Madje, edhe kur nuk ekziston nj\u00eb informacion i plot\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij njeriu, shqisa e njer\u00ebzve i plot\u00ebson boshll\u00ebqet e njohuris\u00eb dhe i fal me bujari Fortlumturis\u00eb\u00a0fjal\u00ebn e mir\u00eb. Paraqitja p\u00ebrmbledh\u00ebse e vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, si e asaj t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb akademike, dhe e asaj sociale e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, humanitare, do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ofronte vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrshkrime fragmentare ndaj k\u00ebtij fenomeni &#8211; sepse realisht kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb fenomen. Kjo, sepse n\u00eb rastin e Kryepiskopit Anastas hasim nj\u00eb stimulim t\u00eb padyshimt\u00eb e t\u00eb rrall\u00eb t\u00eb instinktit popullor, i cili nuk impresionohet automatikisht ose me program dhe as ia atribuon vetvetiu vlerat personaliteteve emblematike, qoft\u00eb edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ka vlera apo kontribute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lavd\u00ebrimi i pasur q\u00eb do t\u00eb lindte nga vazhdimi i nj\u00eb diskutimi\u00a0 t\u00eb till\u00eb, megjith\u00ebse d\u00ebgjuesit do t\u2019i dukej i pamjaftuesh\u00ebm, ka shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb bezdis\u00eb thjesht\u00ebsin\u00eb e natyrshme t\u00eb vet\u00eb personit q\u00eb lavd\u00ebrohet. Prandaj, do t\u00eb kufizohem n\u00eb nj\u00eb ekspoze sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr e t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur lidhur me aspektin e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb akademik t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, edhe pse nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb paraqiten, qoft\u00eb edhe duke cituar vet\u00ebm titujt e mbi 400 studimeve, shkrimeve dhe artikujve, e t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dhjet\u00eb monografive, teksteve t\u00eb botuara n\u00eb revista prestigjioze shkencore nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera ose t\u00eb shkruara q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim n\u00eb anglisht, gjermanisht, fr\u00ebngjisht, spanjisht, finlandisht, suedisht, serbisht, rumanisht, rusisht dhe shqip? Mos vall\u00eb nj\u00eb paraqitje e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij do t\u00eb kish qen\u00eb m\u00eb e leht\u00eb? Dy biografi t\u00eb zgjeruara p\u00ebr t\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb qarkullim, nga sa njoh, nj\u00ebra nga profesor Athanasios Delikostopulos, tjetra nga filologu Kristos Romas. Edhe k\u00ebta e kan\u00eb pasur t\u00eb pamundur t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin e Fortlumturis\u00eb, edhe pse t\u00eb dyja biografit\u00eb, t\u00eb marra s\u00eb bashku, e trajtojn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se 550 faqe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me k\u00ebt\u00eb prezantim do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqem t\u00eb sjell disa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga jeta dhe vepra e tij, duke pohuar nj\u00ebherazi pamjaftueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb time qoft\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb trajtim disi t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqsh\u00ebm t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij gjigande.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fortlumturia e Tij, Kryepiskopi i Tiran\u00ebs, Durr\u00ebsit dhe i gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, profesori i Fakultetit Theologjik t\u00eb Universitetit Komb\u00ebtar Kapodistrian t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs, Anastas Janullatos, me prejardhje nga Qefalonia, lindi n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 1929 n\u00eb Pire dhe i kaloi vitet e adoleshenc\u00ebs n\u00eb Athin\u00eb. P\u00ebrfundoi Gjimnazin e Dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Djemve t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs, nj\u00eb nga shkollat m\u00eb t\u00eb rrepta e m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, me rezultate t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb qysh n\u00eb vitet e arsimimit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm prova p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebtimin