Jetoi n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn kur perandor ishte Diokleciani. N\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, Roma, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jetonte dhe shenjtorja, ishte qendra e idhujtaris\u00eb, por po n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb kishte lul\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Rom\u00eb dhe krishterimi q\u00eb po trondiste themelet e paganizmit. Zem\u00ebrimi i saj arriti kulmin kur shenjtorja i b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se ishte gati t\u00eb b\u00ebnte gjith\u00e7ka, madje t\u00eb derdhte dhe gjakun e saj n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se do t\u00eb ishte nevoja, por nuk do t\u00eb mohonte kurr\u00eb fen\u00eb e shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00ebna e shenjtores vuri n\u00eb dijeni p\u00ebr pag\u00ebzimin e Pelagjis\u00eb t\u00eb birin e Dioklecianit, i cili donte t\u00eb martohej me t\u00eb. Ai u mundua m\u00eb kot ta bindte me fjal\u00eb, pasi vendimi i shenjtores ishte i prer\u00eb: \u201cN\u00eb qoft\u00eb se do q\u00eb t\u00eb martohesh me mua, b\u00ebhu i krishter\u00eb\u201d. Por si mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhej i krishter\u00eb i biri i perandorit q\u00eb p\u00ebrndiqte t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt? Nga d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimi, ai vrau veten.
