Manastiri<br \/>\ngjendet mbi nj\u00eb kod\u00ebr t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nmbuluar nga ullinj dhe qiparisa mes<br \/>\nDh\u00ebrmiut dhe Kanionit t\u00eb Gjipes\u00eb<br \/>\nN\u00eb vitin 1946, manastirit u mbyll<br \/>\nnga regjimi ateist dhe u kthye n\u00eb<br \/>\nbaz\u00eb ushtarake t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me<br \/>\ntrupat e BS. Deri n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve<br \/>\n\u201990 mbeti e till\u00eb, n\u00ebn kontrollin<br \/>\nushtarak, q\u00eb kishte si q\u00ebllim edhe<br \/>\nmbajtjen larg t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve nga<br \/>\nvendi i shenjt\u00eb q\u00eb nderohej shum\u00eb.<br \/>\nKrahas rr\u00ebnojave t\u00eb vjetra,<br \/>\nbrenda manastirit gjenden objekte<br \/>\nt\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb mbetura nga koha<br \/>\ne komunizmit, kur u p\u00ebrdor si baz\u00eb<br \/>\nushtarake. Pik\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto<br \/>\nrr\u00ebnoja, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente si ofi\u00e7in\u00eb, e<br \/>\nngritur n\u00eb territorin e manastirit,<br \/>\npara disa vitesh u privatizua me nj\u00eb<br \/>\nvendim abuziv, t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb fsheh-<br \/>\nt\u00ebsi dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjet.<br \/>\nNdoshta, duke qen\u00eb i nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm<br \/>\np\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb do<br \/>\nkishte p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb pron\u00ebn e<br \/>\nkomunitetit orthodhoks dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb<br \/>\nzon\u00eb teorikisht shum\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtur,<br \/>\npersoni q\u00eb e mori ia shiti dikujt q\u00eb<br \/>\nmendohej se ishte i \u201cfort\u00eb\u201d dhe<br \/>\nmund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte pavar\u00ebsisht nga<br \/>\nproblemet e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb lejeve:<br \/>\nish-drejtorit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb<br \/>\nPolicis\u00eb, z. Artan Didi, sot me<br \/>\nbanim n\u00eb SHBA.<br \/>\nN\u00eb vijim, ai ka k\u00ebrkuar 2 her\u00eb<br \/>\npran\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb &#8211; Himar\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u<br \/>\npajisur me leje p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim, e cila,<br \/>\np\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb qarta ligjore, nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb<br \/>\nmiratuar. Pavar\u00ebsisht nga kjo,<br \/>\nz. Didi nisi punimet pa leje, gj\u00eb q\u00eb<br \/>\nnxiti reagim t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr t\u00eb besimta-<br \/>\nr\u00ebve, por jo t\u00eb organeve kompe-<br \/>\nDh\u00ebrmi &#8211; Manastiri i Sh\u00ebn Theodhorit<br \/>\npo cenohet nga nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim i paligjsh\u00ebm<br \/>\n&#8211; Lidhur me nd\u00ebrtimin e jasht\u00ebligjsh\u00ebm q\u00eb po b\u00ebn z Artan Didi pran\u00eb Manastirit,<br \/>\nn\u00eb pronat e Kish\u00ebs &#8211;<br \/>\ntente. Banor\u00eb t\u00eb zon\u00ebs, s\u00eb bashku<br \/>\nme klerik\u00ebt e tyre, kan\u00eb protestuar<br \/>\nedhe n\u00eb territorin e manastirit dhe<br \/>\nkan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar me forc\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjen<br \/>\ne punimeve t\u00eb paligjshme n\u00eb pron\u00ebn<br \/>\ne Kish\u00ebs.<br \/>\nKjo e detyroi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb far\u00eb kohe<br \/>\nt\u00eb nd\u00ebrpriste punimet, por dit\u00ebt e<br \/>\nt\u00eb mos afrohen aty, se ndryshe do<br \/>\nt\u00eb arrestohen?!<br \/>\nDit\u00eb e fundit ka rifilluar duke<br \/>\npasur ndihm\u00ebn e hapur t\u00eb kund\u00ebr-<br \/>\nligjshme t\u00eb Post\u00ebs s\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb<br \/>\nHimar\u00ebs, q\u00eb ka rrethuar zon\u00ebn dhe<br \/>\nnuk lejon ask\u00ebnd t\u00eb afrohet dhe<br \/>\nnga SHBA ndaj drejtuesve t\u00eb<br \/>\nprotest\u00ebs.<br \/>\nPra, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb organizmat<br \/>\np\u00ebrkat\u00ebs shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, lokal\u00eb apo<br \/>\nqendror\u00eb, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhynin p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb<br \/>\nn\u00eb vend ligjin, n\u00eb prani t\u00eb nj\u00eb ve-<br \/>\nprimi flagrant dhe t\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjsh\u00ebm,<br \/>\nose heshtin fajsh\u00ebm, ose marrin<br \/>\nhapur an\u00ebn e antiligjit kund\u00ebr pro-<br \/>\nnarit t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm.<br \/>\nNga ana tjet\u00ebr, kjo nxjerr zbuluar<br \/>\nedhe pretendimet p\u00ebr \u201ckonse-<br \/>\nkuenc\u00eb\u201d ligjore n\u00eb prishjen e kish\u00ebs<br \/>\ns\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Thanasit, po n\u00eb<br \/>\nDh\u00ebrmi. N\u00eb gushtin e vitit 2015 u<br \/>\npretendua nga organet shtet\u00ebrore<br \/>\ne lokale se po nd\u00ebrhyhej p\u00ebr t\u00eb<br \/>\nprishur nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim pa leje (sikur<br \/>\nDh\u00ebrmiu e Himara t\u00eb mos kishin<br \/>\nqindra nd\u00ebrtime pa leje buz\u00eb detit,<br \/>\nprona  edhe ato t\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00ebve, p\u00ebr<br \/>\nt\u00eb cilat askush nuk ka l\u00ebvizur as<br \/>\ngishtin e vog\u00ebl). Pra, u p\u00ebrdor<br \/>\ndhun\u00eb e sproporcionuar shtet\u00ebrore<br \/>\np\u00ebr t\u00eb prishur nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb<br \/>\northodhoks, nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb pron\u00ebn e<br \/>\nkomunitetit, mbi rr\u00ebnojat e kish\u00ebs<br \/>\ns\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar nga regjimi ateist, q\u00eb<br \/>\nn\u00eb fillimet e demokracis\u00eb.