e shk\u00eblqyer q\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdonte. Dhe, teksa shk\u00eblqente dhe kryesonte n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu shembulli i bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij dhe i m\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00eblve, mburrja e bot\u00ebs f\u00ebmij\u00ebrore &#8211; si\u00e7 e kujtojn\u00eb bashk\u00ebnx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tij, sot njer\u00ebz t\u00eb shquar shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa mund t\u00eb zgjidhte \u00e7do lloj fushe shkencore q\u00eb p\u00eblqente, d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr t\u2019i ofruar njeriut dhe k\u00ebrkimet e tij t\u00eb brendshme e shtyn\u00eb t\u00eb riun karizmatik t\u00eb studioj\u00eb theologji dhe jo ndonj\u00eb shkenc\u00eb tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar sipas kritereve t\u00eb zakonshme. Vendimi i tij p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb skandal t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, por edhe nj\u00eb hap t\u00eb par\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb vet\u00ebmohimi t\u00eb vullnetsh\u00ebm, an\u00ebt e tjera t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit nuk vonuan t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb sken\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pasi kryesoi dhe shk\u00eblqeu n\u00eb provimet e pranimit n\u00eb Fakultetin Theologjik t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs, u diplomua, m\u00eb 1952, me not\u00eb mesatare 9.53, kreu sh\u00ebrbimin ushtarak (1952-54), ndoqi n\u00eb Athin\u00eb kurse t\u00eb homilitik\u00ebs dhe gazetaris\u00eb (1955-1958) dhe iu p\u00ebrkushtua t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb Hierapostullimit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm (brenda vendit). Ndoqi me vendosm\u00ebri nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb kontributi, duke spikatur p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb larta udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurura me humaniz\u00ebm dhe me nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsjellje e fisnik\u00ebri t\u00eb lindur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>S<\/strong>hum\u00eb shpejt u nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsua se nuk duhet ta shtynte m\u00eb realizimin e nj\u00eb vizioni rinor: n\u00eb vitin 1960, dor\u00ebzohet dhjak, duke pasur si q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrkushtimin e vetes n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e ringjalljes s\u00eb Hierapostullis\u00eb s\u00eb jashtme (jasht\u00eb vendit) dhe n\u00eb ruajtjen e porosis\u00eb s\u00eb Ungjillit \u201cshkoni dhe m\u00ebsoni t\u00eb gjitha kombet\u201d. Pik\u00ebrisht, k\u00ebt\u00eb porosi orthodhoks\u00ebt gjat\u00eb shekujve t\u00eb fundit, t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb me \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtjet e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb\u201d dhe duke u kujdesur m\u00eb tep\u00ebr p\u00ebr ruajtjen e tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, ndoshta e kishin l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb harres\u00eb. Anastasi luftoi prirjen e vetizolimit dhe t\u00eb provincializmit fetar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e konsideronte si nj\u00eb penges\u00eb frenuese n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e p\u00ebrbotshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb krishterimit dhe, fal\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb tij k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebse, u realizua nj\u00eb dalje dinamike e Orthodhoksis\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe u synua p\u00ebrs\u00ebri, dimensioni i harruar i qen\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj apostolike dhe katholike (gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse). Si nj\u00eb strateg i mir\u00eb, u p\u00ebrkujdes (n\u00eb vitin 1961), n\u00eb kuadrin e k\u00ebtij q\u00ebllimi, p\u00ebr krijimin e stafit t\u00eb tij: themeloi dhe drejton ende dhe sot Qendr\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrorthodhokse \u201cPorefthentes\u201d, e cila do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebj\u00eb b\u00ebrtham\u00ebn e aktivitetit t\u00eb tij dhe, ashtu si edhe