As brenda vendit, as n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vend<br \/>\ntjet\u00ebr t\u00eb rruzullit, nuk ekzistonte ndonj\u00eb episkop shqiptar<br \/>\np\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr barr\u00ebn e ringritjes s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs lokale.<br \/>\nPo ashtu nuk kishte asnj\u00eb klerik shqiptar apo laik tjet\u00ebr,<br \/>\nq\u00eb t\u00eb merrte p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mision shum\u00eb kompleks dhe<br \/>\ntep\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Persekutimit shum\u00ebvje\u00e7ar 1 kishin<br \/>\nshp\u00ebtuar 12 prift\u00ebrinj dhe 3 dhjakon\u00eb, shumica ishin t\u00eb<br \/>\ns\u00ebmur\u00eb dhe n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb thyer.<br \/>\nP\u00cbRPJEKJE HIERAPOSTOLIKE<br \/>\nNism\u00ebn p\u00ebr ringritjen e Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e mori<br \/>\np\u00ebrsip\u00ebr, duke qen\u00eb detyr\u00eb e saj, Patriarkana Ekumeni-<br \/>\nke, e cila ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb Kishat Ortho-<br \/>\ndhokse n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb. N\u00eb janar 1991, Patriarku Ekumenik,<br \/>\nDhimitri, dhe Sinodi 1 Shenjt\u00eb zgjodh\u00ebn si Ekzark<br \/>\nPatriarkal autorin e k\u00ebtij shkrimi. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, ishte profesor 1 histo-<br \/>\nris\u00eb s\u00eb feve n\u00eb Universitetin Komb\u00ebtar Kapo-<br \/>\ndistrian t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs (me studime pasuniversita-<br \/>\nre n\u00eb Fetarologji n\u00eb Hamburg dhe Marburg t\u00eb<br \/>\nGjermanis\u00eb). Po ashtu, ishte zgjedhur n\u00eb poste<br \/>\nt\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb organizmave fetar\u00eb mbar\u00eb-<br \/>\nbot\u00ebror\u00eb. Pas nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimi prej shum\u00eb<br \/>\nmuajsh nga ana e shtetit shqiptar, ai mb\u00ebrriti<br \/>\nn\u00eb Tiran\u00eb m\u00eb 17 korrik 1991. Gjat\u00eb udh\u00eb-<br \/>\ntimeve t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit pothuajse n\u00eb mbar\u00eb<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, konstatoi shkretimin e friksh\u00ebm<br \/>\ndhe shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Ortho-<br \/>\ndhokse, te shkaktuar nga persekutimi 1 eg\u00ebr,<br \/>\npor nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe farat e besimit ortho-<br \/>\ndhoks q\u00eb kishin q\u00ebndruar t\u00eb fshehura n\u00eb mij\u00eb-<br \/>\nra shpirtra, duke pritur kushtet e p\u00ebrshtatshme<br \/>\np\u00ebr t&#8217;u zhvilluar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Sigurisht, q\u00eb nuk kishte<br \/>\nasnj\u00eb fron kryepiskopal p\u00ebr t&#8217;u ngjitur, por ish-<br \/>\nte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb stol 1 thyer plot me gozhd\u00eb, q\u00eb ki-<br \/>\nshte l\u00ebn\u00eb persekutimi ateist.<br \/>\nHapi tij 1 par\u00eb ishte krijimi i nj\u00eb strukture<br \/>\nkishtare elementare p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e Kish\u00ebs<br \/>\nlokale. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, thir: Asamblen\u00eb e P\u00ebr-<br \/>\ngjithshme Kleriko-laike (1-2.8.1991), me<br \/>\npjes\u00ebmarrjen e 15 klerik\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb 30 laik\u00eb-<br \/>\nve t\u00eb dioqezave kishtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ku u<br \/>\nshqyrtua gjendja postkomuniste dhe u zgjo-<br \/>\ndh\u00ebn kat\u00ebr epitrop\u00eb arkihieratik\u00eb, si dhe<br \/>\nK\u00ebshilli 1 P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Kishtar me 13 an\u00ebta-<br \/>\nr\u00eb. Sapo mb\u00ebrriti n\u00eb Shqip\u00e9n, Ekzarku Pa-<br \/>\ntriarkal u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb rigjall\u00ebronte besimin<br \/>\northodhoks n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet vizitave n\u00eb qytete dhe<br \/>\nfshatra, predikimeve dhe kryerjes s\u00eb Liturgjis\u00eb<br \/>\nHyjnore.<br \/>\nDy ve\u00e7ori t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse t\u00eb Shqi-<br \/>\np\u00ebris\u00eb krijuan probleme specifike. E para ish-<br \/>\nte origjina etnike e grigj\u00ebs orthodhokse, ( shqip-<br \/>\ntar\u00eb, grek\u00eb, sllav\u00eb, vlleh), fakt q\u00eb shkaktoi in-<br \/>\nteresimin e Kishave t\u00eb tjera Orthodhokse p\u00ebr<br \/>\nt\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb vend komunitete kishtare n\u00eb va-<br \/>\nr\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre. E dyta, orthodhoks\u00ebt nuk p\u00ebrb\u00eb-<br \/>\nnin shumic\u00ebn si n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit.<br \/>\nPak para fillimit t\u00eb persekutimit t\u00eb fes\u00eb, sipas<br \/>\nstatistikave t\u00eb autoriteteve italiane, ortho-<br \/>\ndhoks\u00ebt p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin rreth 21% t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrpjekja kryesore e Ekzarkut Patnarkal<br \/>\nishte k\u00ebrkimi i personave t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm me<br \/>\nshtet\u00ebsi shqiptare, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u dor\u00ebzuar episkop\u00eb<br \/>\ne, kryesisht, gjetja e nj\u00eb kandidati p\u00ebr krye-<br \/>\npiskop, qoft\u00eb edhe nga radh\u00ebt e laik\u00ebve t\u00eb ar-<br \/>\nsimuar dhe t\u00eb pamartuar. Por, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq,<br \/>\nkjo rezultoi se ishte e pamundur. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb dhe<br \/>\nt\u00eb gjitha faktet meshonin n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje se<br \/>\nrim\u00ebk\u00ebmbja e Kish\u00ebs lokale, mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb<br \/>\nkapacitetet e saj t\u00eb brendshme, ishte di\u00e7ka e<br \/>\npaarritshme. N\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 1992, Ekzarku<br \/>\nPatriarkal u b\u00eb gati t&#8217;u kthehej detyrave t\u00eb tij<br \/>\nuniversitare, si edhe kandidatur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr<br \/>\nAkademin\u00eb e Athin\u00ebs. At\u00ebher\u00eb klen dhe po-<br \/>\npulli i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht nga origjina e<br \/>\ntyre, e lut\u00ebn t\u00eb rmnte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe t\u00eb merrte<br \/>\np\u00ebrsip\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn e ringritjes s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs, q\u00eb va-<br \/>\nzhdonte t\u00eb mbetej pezull.
