N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb befasishme,<br \/>\npunonj\u00ebs t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb, Himar\u00eb, shku-<br \/>\nan n\u00eb kish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Athanasit, ho-<br \/>\nq\u00ebn ikonat dhe sende t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb<br \/>\nshenjta dhe nis\u00ebn ta shkat\u00ebrronin<br \/>\nat\u00eb. K\u00ebto veprime u b\u00ebn\u00eb pa dijeni-<br \/>\nn\u00eb e Komunitetit Orthodhoks, pa<br \/>\nasnj\u00eb njoftim paraprak dhe pa asnj\u00eb<br \/>\ndokumentacion ligjor.<br \/>\nSapo ky veprim u b\u00eb i njohur,<br \/>\nbesimtar\u00eb bashk\u00eb me klerikun<br \/>\nshkuan n\u00eb kish\u00eb, protestuan, nd\u00ebr-<br \/>\nhyn\u00eb dhe e ndaluan shkat\u00ebrrimin e<br \/>\nm\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm. Ata shpreh\u00ebn indinjat\u00ebn<br \/>\ne tyre p\u00ebr k\u00ebto akte flagrante dhe<br \/>\njan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7do moment ta<br \/>\nmbrojn\u00eb kish\u00ebn e tyre, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb<br \/>\nritentohet t\u00eb shembet ky vend i<br \/>\nshenjt\u00eb. Edhe pasdite ata u mblo-<br \/>\ndh\u00ebn p\u00ebrs\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar.<br \/>\nTentativa p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebbuar besim-<br \/>\ntar\u00ebt nga nj\u00eb kish\u00eb e tyre, pron\u00eb e<br \/>\nKomunitetit Orthodhoks, \u00ebsht\u00eb<br \/>\nedhe m\u00eb skandaloze po t\u00eb mendosh<br \/>\nse u b\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ligjeve<br \/>\nt\u00eb mundshme, fshehurazi dhe n\u00eb<br \/>\nm\u00ebnyr\u00eb tin\u00ebzare. Ngjarja d\u00ebshmoi<br \/>\nnj\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb respektit<br \/>\nndaj besimit dhe komunitetit fetar,<br \/>\nt\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me at\u00eb t\u00eb sistemit<br \/>\nateist komunist, q\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroi ki-<br \/>\nsh\u00ebn p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1972<br \/>\ndhe gur\u00ebt i p\u00ebrdori p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar<br \/>\ndepon e ujit. N\u00eb vitin 1992, n\u00eb ve-<br \/>\nndin ku kishte qen\u00eb kisha e vjet\u00ebr,<br \/>\nbanor\u00ebt ngrit\u00ebn nj\u00eb kish\u00eb t\u00eb thje-<br \/>\nsht\u00eb, e cila ka 23 vjet q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben<br \/>\nsi vend adhurimi komunitetit. Por<br \/>\np\u00ebrs\u00ebri dikush po p\u00ebrpiqet ta she-<br \/>\nmb\u00eb, si 43 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb!<br \/>\nKy veprim abuziv i disa puno-<br \/>\nnj\u00ebsve shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn ve\u00e7 t\u00eb<br \/>\ntjerash edhe shkelje flagrante t\u00eb<br \/>\nLigjit nr. 10057\/22.01.2009\/ \u201cP\u00ebr<br \/>\nratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrmjet<br \/>\nK\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Republi-<br \/>\nk\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kish\u00ebs Or-<br \/>\nthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00eb-<br \/>\nris\u00eb\u201d, q\u00eb garanton paprekshm\u00ebrin\u00eb<br \/>\ne vendeve t\u00eb kultit dhe mbrojtjen e<br \/>\ntyre nga shteti. Iniciativa t\u00eb tilla<br \/>\nabuzive private n\u00ebn petkun zyrtar,<br \/>\nduke iu n\u00ebnshtruar interesave ogur-<br \/>\nzeza, duhen d\u00ebnuar me forc\u00eb nga<br \/>\norganet shtet\u00ebrore, pasi cenojn\u00eb<br \/>\nr\u00ebnd\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me komunitetet<br \/>\nfetare.