buletini i saj me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin titull, do t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb nj\u00eb njohje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me rezonanc\u00eb mbar\u00ebbot\u00ebrore. Pas shekujsh, fal\u00eb Anastasit, u realizua zgjimi hierapostolik i Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse, \u00e7elja e horizonteve t\u00eb saj drejt gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N<\/strong>ga viti 1964, si an\u00ebtar i\u00a0<em>Working Committee on Missionary Studies\u00a0<\/em>i K\u00ebshillit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave, pozicion<em>\u00a0<\/em>ku sh\u00ebrbeu p\u00ebr gjasht\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet, si edhe nga pozicione<em>\u00a0<\/em>t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb vet\u00eb organizmit, merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kongrese<em>\u00a0<\/em>nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, konferenca nd\u00ebrkristiane, mban kontakte<em>\u00a0<\/em>me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb feve t\u00eb tjera, duke kontribuar n\u00eb formulimin<em>\u00a0<\/em>e theologjis\u00eb\u00a0dhe t\u00eb praktikws s\u00eb hierapostullis\u00eb moderne t\u00eb krishter\u00eb.\u00a0Si an\u00ebtar, nga viti 1967, i\u00a0<em>Regional Handbooks Editorial Board,\u00a0<\/em>i Komisionit Nd\u00ebrkristian t\u00eb<em>\u00a0<\/em>K\u00ebshillit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave dhe i\u00a0<em>Documentation Centre\u00a0<\/em>Romeokatolik<em>,\u00a0<\/em>bashk\u00ebpunon n\u00eb botimin e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb librash<em>\u00a0<\/em>p\u00ebr krishterimin dhe p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb<em>\u00a0<\/em>vitin 1969, K\u00ebshilli Bot\u00ebror i Kishave e fton t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb pozicionin<em>\u00a0<\/em>e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, q\u00eb u krijua p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb Sekretari,<em>\u00a0<\/em>p\u00ebr hulumtimin dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me kishat orthodhokse.<em>\u00a0<\/em>N\u00eb vitin 1970, vendoset n\u00eb postin e drejtuesit t\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs<em>\u00a0<\/em>s\u00eb Studimeve Misionare. N\u00eb vitin 1971, i caktohet nga Sinodi<em>\u00a0<\/em>i Shenjt\u00eb i Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Greqis\u00eb organizimi dhe drejtimi i<em>\u00a0<\/em>Qendr\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrorthodhokse t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Greqis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb vitin 1964, nj\u00eb m\u00ebngjes maji dor\u00ebzohet prift dhe po at\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje, largohet me ngut p\u00ebr n\u00eb\u00a0Uganda, duke shfaqur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb esenciale q\u00ebllimin e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimit prift\u00ebror. Beson se do t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb Afrik\u00eb p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn e mbetur t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kur Anastasi, pasi mbaroi gjimnazin, zgjodhi theologjin\u00eb, kur m\u00eb von\u00eb iu p\u00ebrkushtua Kish\u00ebs dhe teksa, duke dashur \u201ct\u00eb jet\u00eb i pari\u201d, vendosi t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si \u201ci fundit nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb\u201d, ai p\u00ebrparonte duke k\u00ebrkuar jet\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201czgjedhje t\u00eb vdekjes\u201d s\u00eb vullnetshme. Se sa reale mund t\u00eb rezultonte kjo e fundit, u duk m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, kur nj\u00eb sere v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsish dhe rreziqesh q\u00eb p\u00ebrballoi n\u00eb Afrik\u00eb, i shkaktuan nj\u00eb tronditje serioze t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit. Malaria e r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga e cila u s\u00ebmur, e detyroi t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb Greqi. At\u00ebher\u00eb, nj\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr k\u00ebrkonte pjes\u00ebn e saj nga p\u00ebrkujdesja e tij, an\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, nj\u00eb faqe e personalitetit t\u00eb tij: vetja