\nN\u00eb dat\u00ebn 2 gusht 2016, u p\u00ebr-
\nurua hidrocentrali Rapun 344.
\nKjo vep\u00ebr hidroenergjetike \u00ebsht\u00eb
\nnj\u00eb investim 1 madh n\u00eb sektorin
\nenergjetik n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb vendit, e re-
\nalizuar nga Kisha Orthodhokse
\nAutoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, me nis-
\nm\u00ebn dhe kujdesin e vazhduesh\u00ebm
\nt\u00eb Kryepiskopit Anastas. Kjo \u00ebsh-
\nt\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr e nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb p\u00ebr-
\nputhje me strategjin\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb
\nshqiptare p\u00ebr sektorin energje-
\ntik dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me
\nzhvillimin rajonal t\u00eb qarkut t\u00eb
\nElbasanit. Ky objekt \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr-
\ntuar n\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e poshtme t\u00eb lu-
\nmit Rapun dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga di-
\nsa n\u00ebnvepra kryesore, si: vepra e
\nmarrjes nivelngrit\u00e9se, dekantue-
\nsi, tuneli hidroteknik, godina e
\nHEC-it, kulla e ekuilibrit dhe
\nn\u00ebnstacioni (lidhja me sistemin
\nenergjetik shqiptar). Gjat\u00eb pro-
\njektimit dhe nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs
\njan\u00eb pasur parasysh zbatimi ri-
\ngoroz1 akteve ligjore e n\u00ebnligjore
\nshqiptare dhe 1 atyre nd\u00ebrko-
\nmb\u00ebtare sipas t\u00eb gjitha udh\u00ebzi-
\nmeve t\u00eb ESHA-s\u00eb, IEA-s\u00eb, Eu-
\nropean Commission, Austrian
\nNational Committee on Large
\nDams, Swedish Environmental
\nProtection Agency.
\nKy investim do t\u00e9 mb\u00e9shtes\u00e9
\nforcimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pavar\u00e9si-
\ns\u00eb ekonomike t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Ortho-
\ndhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb,
\nduke vazhduar t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb
