Fillimi i shekullit dhe mij\u00ebvje\u00e7arit t\u00eb ri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rast i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar rreth asaj \u00e7ka quhet <em>\u201cspiritualitet\u201d, \u201cnjeri shpirt\u00ebror\u201d <\/em>dhe \u201c<em>jet\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mendoj se ka ardhur \u00e7asti t\u00eb qart\u00ebsojm\u00eb keqkuptimet dhe keqinterpretimet, q\u00eb t\u00eb njohim disi m\u00eb mir\u00eb dometh\u00ebnien e spiritualitetit ortodoks. Q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sqarojm\u00eb se do ta m\u00ebnjanojm\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u00eb merremi fare me p\u00ebrdorimin e k\u00ebtij termi n\u00eb shtypin e shkruar, ku <em>\u201cnjeri shpirt\u00ebror\u201d<\/em> quhet njeriu i letrave dhe i artit. Ky nocion nuk na intereson n\u00eb trajtimin e k\u00ebsaj teme, sepse p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim. Do t\u00eb flasim rreth spiritualitetit n\u00eb kuptimin fetar dhe teologjik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Spiritualiti etik\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trajta m\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr e spiritualitetit, e cila i p\u00ebrket nj\u00eb periudhe t\u00eb kaluar, por q\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, megjith\u00ebse m\u00eb pak se n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb e p\u00ebrcakton spiritualitetin kryesisht si vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajtje, ku <em>\u201cspiritualiteti\u201d<\/em> shihet si p\u00ebrpjekja e njeriut p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtur vrullet, ndjenjat dhe d\u00ebshirat e tij. K\u00ebsisoj, sipas qasjes s\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme, njeriu q\u00eb nuk nxehet, q\u00eb nuk ka d\u00ebshira epshore intensive apo q\u00eb i ka ndrydhur ato, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb quhet \u201c<em>njeri<\/em> <em>shpirt\u00ebror<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00ebt\u00eb lloj spiritualiteti do ta quajm\u00eb \u201c<em>spiritualitet<\/em> <em>etik<\/em>\u201d, p\u00ebr faktin e thjesht\u00eb se e t\u00ebr\u00eb v\u00ebmendja p\u00ebrqendrohet tek etika, si\u00e7 kuptohet ajo me baz\u00eb kriteret e jashtme. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, n\u00ebse njeriu sillet ashtu si\u00e7 e k\u00ebrkon etika \u2013 sigurisht k\u00ebtu kemi nj\u00eb keqkuptim edhe t\u00eb konceptit t\u00eb etik\u00ebs \u2013 at\u00ebher\u00eb e quajm\u00eb \u201c<em>njeri<\/em> <em>shpirt\u00ebror<\/em>\u201d, themi se b\u00ebn \u201c<em>jet\u00eb<\/em> <em>shpirt\u00ebrore<\/em>\u201d. Madje, shpeshher\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb bindje e argumentojm\u00eb me pasazhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse biblike, si p\u00ebr shembull: P\u00ebrderisa apostull Pavli thot\u00eb se but\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb fryt i Shpirtit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb, p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb nuk zem\u00ebrohet, themi se ka Shpirtin e Shenjt\u00eb. Dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr ta kuptuar se sa rreziqe vet\u00ebmashtrimi gjenden k\u00ebtu, sepse n\u00ebse kjo mend\u00ebsi vazhdon gjat\u00eb dhe dikush e kalon t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn duke menduar se \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201c<em>njeri<\/em> <em>shpirt\u00ebror<\/em>\u201d ngaq\u00eb nuk zem\u00ebrohet p\u00ebr shkak se \u00ebsht\u00eb i but\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tragjedi t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb; ai rrezikon ta kaloj\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shfaqja s\u00eb jashtmi e ndonj\u00eb trajte virtyti, nuk mjafton p\u00ebr t\u2019u quajtur \u201c<em>njeri<\/em> <em>shpirt\u00ebror<\/em>\u201d e p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se ky virtyt \u00ebsht\u00eb fryt i Shpirtit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb na porositi edhe vet\u00eb Krishti: <em>\u201cMos gjykoni nga pamja e jashtme&#8230;\u201d<\/em> (Jn. 7:24). P\u00ebrve\u00e7 porosis\u00eb s\u00eb Krishtit, tek \u201c<em>Shkalla<\/em>\u201d e sh\u00ebn Joan Sinaitit, v\u00ebrejm\u00eb di\u00e7ka shum\u00eb interesante. N\u00eb t\u00eb lexojm\u00eb: \u201cNuk e di se si, por disa njer\u00ebz, nga natyra, priren me leht\u00ebsi drejt disa virtyteve. K\u00ebshtu, p\u00ebr disa \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e leht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb but\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtur apo t\u00eb ken\u00eb durim. Pra, shfaqja s\u00eb jashtmi e ndonj\u00eb trajte virtyti nuk mjafton p\u00ebr ta quajtur dik\u00eb \u201c<em>njeri<\/em> <em>shpirt\u00ebror<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trajt\u00ebn e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme e spiritualitetit e quajt\u00ebm <em>\u201cspiritualitet etik<\/em>\u201d, por mund ta quanim edhe <em>\u201cspiritualitet puritan<\/em>\u201d. Fjala \u201c<em>puritan<\/em>\u201d vjen nga fjala latine <em>purus<\/em>, e cila do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201c<em>i<\/em> <em>past\u00ebr<\/em>\u201d (dikur ka ekzistuar edhe nj\u00eb herezi me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr, herezia e \u201c<em>puritan\u00ebve<\/em>\u201d). Kjo fjal\u00eb na \u00e7on drejt nj\u00eb aspekti tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj trajte spiritualiteti, ku shpirti i kund\u00ebrvihet trupit. Njer\u00ebzit e k\u00ebsaj kategorie, \u201c<em>skandalisen<\/em>\u201d nga trupi njer\u00ebzor, i cili ka instinkte dhe d\u00ebshira. Ata nuk mund ta imagjinojn\u00eb dot se edhe trupi mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi m\u00eb i shquar i k\u00ebsaj rrym\u00eb, pra i spiritualitetit puritan-etik, ishte Varlami, heretiku i njohur i shekullit t\u00eb 14-t\u00eb. I rritur n\u00eb Itali me nj\u00eb frym\u00eb racionale dhe puritane, Varlami, kur erdhi n\u00eb Lindje, u tmerrua tek d\u00ebgjoi se murgj\u00ebrit e Malit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb pranonin shenja t\u00eb hirit t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb edhe n\u00eb trupin e tyre, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb se shihnin me an\u00eb t\u00eb syve t\u00eb trupit drit\u00ebn e pakrijuar. Dhe ai nisi t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb plot pasion shum\u00eb fjalime, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb predikonte e t\u00eb shpjegonte se asnj\u00eb nga pjes\u00ebt pa arsye t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs njer\u00ebzore, pra trupi, ndjenjat, d\u00ebshirat, nuk mund t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb takimin e njeriut me Per\u00ebndin\u00eb. P\u00ebrse, vall\u00eb? Sepse \u00e7do gj\u00eb pa arsye \u00ebsht\u00eb e papast\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Varlamit iu p\u00ebrgjigj sh\u00ebn Grigor Pallamai, teologu i madh i Kish\u00ebs dhe sodit\u00ebsi i Drit\u00ebs s\u00eb pakrijuar. Sh\u00ebn Grigori theksoi se nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb spiritualitet t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ortodoks n\u00ebse lihet jasht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb nga aspektet e natyr\u00ebs njer\u00ebzore, duke shpjeguar qartazi p\u00ebrmes fjalimeve t\u00eb tij se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb spiritualiteti i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ortodoks, t\u00eb cilin do ta shohim n\u00eb vazhdim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuk do t\u00eb zgjatem m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb trajtimin e k\u00ebsaj trajte spiritualiteti \u201c<em>etik<\/em>&#8211;<em>puritan<\/em>\u201d, duke qen\u00eb se, n\u00eb thelb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as spiritualitet i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, edhe pse, n\u00eb\u00a0 t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, ku ky fenomen ka p\u00ebsuar r\u00ebnie, shum\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rinj ende vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb ushqehen me t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Spiritualiteti psikologjik <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le t\u00eb shohim nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr trajt\u00eb spiritualiteti, e cila k\u00ebrkon m\u00eb shum\u00eb shqyrtim. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb do ta quajm\u00eb \u201c<em>spiritualiteti<\/em> <em>psikologjik<\/em>\u201d. Kjo trajt\u00eb i jep p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs psikologjike, pra asaj q\u00eb njeriu p\u00ebrjeton dhe ndjen psikologjikisht, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebse ajo q\u00eb ndjen \u00ebsht\u00eb e bukur, at\u00ebher\u00eb, nga ana shpirt\u00ebrore, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb mbar\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa, po t\u00eb ndihet keq, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb larg Per\u00ebndis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kjo mend\u00ebsi, shpesh mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb Dhiat\u00ebn e Re, ku Krishti e paraqet g\u00ebzimin si fryt t\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieje t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme t\u00eb njeriut me Per\u00ebndin\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, pran\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb ka g\u00ebzim dhe shenjtor\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb banesa t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb Shpitit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb, e shfaq\u00ebn g\u00ebzimin e tyre, nd\u00ebrsa larg Per\u00ebndis\u00eb ka fatkeq\u00ebsi. Por, n\u00eb bot\u00eb nuk ekziston vet\u00ebm g\u00ebzimi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ekziston edhe g\u00ebzimi \u201c<em>psikologjik<\/em>\u201d, g\u00ebzimi si ndjesi e g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebrt, si vet\u00ebmashtrim. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb bot\u00eb ka fatkeq\u00ebsi t\u00eb pak\u00ebndshme q\u00eb vijn\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e largimit t\u00eb njeriut nga Per\u00ebndia, por ka fatkeq\u00ebsi t\u00eb pak\u00ebndshme edhe kur Per\u00ebndia \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb af\u00ebr, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb pran\u00eb njeriut. P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb fundit, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb sjellim n\u00eb mendje nj\u00eb histori nga libri <em>Jerondikon<\/em>, ku murgu i lodhur tej mase nga lufta shpirt\u00ebrore pyet me shum\u00eb pasion Krishtin se ku kishte qen\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrse e kishte braktisur, si dhe \u00e7\u2019p\u00ebrgjigje i dha Krishti, i cili i tha se kishte qen\u00eb pran\u00eb tij, duke e forcuar n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e tij shpirt\u00ebrore. Krishti ndodhej pran\u00eb murgut, por ky i fundit nuk e kishte kuptuar, nuk e kishte ndier\u00eb. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshta, Per\u00ebndia, brenda urt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, e lejon q\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb t\u00eb ndihemi keq psikologjikisht, edhe pse gjendemi pran\u00eb tij. Kjo gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mister. Nuk mund t\u2019i qasemi dot leht\u00ebsisht, prandaj le t\u00eb mbetemi tek ato element\u00eb t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb spiritualitetit \u201c<em>psikologjik<\/em>\u201d, t\u00eb cilat fillojn\u00eb nga gabimet dhe problemet tona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do t\u00eb duhet ta theksojm\u00eb se ky lloj spiritualiteti haset nj\u00eblloj si n\u00eb famulli, ashtu edhe n\u00eb manastire, por edhe n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mori rrymash protestante. Kjo mund t\u00eb duket disi e \u00e7uditshme, por spiritualiteti q\u00eb jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb famullit\u00eb dhe manastiret tona ka di\u00e7ka t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me \u201c<em>spiritualitetin<\/em>\u201d e grupimeve dhe herezive t\u00eb ndryshme fetare t\u00eb \u201cBabilonis\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore per\u00ebndimore\u201d: Q\u00eb t\u00eb dy i japin p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs psikologjike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shembull i nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoje t\u00eb till\u00eb psikologjike gjendet tek ajo q\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb shpesh nga disa t\u00eb rinj: <em>\u201cShkoj ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb kish\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00ebsohem<\/em>\u201d. Kjo qet\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjesi psikologjike. <em>\u201cPo, a \u00ebsht\u00eb e keqe kjo?\u201d<\/em> \u2013 mund t\u00eb pyes\u00eb dikush. Jo, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb. P\u00ebrkundrazi, \u00ebsht\u00eb bekim. Megjithat\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm shkalla e par\u00eb, mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet m\u00eb von\u00eb spiritualiteti i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, shum\u00eb nga ne mbeten t\u00eb izoluar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb stad t\u00eb par\u00eb. K\u00ebsisoj, shpesh takojm\u00eb prind\u00ebr, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ngaz\u00ebllehen e qet\u00ebsohen gjat\u00eb adhurimit, por sapo kthehen n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, grinden me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre, me bashk\u00ebshortin\/ten etj. Dhe n\u00ebse i pyet se p\u00ebrse ndodh kjo, merr k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje tipike: <em>\u201cPo ma kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn ferr! Shkoj n\u00eb kish\u00eb, qet\u00ebsohem, por kur kthehem n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, vuaj shum\u00eb prej tyre!\u201d.<\/em> Gjat\u00eb adhurimit mund t\u00eb mall\u00ebngjehet, por kur kthehet n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi nuk i sheh dot me sy an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes. Ky lloj spiritualiteti \u00ebsht\u00eb i papjekur. \u00cbsht\u00eb spiritualitet f\u00ebmij\u00ebror. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj spiritualiteti q\u00eb nuk ka dashuri, sepse i jepet r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi faktit se si ndihet individi dhe jo marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb tij me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj spiritualiteti q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb nguronim ta quanim \u201c<em>egoist<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ky spiritualitet mund t\u00eb haset kudo, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb enori, por edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb manastir. Shpeshher\u00eb, n\u00eb manastire d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb fraz\u00ebn: <em>\u201cKjo gj\u00eb m\u00eb preh, m\u00eb \u00e7lodh\u201d<\/em>. Pa dyshim, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fjal\u00eb e bekuar dhe shpeshher\u00eb ka v\u00ebrtet kuptim, por shum\u00eb her\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur nj\u00eb nevoj\u00eb psikologjike q\u00eb ka njeriu p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u00e7lodhur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebrtej mjedisit ton\u00eb kishtar, ky spiritualitet, p\u00ebrmes shfaqjeve dhe karakteristikave konkrete, haset edhe n\u00eb herezi apo sekte t\u00eb ndryshme. P\u00ebr shembull, tek ungjillor\u00ebt dhe d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt e Jehovait, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i mir\u00ebpresin njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb u afrohen, i ofrojn\u00eb atyre di\u00e7ka pas adhurimit, i japin mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb psalin bashk\u00eb me ta, t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb nj\u00eb predikim t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm, i cili ua ngre pesh\u00eb shpirtrat etj.
