…Kur Kisha Orthodhokse Au-
\ntoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ishte shp\u00ebr-
\nb\u00ebr\u00eb qysh prej 23 vjet\u00ebsh, auto-
\nriteti i vet\u00ebm kishtar q\u00eb kishte
\nkompetenc\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb ni-
\nsm\u00ebn p\u00ebr ringritjen e saj, ishte
\nPatriarkana Ekumenike e Kon-
\nstandinopoj\u00ebs. Ishte kjo Patri-
\narkan\u00eb q\u00eb i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb Auto-
\nqefalin\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1937 dhe q\u00eb nga
\nana tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr
\nKishat Orthodhokse t\u00eb ndodhura
\nn\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira – si\u00e7 kjo gj\u00eb
\nnjihet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb
\nnga e t\u00ebr\u00eb bota orthodhokse.
\nGjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs tranzitore
\n1991-1992, asnj\u00eb statut tjet\u00ebr i
\nvjet\u00ebr i Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk
\nkishte fuqi kanonike. T\u00eb vetmet
\ndokumente q\u00eb ruanin fuqin\u00eb e tyre
\nkanonike ishin Tomosi Patriarkal
\ndhe Sinodik mbi Autoqefalin\u00eb
\ndhe Kanonet e Shenjta. N\u00eb baz\u00eb
\nt\u00eb k\u00ebtyre, u ringrit Kisha Ortho-
\ndhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb
\nn\u00eb themele kishtare t\u00eb padisku-
\ntueshme dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye njihet
\nnga t\u00eb gjitha Kishat Orthodhokse,
\nnga t\u00eb gjitha shkollat teologjike
\northodhokse dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi
\nnga bota e krishter\u00eb.
\nZgjedhja e Kryepiskopit, m\u00eb
\n24 qershor 1992, ishte, sipas rre-
\ngullave t\u00eb Orthodhoksis\u00eb, nj\u00eb
\nfakt i kryer kishtar. Ky akt iu b\u00eb i
\nditur me Letra zyrtare patriarkale
\nt\u00eb gjitha Kishave Orthodhokse
\nAutoqefale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb
\ndiptik\u00ebt e tyre, pas 40 vjet\u00ebsh
\nmungese, emrin e Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqi-
\np\u00ebris\u00eb dhe emrin e Primatit t\u00eb saj,
\ni cili po merrte p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr ringritjen
\ne saj nga g\u00ebrmadhat. Procedura
\ne zgjedhjes u plot\u00ebsua me p\u00ebr-
\ncaktimin e thirrjes s\u00eb Kryepisko-
\npit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si \u201cFortlumturi\u201d,
\nsi\u00e7 b\u00ebhet me patriark\u00ebt, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 atij
\nekumenik, dhe me kryetar\u00ebt e
\nkishave orthodhokse autoqefale
\n(nr. proto 1092\/24 qershor 1992).
\nDuhet t\u00eb rikujtojm\u00eb k\u00ebtu se
\nedhe Sinodi i par\u00eb kanonik i Ki-
\nsh\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb
\nShqip\u00ebris\u00eb u zgjodh n\u00eb prill t\u00eb vitit

\ns\u00ebmarrjen m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb faktor\u00eb-
\nve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.
\nFron\u00ebzimi i Kryepiskopit u
\nkrye, pas nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb negociatash me
\nautoritetet shqiptare kompetente,
\nn\u00eb Kish\u00ebn Katedrale t\u00eb Ungji-
\nll\u00ebzimit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, m\u00eb 2 gusht
\n1992, n\u00eb prani t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kle-
\nrik\u00ebve, si edhe laik\u00ebve nga t\u00eb gji-
\ntha dioqezat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb
\nLiturgjis\u00eb Hyjnore u lexua zyr-
\ntarisht Letra Patriarkale dhe Si-
\nnodike (nr. proto 936, 16 korrik
\n1992), \u201cDrejtuar Klerit dhe po-
