P\u00ebr vitin 2005 ai iu akordua Kryepiskopit Anastas me motivacionin: \u201cP\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjet e tij t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme p\u00ebr ringritjen nga g\u00ebrmadhat t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si dhe p\u00ebr kontributin e tij tashm\u00eb t\u00eb njohur bot\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr paqen, dialogun dhe mir\u00ebkuptimin nd\u00ebrmjet popujve dhe komuniteteve t\u00eb ndryshme\u201d. Ky \u00e7mim iu dha gjithashtu Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Qipros, Kryetarit t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Mosk\u00ebs dhe Universitetit t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb Balamandit, Liban. N\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e rastit, n\u00eb Katedralen e madhe t\u00eb Mosk\u00ebs \u201cKrishti Shp\u00ebtimtar\u201d, m\u00eb 21 janar 2006, ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm 2500 vet\u00eb, hierark\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb orthodhoks\u00eb, personalitete shtet\u00ebrore, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar t\u00eb artit, kultur\u00ebs, shkenc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsive diplomatike n\u00eb Rusi.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 22 janar, n\u00eb Katedralen historike, \u201cFjetja e Sh\u00ebn Maris\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb ndodhet n\u00eb Kremlin, u mbajt Liturgjia Hyjnore e kryesuar nga Patriku i Mosk\u00ebs dhe i gjith\u00eb Rusis\u00eb Aleksi II dhe Kryepiskopi i Tiran\u00ebs dhe i gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Anastasi. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb katedrale, ku jan\u00eb kuror\u00ebzuar car\u00eb dhe patrik\u00eb, u d\u00ebgjuan gjat\u00eb Liturgjis\u00eb edhe lutjet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Patriku shtroi nj\u00eb drek\u00eb n\u00eb Kremlin p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb laureat\u00ebve t\u00eb \u00e7mimit, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb personalitete dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb trupit diplomatik.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje, n\u00eb ambientet e Kremlinit, Presidenti i Federat\u00ebs Ruse Vladimir Putin priti n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim Patrikun Aleksi II dhe Kryepiskopin Anastas, si dhe laureat\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7mimit. Presidenti Putin n\u00eb bised\u00ebn me Kryepiskopin Anastas u shpreh se n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tij sheh dinamizmin dhe frym\u00ebn krijuese t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe i ngarkuari me pun\u00eb i Ambasad\u00ebs Shqiptare n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb z. Halit Furriku, i cili ishte i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e rastit, shtroi nj\u00eb dark\u00eb n\u00eb ambientet e ambasad\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar Kryepiskopin Anastas. N\u00eb dark\u00eb ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Jashtme Ruse dhe t\u00eb Patrikan\u00ebs s\u00eb Mosk\u00ebs. T\u00eb pranishmit theksuan rolin e madh dhe p\u00ebrpjekjet e Kryepiskopit p\u00ebr njohjen e vlerave t\u00eb popullit shqiptar kudo n\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb imazhit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen, Kryepiskopi Anastas u ftua p\u00ebr nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb n\u00eb agjencin\u00eb e d\u00ebgjuar ruse t\u00eb lajmeve \u201cNovosti\u201d, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb mediav e ruse. Kjo intervist\u00eb dhe ceremonia e dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb \u00e7mimit, fjalimet dhe intervistat e tjera t\u00eb Kryepiskopit u pasqyruan gjer\u00ebsisht n\u00eb gazetat dhe televizionet kryesore t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, interes t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ngjalli fjalimi i Kryepiskopit Anastas para student\u00ebve dhe stafit pedagogjik t\u00eb Universitetit \u201cSh\u00ebn Tihoni\u201d, Mosk\u00eb, i cili u pasua nga nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedim i ngroht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Paraditen e s\u00eb mart\u00ebs Patriku i Mosk\u00ebs takoi Kryepiskopin dhe delegacionin q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebronte, p\u00ebrpara largimit nga Moska.
