Nikolla Marku u rikthye p\u00ebrmes<br \/>\nmediave, me nj\u00eb sajes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, shpifjesh t\u00eb pabaza dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimesh t\u00eb<br \/>\npaturpshme kund\u00ebr Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe<br \/>\nprimatit t\u00eb saj. Jemi t\u00eb detyruar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri t\u00eb informojm\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhtazi<br \/>\nopinionin publik se:<br \/>\n1. Nikolla Marku nuk ka asnj\u00eb lidhje me Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse<br \/>\nAutoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb njohur nga Shteti Shqiptar. Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet<br \/>\nmidis Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse dhe Shtetit jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebrfundimisht me<br \/>\nligjin nr. 10057\/22.1.2009, \u201cMarr\u00ebveshja nd\u00ebrmjet Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse<br \/>\nAutoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr rregullimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjella\u201d, t\u00eb hartuar sipas<br \/>\ndetyrimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<br \/>\n2. Asnj\u00eb Kish\u00eb Orthodhokse dhe asnj\u00eb Kish\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb bot\u00eb nuk e<br \/>\nnjeh at\u00eb si klerik.<br \/>\n3. Si p\u00ebrdhos\u00ebs, q\u00eb nuk ndalet p\u00ebrpara asgj\u00ebje, ai ka uzurpuar n\u00eb<br \/>\nm\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme kish\u00ebn e s\u00eb T\u00ebr\u00ebshenjt\u00ebs Mari n\u00eb Elbasan, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb<br \/>\nmonument kulture dhe, sipas ligjit t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur (neni 23\/1), \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb<br \/>\npron\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<br \/>\n\u201cKomiteti p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb kish\u00ebs ortodokse t\u00eb pavarur<br \/>\nkomb\u00ebtare shqiptare\u201d, kryetar i t\u00eb cilit ai e deklaron veten, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb<br \/>\n\u201cKish\u00eb\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb komitet lagjeje i nj\u00eb qyteti dhe nuk njihet nga<br \/>\nKomiteti Shtet\u00ebror i Kulteve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si komunitet fetar. Si vul\u00eb<br \/>\nzyrtare p\u00ebrdor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tin\u00ebzare titullin: \u201cKisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale<br \/>\nKomb\u00ebtare Shqiptare, Kala, Elbasan.\u201d N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast kemi nj\u00eb falsifikim<br \/>\nfare t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm dhe nj\u00eb mashtrim t\u00eb madh. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb ligjit t\u00eb<br \/>\nlartp\u00ebrmendur, nr. 10057\/ 22.01.2009, Neni 5, paragrafi 1, p\u00ebrcaktohet<br \/>\nn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se: \u201cShteti respekton Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse Autoqefale<br \/>\nt\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe njeh si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb saj vet\u00ebm personat e autorizuar<br \/>\nnga  Sinodi i Shenjt\u00eb i k\u00ebsaj Kishe dhe garanton mbrojtjen e Kish\u00ebs<br \/>\nOrthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga \u00e7do person ose grup q\u00eb<br \/>\npretendon emrin, objektet e kultit, pronat, simbolet ose vul\u00ebn e saj\u201d.<br \/>\n4. P\u00ebr ata q\u00eb i njohin \u00e7\u00ebshtjet fetare, deklaratat e Nikolla Markut jan\u00eb<br \/>\nfjal\u00eb boshe dhe qesharake, q\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritin fantazi mjerane dhe dyshime t\u00eb<br \/>\npabaza.
