K\u00ebtyre besimtar\u00ebve iu shtuan p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebs edhe shum\u00eb<br \/>\nqytetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vler\u00ebsuan dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn veprimtarin\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebr ndalesat e b\u00ebra p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebs fol\u00ebn p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e<br \/>\nkomuniteteve fetare dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e pushtetit lokal, si edhe deputet\u00eb<br \/>\nt\u00eb qarkut t\u00eb Elbasanit.
