Gjat\u00eb krizave t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb ka kaluar vendi (1992, 1994, 1997), Kisha jon\u00eb ka zhvilluar veprimtari t\u00eb gjer\u00eb sociale dhe humanitare, duke siguruar dhe shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb mij\u00ebra ton\u00eb ushqime, veshmbathje, ila\u00e7e etj.<\/p>\n

Kisha jon\u00eb ka p\u00ebrkrahur nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh programesh sociale, ku p\u00ebrfshihen projekte zhvillimi p\u00ebr zonat malore, p\u00ebr zhvillimin e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe blegtoris\u00eb, nd\u00ebrtime rrug\u00ebsh e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsish, programe sh\u00ebndeti dhe shoq\u00ebrizimi p\u00ebr grat\u00eb n\u00eb zonat rurale, program p\u00ebr edukimin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe ngritje qendrash sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb fshatra, kontributi p\u00ebr shkolla, jetimore, spitale, ndihma p\u00ebr institutet p\u00ebr persona me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, azilet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb burgosurit, t\u00eb varfrit etj.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb vitit 1999, kur vendi yn\u00eb priti val\u00ebt e refugjat\u00ebve kosovar\u00eb, Kisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me donator\u00eb dhe organizma fetare nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare (sidomos me programin ACT, t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave) organizoi nj\u00eb program t\u00eb gjer\u00eb ndihme, prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 12 milion dollar\u00ebsh, duke ndihmuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 33 mij\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurve nga Kosova, me ushqime, veshmbathje, ndihma sht\u00ebpiake, mjek\u00ebsore, strehim (n\u00eb dy kampe) etj.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2008, pas tragjedis\u00eb n\u00eb fshatin G\u00ebrdec, Kisha jon\u00eb dha kontributin e saj material dhe njer\u00ebzor, q\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7astet e para, si dhe b\u00ebri thirrje dhe mblodhi ndihma t\u00eb ndryshme nga besimtar\u00ebt orthodhoks\u00eb brenda dhe jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat iu shp\u00ebrndan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarve, si dhe u rind\u00ebrtua plot\u00ebsisht kopshti i fshatit Mu\u00e7aj.<\/p>\n

Kisha Orthodhokse dha kontributin e vet edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar banor\u00ebt e d\u00ebmtuar nga p\u00ebrmbytjet e jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb vitit 2002, n\u00eb rrethet e Lezh\u00ebs, Beratit e Gjirokastr\u00ebs si edhe n\u00eb vitin 2010 n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs. Vitet e fundit ka ndihmuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur banor\u00ebt e prekur nga p\u00ebrmbytjet n\u00eb rrethet e Fierit dhe Vlor\u00ebs etj.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2018 filloi t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb Sht\u00ebpia e t\u00eb moshuarave Familja e Dashuris\u00eb \u201cHyjlind\u00ebsja Mari\u201d n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n