e tij \u201cshkencore\u201d. Iu p\u00ebrkushtua, pra, studimit sistematik n\u00eb l\u00ebmin e fetarologjis\u00eb, duke modernizuar dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij objekti gnostik, fal\u00eb koordinimit t\u00eb hulumtimit t\u00eb tij me zhvillimet studimore nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, por edhe me nd\u00ebrthurjen e studimit bibliografik n\u00eb kontakt t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb me objektin n\u00ebn studim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M<\/strong>e burs\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave, n\u00eb vitin 1965, shkoi n\u00eb Gjermani, ku, si student pasuniversitar i Fakultetit t\u00eb Filozofis\u00eb t\u00eb Hamburgut, m\u00eb pas t\u00eb Marburgut dhe, n\u00eb vazhdim, si bursist i Fondacionit Alexander von Humboldt, studioi etnologji, fetarologji, misionarologji, afrikanologji dhe u specializua n\u00eb historin\u00eb e feve. Studioi simbolik\u00ebn afrikane n\u00eb lidhje me tradit\u00ebn simbolike orthodhokse, kurse gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Gjermani, u m\u00ebsonte student\u00ebve gjuh\u00ebn dhe filologjin\u00eb e re greke.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pasi u kthye n\u00eb\u00a0Uganda, n\u00eb vitin 1967, me an\u00eb t\u00eb studimit n\u00eb terren t\u00eb fenomenit t\u00eb pushtimit nga shpirtrat (pneumatolipsia), krijon t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr sa i takon fush\u00ebs fetarologjike. Me qend\u00ebr Universitetin e Makereres n\u00eb Kampala dhe i pajisur me njohjen e shum\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja (njeh fr\u00ebngjisht, gjermanisht, anglisht, spanjisht, italisht, latinisht, rusisht, gala dhe suahili &#8211; k\u00ebtyre gjuh\u00ebve iu shtua m\u00eb von\u00eb edhe shqipja &#8211; pra njeh dhjet\u00eb gjuh\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 greqishtes, n\u00ebse i num\u00ebroj sakt\u00eb dhe nuk harroj ndonj\u00eb prej tyre) studioi fen\u00eb tradicionale t\u00eb fiseve bandu dhe hartoi punimin shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm fetarologjik\u00a0<em>Frym\u00ebrat<\/em>\u00a0<em>m\u2019bandua dhe kuadri i adhurimit t\u00eb tyre. Hulumtim<\/em>\u00a0<em>fetarologjik i aspekteve t\u00eb fes\u00eb afrikane<\/em>, q\u00eb u dor\u00ebzua si punim p\u00ebr mbrojtje doktorate n\u00eb Fakultetin Theologjik t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs dhe u miratua nj\u00ebz\u00ebri me vler\u00ebsimin \u201cshk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm\u201d. Pasojn\u00eb studime nism\u00ebtare lidhur me fetarin\u00eb afrikane, si\u00a0<em>Zoti i Shk\u00eblqimit, Per\u00ebndia i fiseve<\/em>\u00a0<em>pran\u00eb Malit Kenia, Figura t\u00eb ritualit afrikan, Ruhanga<\/em>\u00a0<em>Krijuesi, Hulumtim fetarologjik i pik\u00ebpamjeve t\u00eb fes\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0<em>afrikane n\u00eb Ugand\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore etj<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N<\/strong>\u00eb vitin 1976, u zgjodh me votim unanim profesor i katedr\u00ebs s\u00eb Historis\u00eb s\u00eb Feve n\u00eb Fakultetin Theologjik t\u00eb Universitetit Komb\u00ebtar Kapodistrian t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs, ku do t\u00eb\u00a0sh\u00ebrbente edhe si dekan. Anastasi edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb pozicion, ashtu si edhe detyrat e tjera q\u00eb i jan\u00eb ngarkuar, e p\u00ebrdor si nj\u00eb vendroj\u00eb, nga ku forcon m\u00eb tej hierapostullin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb jashtme. Personat q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebronin dhe ai vet\u00eb zmbrapsen dhunsh\u00ebm nga policia, por episkopi arrin t\u00eb futet fshehurazi dhe t\u2019u jap\u00eb furnizimet student\u00ebve q\u00eb kishin ngritur krye p\u00ebr liri e demokraci. Kjo ngjarje, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb tregues i q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb tij, por jo i vetmi, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e njohur nga d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e ballafaquara t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve okular\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N<\/strong>\u00eb vitin 1981, ftohet nga Patriarku i Aleksandris\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb normalizimin e gjendjes s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Kenias, q\u00eb ndodhej n\u00eb prag t\u00eb shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes. Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ari, e kushton koh\u00ebn e tij midis Afrik\u00ebs Lindore dhe Athin\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrton dhe v\u00eb n\u00eb funksionim Fakultetin e vet\u00ebm Orthodhoks n\u00eb mbar\u00eb Afrik\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrton kisha, shkolla, qendra mjek\u00ebsore, klinika, organizon kampingje, \u00a0p\u00ebrkthen Liturgjin\u00eb Hyjnore n\u00eb kat\u00ebr gjuh\u00eb afrikane, realizon nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme sociale dhe kulturore, pik\u00ebrisht ngaq\u00eb i respekton kulturat q\u00eb ndesh dhe nuk p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019i shkrij\u00eb apo t\u2019i nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsoj\u00eb ato. \u201cAfrika\u201d do t\u00eb thot\u00eb ai vet\u00eb \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend, ndaj t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb shumanshme. Por fatmir\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi: askush nuk ia ka ndaluar kurr\u00eb, ndryshe nga \u00e7ka ndodhi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, t\u00eb besoj\u00eb dhe, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, t\u00eb k\u00ebndoj\u00eb e t\u00eb vall\u00ebzoj\u00eb p\u00ebr Per\u00ebndin\u00eb&#8230; Fetaria afrikane quhet \u201cprimitive\u201d nga disa. Un\u00eb e kam ndryshuar termin dhe e quaj \u201cfillestare\u201d. Njeriu q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb tilla, nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb primitiv, ne e shikojm\u00eb k\u00ebshtu.\u00a0Sistemi i mendimit, i gjuh\u00ebs, i komunikimit,\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe shum\u00eb i komplikuar.\u00a0\u00cbsht\u00eb thjesht fillestar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N<\/strong>\u00eb vitin 1991, me vendim t\u00eb Patriarkut Dhimit\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb Sinodit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Patriarkan\u00ebs Ekumenike shkon n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri si Eksark Patriarkal dhe, n\u00eb vitin 1992, zgjidhet Kryepiskop i Tiran\u00ebs, Durr\u00ebsit dhe i gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb kishat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ishin mbyllur p\u00ebr 23 vjet me radh\u00eb, nj\u00eb nga p\u00ebrkujdesjet e tij t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, krahas \u00e7eljes dhe nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb kishave, ishte edhe ngritja e shkollave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marrja p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr e k\u00ebsaj detyre koincidoi me periudh\u00ebn\u00a0 nj\u00eb krize t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nuk mungojn\u00eb shpirtvog\u00eblsit\u00eb, kurthet, kritikat dhe gjykimet e ashpra dhe keqinformimi, shpifjet e b\u00ebra nga disa qarqe orthodhokse n\u00eb Greqi, (q\u00eb kishin si q\u00ebllim t\u00eb ndikonin edhe Patriarkan\u00ebn Ekumenike). Por nuk mungojn\u00eb as p\u00ebrpjekjet e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme shqiptare p\u00ebr ta larguar at\u00eb nga Shqip\u00ebria. Ai vet\u00eb do t\u00eb thoshte: \u201cNuk pranova m\u00eb shum\u00eb nj\u00eb fron, sesa p\u00ebrqafova nj\u00eb kryq\u201d. Nj\u00eb plumb vrastar kund\u00ebr tij do t\u00eb ndalte n\u00eb xhamin e dyfisht\u00eb t\u00eb zyr\u00ebs ku punonte, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb turbullir\u00ebs politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Do ta l\u00ebr\u00eb aty t\u00eb ngulitur, p\u00ebr t\u2019i kujtuar, si\u00e7 shprehet ai vet\u00eb, se jeta mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb minut\u00eb dhe prandaj nuk duhet kaluar m\u00eb kot as edhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb vetme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ndan t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat kushte t\u00eb thjesht\u00ebsis\u00eb &#8211; m\u00eb sakt\u00eb varf\u00ebrie &#8211; q\u00eb kaloi edhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr e popullsis\u00eb, has n\u00eb pengesa t\u00eb \u00e7do lloji, por arrin t\u00eb riformoj\u00eb struktur\u00ebn organizative t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs.
