\ne nj\u00eb Ligji dhe shpall se do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb ankim n\u00eb gjykatat e Hag\u00ebs etj.
\ndhe shpif pa pasur turp, pa pasur prov\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, p\u00ebr Kryepiskopin
\nOrthodhoks, se \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201c p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i shovinizmit t\u00eb V orio-Epirit\u201d dhe
\nmadje se bashk\u00ebpunon me nj\u00eb parti nacionaliste ekstremiste greke.
\nPor, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Greqin\u00eb dhe n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, si
\ndhe n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn e krishter\u00eb, e din\u00eb se Kryepiskopi Anastas b\u00ebn
\npjes\u00eb n\u00eb ata njer\u00ebz q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e par\u00eb p\u00ebr paqen dhe respektin
\ne nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb midis njer\u00ebzve dhe popujve\u201d. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur
\nn\u00eb poste t\u00eb larta t\u00eb organizmave mbar\u00ebbot\u00ebror\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb dhe Presi-

\nKisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja q\u00eb
\nnjihet zyrtarisht nga shteti shqiptar, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebra nga 14 Kishat Autoqefale
\nOrthodhokse t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, q\u00eb ka marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera me Kish\u00ebn
\nKatolike dhe me t\u00eb gjitha kishat an\u00ebtare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave.
\nPor cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb hartuesit e tekstit q\u00eb u botua m\u00eb 22 shkurt 2016,
\nnga nj\u00ebfar\u00eb komiteti i Elbasanit? Kemi demaskuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur
\nfytyr\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shpif\u00ebsve t\u00eb paskrupuj. Por qarqe t\u00eb dyshimta
\nvazhdojn\u00eb ta mb\u00ebshtesin, pavar\u00ebsisht nga faktet demaskuese, q\u00eb nuk
\nmund t\u00eb vihen n\u00eb dyshim. P\u00ebrmbledhtazi theksojm\u00eb se:
\n1. Nikolla Marku, i cili nuk ka asnj\u00eb lidhje me Kish\u00ebn
\nOrthodhokse t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb njohur nga Shteti dhe me asnj\u00eb lloj Kishe
\ntjet\u00ebr Orthodhokse. Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet midis Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse dhe
\nShtetit jan\u00eb rregulluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimtare me Ligjin 10057\/
\n22.1.2009, \u201cMarr\u00ebveshja midis K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs
\ns\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u2026\u201d,
\nhartuar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb prerogativ\u00ebs t\u00eb diktuar nga Kushtetuta e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.
\nAsnj\u00eb Kish\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb (Katolike, Anglikane, Evangjeliste, Pentikostiane
\netj.) nuk e njeh si klerik orthodhoks.
\n2. \u201cKomiteti p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse t\u00eb
\npavarur komb\u00ebtare shqiptare\u201d, kryetar i t\u00eb cilit vet\u00ebdeklarohet, nuk
\n\u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cKish\u00eb\u201d dhe as komunitet fetar me kuptimin q\u00eb ka Kushtetuta.
\n\u00cbsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm komiteti i nj\u00eb lagjeje t\u00eb nj\u00eb qyteti dhe nuk njihet fare si
\n\u201ckomunitet fetar\u201d. Si vul\u00eb t\u00eb tij\u00ebn p\u00ebrdor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tin\u00ebzare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb
\nmashtruar opinionin publik, titullin: \u201cKisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale
\nKomb\u00ebtare Shqiptare, Kala, Elbasan\u201d. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb falsifikim
\nfare t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm dhe nj\u00eb mashtrim t\u00eb madh. Fatmir\u00ebsisht, n\u00eb ligjin e
\nlartp\u00ebrmendur, 10057\/22.1.2009, neni 5, par. 1, parashikohet n\u00eb
\nm\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se: \u201cShteti respekton Kish\u00ebn Ortodokse Autoqefale t\u00eb
\nShqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe njeh si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb saj vet\u00ebm personat e autorizuar
