Dy t\u00eb parat m\u00eb<br \/>\n20 dhe 21 gusht, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar planet e shkat\u00ebrrimit dhe e treta m\u00eb 26<br \/>\ngusht, ku protestohet me tone t\u00eb forta kund\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrimit.<br \/>\nKonkretisht n\u00eb Protest\u00ebn e dat\u00ebs 21 gusht theksohet se: \u201cKisha<br \/>\nOrthodhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb d\u00ebnon ashp\u00ebr k\u00ebto ngjarje,<br \/>\nq\u00eb cenojn\u00eb pron\u00ebn dhe lirin\u00eb e besimit fetar. Ajo i b\u00ebn thirrje<br \/>\nbesimtar\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb qet\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebrpara k\u00ebtyre provokimeve<br \/>\ndhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb kish\u00ebs. Ajo k\u00ebrkon<br \/>\nnga shteti t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr detyrimet ligjore q\u00eb rrjedhin nga Ligji<br \/>\nnr. 10057\/22.01.2009&#8230;\u201d.<br \/>\nN\u00eb protest\u00ebn e tret\u00eb, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 26 gusht, theksohet midis t\u00eb tjerave<br \/>\nedhe sakrilegji, arbitrariteti dhe shkelja flagrante e ligjit: \u201cKy veprim<br \/>\n\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje flagrante t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 10057, 22.01.2009, \u201cP\u00ebr<br \/>\nratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrmjet K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb<br \/>\nRepublik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, Neni 21\/1,2: \u201cNd\u00ebrtesat dhe objektet q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb<br \/>\np\u00ebr kryerjen e ceremonive fetare konsiderohen t\u00eb shenjta nga Kisha<br \/>\nOrtodokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrhyrja e autoriteteve<br \/>\nshtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb to \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rasteve t\u00eb<br \/>\nflagranc\u00ebs, kur nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb nj\u00eb urdhri t\u00eb<br \/>\nprokuroris\u00eb, t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendimi gjyq\u00ebsor ose titulli ekzekutiv, ose n\u00eb<br \/>\nrast t\u00eb kanosjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb rreziku t\u00eb af\u00ebrm. 2. Paprekshm\u00ebria e<br \/>\nhap\u00ebsir\u00ebs publike garantohet nga Shteti. Shteti mbron objektet<br \/>\ndhe vendet e caktuara fetare, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Ligjin.\u201d<br \/>\nPra, \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht e pav\u00ebrtet\u00eb se Kisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale<br \/>\ne Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk ka protestuar kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre ngjarjeve.<br \/>\nKisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si bashkorganizatore<br \/>\ne \u201cTakimit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Paqen\u201d, q\u00eb u zhvillua n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nga 6-8<br \/>\nshtator 2015, shmangu me takt gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve zhurm\u00ebn e nj\u00eb<br \/>\nproteste publike kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj shkeljeje skandaloze t\u00eb liris\u00eb fetare dhe<br \/>\nsakrilegji  ndaj vendeve t\u00eb shenjta t\u00eb kultit. Edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite mbetet<br \/>\ne pashpjeguar nga ana e autoriteteve shtet\u00ebrore se si e kryen k\u00ebt\u00eb akt<br \/>\nt\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb fyes p\u00ebr orthodhoksin\u00eb, pa asnj\u00eb lloj komunikimi paraprak<br \/>\nme Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse.
