Dhe as Zaharia nuk do t\u00eb<br \/>\nmund t\u00eb pranonte n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb<br \/>\nt\u00eb kishte si f\u00ebmij\u00eb shpirt\u00ebror n\u00eb<br \/>\nmisterin e rr\u00ebfimit nj\u00eb joorthodhoks.<br \/>\nMadje, duke pasur parasysh mos-<br \/>\npranimin nga ana e dy murgjve t\u00eb<br \/>\nSinodit t\u00eb Firences, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se do<br \/>\npranonin t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin pran\u00eb nj\u00eb<br \/>\nsundimtari romano-katolik. Do t\u00eb<br \/>\nishin n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me veten e<br \/>\ntyre, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ata<br \/>\nishin shp\u00ebrngulur dhe udh\u00ebtonin<br \/>\np\u00ebr t\u00eb predikuar q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb<br \/>\nn\u00eb Orthodhoksi. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, a<br \/>\ndo mundej nj\u00eb mbret t\u00eb priste, ma-<br \/>\ndje \u201cn\u00eb \u00e7do nder\u2019 dhe shpres\u00ebtari\u201d,<br \/>\nata q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonin besimin e tij\u201d<br \/>\nP\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ngjarjeve q\u00eb rro-<br \/>\ndh\u00ebn, nuk q\u00ebndruan shum\u00eb vjet n\u00eb<br \/>\nKruj\u00eb, ra Konstandinopoja (1453)<br \/>\ndhe pasoi nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb paq\u00ebndrue-<br \/>\nshm\u00e9rie, e mbushur me trazira dhe<br \/>\nata u fsheh\u00ebn n\u00eb mal (pas vdekjes<br \/>\ns\u00eb Sk\u00e9nderbeut?!).<br \/>\nM\u00eb pas shkuan n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr, ku<br \/>\nZaharia u b\u00eb kryeprifti 1 tij, nd\u00ebrsa<br \/>\nsh\u00ebn Nifoni, pasi 1 mori bekimin,<br \/>\nudh\u00ebtoi p\u00ebr n\u00eb Malin e Shenjt\u00eb, ku<br \/>\ntashm\u00eb i kishte paraprir\u00eb nami 1 tij.<br \/>\nSh\u00ebtiti n\u00eb manastire t\u00eb ndry-<br \/>\nshme dhe 1 m\u00ebsonte murgjit sipas<br \/>\nk\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. P\u00ebrfundoi dhe u<br \/>\nb\u00eb kallogjer me \u201cskim\u00ebn e madhe\u201d<br \/>\nn\u00eb manastirin e osh\u00ebnarit Dhionis,<br \/>\nq\u00eb 1 kushtohet Joan Pag\u00ebzorit.
