q\u00eb e kishte zbardhur \u00e7do dit\u00eb me \u00e7urgat e lot\u00ebve t\u00eb saj.
